Employees are rude and do not work with people. The prices are astronomical and charge more and more for existing customers and charge minimal to new spenders. My same unit I have had for 5 years or more is close to $400 per month and the same unit is $less than $200. Ladies there needs to be fired read more

I have had multiple storage units at the facility for over 2 years and feel confident my personal belongings are safe and secure! I have had to make changes in my units and the customer service has always been fantastic. Davey, Toni and Sarah are always willing to help. They have made stressful moving times a lot less difficult. I reserved a storage unit online, and when I came in, Sophia was very helpful. She showed me the space that I reserved, and I realized that the space was too small. She showed me a larger space that was perfect for my needs. The space was a little dusty, and she had it cleaned out while we filled out paperwork. I was greeted by Toni as soon as I walked in. She was on the phone but she made eye contact and let me know she'd be with me shortly. She went above and beyond to not only explain the policy with me but she also checked to see if I was getting the best price possible for my unit. I reserved my unit online and went in to complete the paperwork and get my unit number. The gate code took a few tries to get working and I had to get out of my car a few times to check that it worked before I left (which is why not five stars), but Toni walked out with me to personally show me my space and how everything worked. I needed a storage unit in a hurry. Sophia was at the counter when I got to The Storage Place on Pierce St in La Sierra. we selected a unit that worked for me. She showed the unit to me and said she could have it swept out and ready for me in an hour or so. I went home and loaded up. I was back in an hour and a half. Everything was ready for me to unload. Worse storage place ever.. Front office person Sarah is good. But manager Davey is cheap and mean First of all he offered free pad lock to leave positive review on Google and yelp, and then we want to use trash place to trash something he denied. Shutter is too jam, even after multiple requests he never fixed it, also request them that bulb inside of the unit is not working, but never fixed it Total is not a good experience read more

Good place for storage! They offer units in different sizes and storage parking for things like RVs or trucks. You can also rent a U-Haul and buy packaging boxes from here. Everything is gated except the main building where you walk-in for whatever you may need. Service is always awesome! read more
