Signing up was super easy and the manager was so friendly and helpful when we went to pick up the keys. On the day we moved in, my dad fell off the back of our U-Haul truck and cut open his head. The workers in the office helped us out and made sure the ambulance got to us on the property. Ray, one of the workers, kept coming to check on us, bringing us all waters, checking on my dad who was getting a ride home. He helped make a stressful time a little easier and I appreciate him for that! We will definitely recommend All Star Super Storage to all of our friends in the area!

So basically I'm getting charged $140 for being late on $120 is that make any sense to anybody I hope their business fails big-time bankruptcy gone under fail when I spoke to someone on the phone two days ago they should've told me that price was going to be $140 more on Monday not after Monday because when I spoke to someone they said I had two days to pay it and then the price will go up that was on Saturday I would've paid the damn thing Sunday if someone would've told me the right way or the right time that it was going up poor communication skills big time

My spouse and I have all the keys accounted for! Please don't rent here. Rex the manager didn't want to help out or provide any assistance. Bob the manager he lives in the property said nothing and didn't bother offer assistance when we told him about the situation. They don't have a 24/7 security like is stated on the website or security alarm for the unit.

To our shock, the office was closed for a so-called "break" that doesn't even exist during posted working hours. We waited another full hour--two hours total--and no one showed up. We repeatedly called the emergency number, but were either ignored or outright declined. This is beyond unprofessional. It's a disgraceful way to treat paying customers. If this is how you run your business--locking doors during business hours and ghosting customers--you have no business running auctions at all. Absolutely disgusting service. Stay far
