This is the only substance FaceTime recommend I've had to use them two times in the last 20 years. They've always been very helpful very patient amazing customer service. The only thing I would say is if you have to rent from them get the unit on the outside because the last six months they've had it a few people hit the storage unit on the inside my sister-in-law being one they hit her unit three times. read more

I have been an easy loyal customer of Securcare and now pay double what I started paying, and I assure you my income has not gone up by double. I'm even paying more than your highest in-store price and $100 more than the price listed online per month. That is over $1000 a year more than new customers. My motivation to start with you was because you had decent rates. How does this happen? Every 3 to 6 months there is a rather violent increase in rates. My stay at Secure care was terrible, I would never have thought that renting a space in this place whose name is secure care would be so inefficient, contrary to what its name indicates, I was robbed, my lock was broken and another was placed in its place after Having removed half of my belongings and leaving what practically did not matter to them, they stole things of monetary value and others whose sentimental value to me is priceless. I can't understand how in a business where people keep their belongings trusting in their efficiency they don't have security cameras that can give evidence of who steals our belongings? I for one have nothing good to say about this place. I hope that this bad experience I had does not happen to other clients, I will be the spokesperson for your mistake and I will NEVER request your services again. I didn't actually rent from this facility as I didn't end up needing storage. However, when I went in to get prices I fell in love with the customer service. Sam was great! She was knowledgable and friendly. The store was clean and well kept. If I ever end up needing a unit this is where I'll be renting! read more
