In June, we needed to find a self storage facility in Hemet, as we were moving to a smaller place. I have never rented a storage unit but my wife has so she read all of the reviews for the nearby places & we chose All Star Super Storage. Signing up was super easy and the manager was so friendly and helpful when we went to pick up the keys. On the day we moved in, my dad fell off the back of our U-Haul truck and cut open his head. The workers in the office helped us out and made sure the ambulance got to us on the property. Ray, one of the workers, kept coming to check on us, bringing us all waters, checking on my dad who was getting a ride home. He helped make a stressful time a little easier and I appreciate him for that! We will definitely recommend All Star Super Storage to all of our friends in the area! read more

Just rented a unit here and my main points: great customer service in the office, quick and easy rental, and it's a very secure place. Our rental came with a lock and they let us select a unit from the ones available. Also they have handcarts you can check out from the office and a small moving truck you can use with a reservation! And this place is spotless!! I don't know if they just repainted everything but it is in immaculate condition and super clean!! read more

Wow, I just had the best customer service at All-star Storage!!! It was Ray who helped me out of a bind. My storage door was completely stuck and Ray made it possible for me to access my storage once again! It certainly was not easy during this heat wave! This is an amazing team! Joyce and Israel provided me S.O.S (simply outrageous service) even with my last minute needs. They are very timely with follow-up. So glad I didn't go to another facility as I searched Google. In a time where positive customer experiences are more valuable to a business than it has ever been, this team has it figured out. Even the after hour attendant was very helpful and friendly. Other businesses should observe the way they manage customer experiences and model after their strategy. I can't say enough good things. Don't look anywhere else when it comes to storing your belongings. This establishment has everything you are looking for. (I stored my things there for well over a year and was completly satisfied) These are just a few reasons why:1) first and foremost they have an excellent customer service 2) undeniably clean units and surroundings 3) advanced monitoring and security 4) located in avery quiet area. My review is a little dated (4-5 yrs ago) but the resident managers are the same, so I am sure, their service is the same. I cannot recommend this business more highly, and I do. The facility is clean, neat, professional and most importantly SECURE. They provided me with a substantial lock for my storage space when I opendd my rental and I never had a worry after that. I thought of all the storage companies in Hemet this was the best in town. little did I know that after I let office employee's know I had to move out of town that my unit would be ransacked. I came back to the unit at least once a month. but after a year I was only able to come every other month. I always paid on time for my unit so it should not have been touched. So I was very surprised when my family came with me to move my things out only to find my unit had been ransacked. boxes opened, furniture moved, items missing. I asked to speak to the manager I had always dealt with. I was told she was not there at the time. I went around the corner from the office to use the restroom and found her standing outside the restroom. she seemed shocked to see me, I could not understand why because I called ahead to let them know I was coming. bottom line they stole all of my things of value that were small enough that no-one would notice them walking away with. and left my unit ransacked to the point when I got there because of a time limit. I was unable to completely recover all of my property. my advice on All star Storage. Never let them know ahead of time you are moving out (if you live out of town) if you lie in Hemet check your unit each time before you pay your monthly bill. read more
