If I could give 0 stars I would. I am not exagerating when I tell you that this place, without a doubt, has the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my 50 years of life. First off, if you are literally 1 minute past 8 PM they will charge an extra $50 fee. They stand very firm on that. A couple months ago I was waiting for a customer to meet me. His ETA was going to be 5 minutes past 8. I asked if that would to be ok. The answer was a rude and resounding, no. My issue wasn't that they were enforcing a rule as much as the way the perfectly reasonable question was answered. His tone was almost like how a parent would scold a child. But just so you know, there is absolutly no grace whatsoever about being off the premises by 8:00 PM My real problem came today, when I was nursing a headache in my car before I could start working on my unit. There was noone else there and I wasn't bothering or in the way of anyone. I was just about to get started when I was confronted, out of nowhere, with a very angry and aggresive staff member informing me that I had to leave immediatly. When I asked him why, he said that the maximum daily time you can be at your unit is 3 hours. Only 3 hours a day? I tryed to explain that I was just nursing a headace and was about to start working on my ùnit. He then, very agressivly ordered me to leave again. "Get out of here!", like I was a vagrent off of the street and not a paying tenant. Because I was suprised and upset about the way I was being talked down to, I muttered f that under my breath as I was getting in my car to leave. The staff member obviously heard me as he got in my face and told me that he was terminating my lease. I had done absolutly nothing to provoke this man. I called the office to talk to the manager, Steven. When he answered, I was met with the same pretentious, confrentational and discourteous demenour. The order had obviosly came from him. So apparently, now I will have to vacate my unit under police supervision. This place is discraceful and I will be seeking legal action. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the trouble and utilize one of the dozon other facilities in the area. read more

One of the worst scams ever. I started renting because they had a deal and guess what, they raised the price by $40 right away after a few months. I went to talk to them and the person working there said that they are losing money by giving me the deal and now they are trying to make it back. Don't fall in this scam. read more

I went in today to look at a unit and was helped by Ms.Tricia. she is a joy to speak to and helped me with everything I needed. she was very detailed in which unit may be better for what I needed to store. She was informative about what I needed to do if I no longer needed the storage and made sure I knew the dates and how everything worked. Employees are rude and do not work with people. The prices are astronomical and charge more and more for existing customers and charge minimal to new spenders. My same unit I have had for 5 years or more is close to $400 per month and the same unit is $less than $200. Ladies there needs to be fired read more

I have had multiple storage units at the facility for over 2 years and feel confident my personal belongings are safe and secure! I have had to make changes in my units and the customer service has always been fantastic. Davey, Toni and Sarah are always willing to help. They have made stressful moving times a lot less difficult. I had once accidentally left my unit unlocked and because the team continually looks at the units to make sure they are secure, Toni called me immediately to let me know right away. I reserved a storage unit online, and when I came in, Sophia was very helpful. She showed me the space that I reserved, and I realized that the space was too small. She showed me a larger space that was perfect for my needs. The space was a little dusty, and she had it cleaned out while we filled out paperwork. I was greeted by Toni as soon as I walked in. She was on the phone but she made eye contact and let me know she'd be with me shortly. She went above and beyond to not only explain the policy with me but she also checked to see if I was getting the best price possible for my unit. I reserved my unit online and went in to complete the paperwork and get my unit number. The gate code took a few tries to get working and I had to get out of my car a few times to check that it worked before I left (which is why not five stars), but Toni walked out with me to personally show me my space and how everything worked. I needed a storage unit in a hurry. Sophia was at the counter when I got to The Storage Place on Pierce St in La Sierra. we selected a unit that worked for me. She showed the unit to me and said she could have it swept out and ready for me in an hour or so. I went home and loaded up. I was back in an hour and a half. Everything was ready for me to unload. Good place for storage! They offer units in different sizes and storage parking for things like RVs or trucks. You can also rent a U-Haul and buy packaging boxes from here. Everything is gated except the main building where you walk-in for whatever you may need. Service is always awesome! read more
