I reserved a uhaul truck in Moreno valley Calif on Sunnymead two weeks in advance when I got there…read more that Saturday I was told They didn't have the truck or the trailer I needed to tow my car so they sent me miles away to Riverside after trying to get me to drive 30 miles to Hemet California to pick up a 26 foot truck when I only needed a 24 foot truck when I got to riverside the 26 foot truck was there but there were no keys so Saturday was a bust and I had to pay movers for their wasted time I went back Sunday and discovered they charged my credit card $286 that Saturday so Sunday I didn't have enough left on my card because I had took most out for cash. They said they don't take cash which turned out to be a lie when I called the1- 800 Number so my daughter had to come down there and use her credit card. It took them all day to get me a truck and a trailer so I wasn't able to move Sunday,Monday packed everything up get on the freeway to San Diego 20 minutes later light comes on no gas I have to pull off the freeway me a 70 year old woman driving a 26 foot truck by myself with my car on a trailer to a gas station when I finally get to San Diego I unload the truck take it to the place they told me to,to drop the truck and trailer off at and was told they don't take trucks that big or trailers so I'm given a new address miles away when I dropped off the truck the place was closed I refused to put another drop of gas in that truck and they received their truck in excellent condition like they gave it to me and they had the nerve to charge my daughters card $186 more for late fees and no gas after they assured me, they wouldn't charge her because of the inconvenience they caused me SHAME ON you U-Haul give my daughter here money back I think refusing to accept my cash was a racist move because a white guy before me pay cash and there was no issue but when I wanted to pay cash I was told straight out they don't accept cash until I called the 1-800 number and the lady told them over the phone that's not true but by that time my daughter had come down and paid for me with her credit card because she and her husband were trying to get on a flight to Florida, so they not only inconvenienced me, they inconvenienced my family and then don't wanna man up and take responsibility. Then 3 months later they'll raise the price of your rent to what ever price they want. I tried calling their office to see if the price could be negotiated but they were not willing to work with me. So now I have to move again. Supposedly, this company tends to raise their prices to what ever they want whenever they want. I've heard someone say they started out paying $30 per month only to end up paying over $150 per month in less than a year! I think this company preys on the fact that moving is a stressful thing to do, so they expect people to deal with price increases rather than move. Not me! Luckily I only have a few things to move but I can't imagine how people with a lot more stuff to move are coping right now.

To make matters worse, management increased my rent during the height of this infestation and refused any refund when I terminated my lease early. To top it off, they don't even allow you to tell the truth about why you're leaving; the move-out process forces you to choose from their preselected responses instead.Unless you want to risk exposure to Hantavirus, stay far away from this place. YELP needs to have a zero rating option.
