My grandmother has been renting a storage here for years. The tenant did have a bit of a mess , which all they needed to do was tell him to clean it up, but the manner that he was told in was racism and degrading. I got home and let my grandmother know about this and the very next day we gave our 30 day notice which we got harassed in the process my grandmother and I do not support racist people. The woman at the front desk (Patty, as mentioned in other negative reviews) was shockingly rude and unprofessional. As someone who runs a large company, I was genuinely taken aback by her complete lack of customer service and outright hostility. I won't go into every detail, but management, I urge you to review your security footage from 2/26 at 9:00 AM. If you watch Patty's interaction with me, you'll see exactly what I'm referring to. She is actively turning away business and making customers uncomfortable. Someone with this attitude should not be the first point of contact for your company. If others have had similar experiences with Patty (and I'm sure many have), I encourage you to leave a review as well. Businesses should be held accountable for the way they treat customers.

I would NOT use this company. Upon booking them, I asked if they were a local company and they said…read moreyes. However, they were not. They sent movers from another company based out of LA. The day of the move, they attempted for 15-20 minutes to fit one of our couches in the moving truck. It was clearly one of the larger items that should have been put in the truck first, but they moved it in, mid-truck load. The top and bottom of the couch was roughly moved as they were trying to fit it vertically and eventually, our 3 seater couch was determined to not fit. Instead of the movers putting it directly back in the house, they decided to leave it STANDING VERTICALLY on my driveway for OVER AN HOUR. By the time we went back to the house to move the couch ourselves, we noticed that the arm rest that it sat on for over an hour, was now broken. I tried to submit a claim and they denied it despite my timestamped videos and photos. Lastly, we had 4 movers. I have moved 5 times in the last 8 years and these guys were the worst and slowest. By the end of the move, I determined that it was because 2 of them seemed "newer"... the main guy in charge kept having to help them navigate and decide what steps were next. Another guy was much older, I won't guess the age but definitely not a nimble 20/30 year old man. The main guy in charge was good though. All 4 men were kind, I provided them with soda water and pizza. But ultimately, not experienced enough from what I have had in the past. My biggest complaint is that their "upper management" (as they call it) have denied my claim despite clear proof. So if you like your possessions and want any type of insurance if something breaks through a move, I highly recommend you do not book them. To the company - I will gladly edit this review if you fix this situation.
