Been a customer for almost a year now after losing my home to wrongful foreclosure and having to move the contents of my home into storage while my case goes to trial. I was greeted by Tina Louise who said Hi my name is Tina and yours is? I said; "Tina". Tina says No no no... let's try this again. Hi my name is Tina and yours is" I said; "Tina". It was hilarious. When you are named Tina it's surprising to meet another Tina. We hit it off from there. She showed me the units she had available. I rented 3. When moving my things over there I had underestimated how much room I needed and was able to get another unit without a problem. The grounds keeper helped me one night as it was getting dark I didn't realize there was a bulb out overhead. He came up and changed the bulb and showed me how to work the timer so I was able to get a few more things done. Everyone has treated me with respect. I recommend renting here. read more

I sent out a request for a storage unit, this facility responded that they had what I was looking for. I called, spoke on the phone with Teresa and she said they had a 2nd story unit. I'd pay $71 out the door for insurance, starter fees and 1/2 off my first month of rent. I was driving from out of state so I secured my reservation. Same day, talked to Peter, he assured me the unit was available and to come in to sign the paperwork. I was driving from out of state so I got in town after their hours. Today, I venture out in the rain to claim the unit I was assured was reserved. I was met with some chick who was clearly high and had to ask me if I already had a unit after I stated I was a new customer. She told me the elevators are broken so they aren't renting anything on the second floor. Lol. Straight up liars. read more

Extremely unprofessional front desk worker. She was unable to process a refund or a credit for a paperwork error the storage facility staff made when processing my homeowners insurance. They charged me insurance as if I didn't already give them proof. The lady at the storage told me she couldn't do anything because my "auto-pay" already processed before they could fix the error. What kind of unethical business conduct is this? Their problem and no recourse, it all falls on the tenant to pay out extra cash when I did everything I needed to do. I would like corporate to reach out and look into this unethical behavior. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has experienced this. P.S. DONT DO AUTO-PAY, they will slip in extra charges without telling you and won't remove them or credit you if the payment was already processed, such as in my case. Hope this helps someone. read more

I've rented storage units in South Carolina and all over SoCal, from San Diego, to Temecula to Fontana. Never have I ever been locked in a storage facility. Sure there's a sign on the keypad on your way out, but who looks at that when you're on your way in? Especially when you use a different keypad to enter? On top of that, we couldn't get a hold of anybody for over a half hour. It even states on the sign that you might just be out of luck if there is nobody available to let you out-- are you kidding me? Additionally, I called weeks ago to have my card updated. I live in San Francisco and was told that the only way I could update my card info was by going inside in person. What year are we in? Nearly every other business is able to do this. The employee assured me that a manager would call me to follow up... crickets. Guess I'll just have to call my bank to block the charges... Maybe then, I'll get a call back then. But they happily increased the monthly price without notifying me. Good riddance. read more

This place has been extremely wonderful to do business with. I store my truck here when I am not using it in the winter time or when we're not camping in the summertime. Easy to get in and out of the gate with a personalized code. Storage spaces are wide and long for what you need. My F150 has a car cover on it that had begun to shred and they notified me right away so I could come and take care of the issue. They even let me register a second vehicle only having one spot so that way I can park my fusion there when I take my truck out. Staff is always friendly and helpful when I come in and have concerns or questions. They do auto pay which makes it easy to keep your bill covered. read more

I hen I decided to go in me and my wife were totally new and doing this for the first time but as soon as we walked in Toni and Sarah made us feel at ease immediately. No hidden fees no surprises straight forward and explained everything great. Once we completed the transaction we knew we made the right choice. Well, nice to get a response 5 months later. You may wish to communicate those amenities you purportedly offer to your front desk. I was told there was a charge for a mailed invoice. I then asked for it to be emailed. She said that was not possible. For the rest I beg to differ. There was no communication whatsoever that occurred. No text, no email, and no personal phone call. There was no offer of anything like that when I complained at the front counter. She said I just needed to read my contract. So. I did that and terminated my storage. read more
