Tia was my first point of contact and she was fantastic -- patient, understanding, and confident they could handle what others couldn't. Pricing was reasonable and transparent, and she worked with me to make it fair. Suhrob and David showed up early and immediately got to work. They were organized, careful, and clearly knew what they were doing. The desk was heavy and complex, but they disassembled it correctly and moved it safely. We were not allowed to inspect the truck before it left, and over the course of a month, their so-called internal investigation resulted in little to no communication and zero accountability. We had to continuously follow up, only to receive vague responses and no resolution.Management was dismissive throughout the entire process and finally responded saying we should've just purchased an insurance policy.
