They share a contract and therefore you were able to rent U-Haul trucks through their facility. I have never rented a storage unit at this location, but from the reviews, I am reading. There's no way I would ever do so. My experience with the associate named Luna was from the beginning unwelcoming. With U-Haul they give you the option to." check in online or pick up with your mobile app." Which is total BS. You still have to go More information to pick up the truck. That's the case with everywhere whom have a contract with U-Haul. Again not storage Quest's problem. But as a customer service representative of the storage Quest facility, she should have met me with kindness and professionalism. Instead, after getting all of my details, including my credit card numbers copy of my ID, my address, etc. she printed off a receipt stating I wasn't allowed to rent with U-Haul and she wasn't sure why...slides me the receipt in which only holds a QR code for me to take care of the issue on my own. Personally, I think she should have called U-Haul herself while I was in the lobby so that we could take care of the issue together. Nevertheless, I did do my due diligence of calling and taking care of the issue on my own. upon arriving back into the lobby, where I had about 15 minutes before clothes, which she was not going to stay one minute after that's for sure... She looked at me with a blank stare and says so do you need my help or are you going to complete this online? I asked her to please help me... Meanwhile, in the process of finalizing my rental, I forwarded her a copy of the receipt for a balance I had just paid which was preventing me from renting the new truck. I started to ask if she could simply print off the receipt but before I could finish my sentence, she interrupted me saying I don't have that much paper or ink so I can't print anything for you if that's what you're going to ask. I made a very subtle grunt under my breath, rolled my eyes and continued waiting for her to finalize my new rental. I'd say approximately two minutes went by before she tossed literally tossed the key over the counter, making zero eye contact with me and simply says trucks outside. (I don't know any other businesses that do this). -Emails always identified as SPAM, even if white-listed, and are sent to junk mailbox. Email provider blames Storquest. -Late monthly payment of rent and fees NOT ACCEPTED as soon as following month is shorty due. Payment system set to only accept if following month is also included. (again, don't know any other business that will reject a full late payment, because they want a second payment also) -Late payment is cash-only after 45 days. I called and made a reservation to rent ai also had a reservation for the unit . They are no good people small storage unit . What I wanted, a 5 x 5 or similar , they had available. When I came to rent the unit , there is a gate with sign pointing to office ..right through a walk in gate. The office sign is lit up open and go to enter gate it was sticking, not opening, I look down , there's a pole that goes in a hole that's why it stuck so I pulled it up and proceeded to the office. I walk in the girl behind the counter acknowledges me ,I tell her I'm here to rent the unit she says ok gave me info on it and then walked me to the unit , showed it to me asked if I was good with it , I said yes it's just boxes and tubs thank you we went back to office and proceeded with transaction on rental and in the midst of this she tells me the computer stopped working it was frozen so she apologized and asked if I could come back this afternoon , so I did. I came back she said computer still down they cannot conduct any business whatsoever and she asked I come back the next day, so I did. When I came back the next day , this is third time I been there trying to rent a unit and there's another lady there this time and this crazy woman turns around and tells me oh we can't rent to you. Surprised I asked why . She told me I was a security risk!!! Because I unstuck the gate and walked in the office to rent a unit. The girl prior in the office never said anything of the sort . Keep in mind I was there for an hour with this girl who never said I wasn't supposed to walk through gate, there's no intercom they're sign said open she even walked me to unit to make sure it was good for what I need. They insulted me greatly. Extremely rude at that point they literally said they could refer me to a different storage facility. That was uncalled for and besides that the place is run down the elevator for your belongings was broken their computer was supposedly down for 3 days. Moved from another storage place where they picked my lock and stole a ton of equipment, I wanted a place that would make me feel secure again, and this place does, they make sure you know the hours you can be there and the fines if you are on premises after 10:00 pm, I also believe (for what I saw) they have a motion detection system for after hours. When we first started renting our small unit with StorQuest in 2019, we were so happy with the price and with the staff. Both staff members were helpful, professional, and fun to talk with. But then those staff members were transferred to other locations and things quickly went downhill from there. 2019 $38/mo for a 6x9 unit 2021 $41/mo (8% increase) 2022 $56/mo (17% increase) 2023 $70/mo (25% increase) 2024 $75/mo (7% increase) The only noticeable improvements we can attribute to this price increase is that they painted the exterior in 2022 or 2023. Security features and basic maintenance were NOT improved. In 2021, our storage unit was broken into and over half of our belongings were stolen. We had renters insurance which helped financially, but when we told the person in the office, her initial reaction was, "Oh, just like [other renter's name] last month." She acted like it wasn't a big deal, especially because this other woman had had her stuff stolen as well the month before. There are no cameras INSIDE the building, so I asked the people in the office to help the police by searching their outside camera footage. Everytime I asked for an update, we got an evasive answer that basically said they weren't doing anything to help. They kept saying there was nothing they could do. In 2022 the light switch in our hallway was broken and/or missing, so we had to bring flashlights to see in our unit. This went on for months. In 2023 the lock code on the door nearest our unit to get into the building broke, but instead of fixing it, for months we had to go to the door at the other end of the building. Every time we'd bring these maintenance issues to the office staff's attention, they would acknowledge they already knew about it and say it was going to be fixed. At the time we couldn't afford to move our stuff, otherwise we would have moved back in 2021. We are so happy to finally be done with this place. I would never recommend renting a storage unit here, and based on these experiences, I would never rent from this company again. read more

There are still good people in the world, and I had the pleasure of encountering two last night-Judy and Danielle at StorQuest. Because of theft at another storage facility close by, I was looking for another storage facility in the area. After a long day, I went to visit StorQuest. I had been in contact with them throughout the month and they answered my questions so when I arrived to rent my space I was prepared. Renting was seamless, pleasant and easy. These young ladies were friendly and accommodating, such a different experience than the one I had at Public Storage in Corona. Everything was transparent and on the table, and their courtesy and quality customer service was exactly what I needed after such a long day. It was a place I least expected to be treated kindly, and that's the surprise of it all. No matter what business you're in, the best way to treat a customer is like you would a family member, so big props to Judy and Danielle. It's a good experience I won't forget! Thank you! read more

Customer service is good, rate is good, but would not recommend for RV storage; must negotiate a sharp curve to go down our aisle, but there is a planter there they claim they cannot remove which makes it impossible to go the right direction down our aisle; the only way we can park our trailer is if two RV spaces in the middle between the two aisles are empty, which is purely luck. Then we have to back through the opening just to get into our aisle. We are seeking a new place. read more

2 years in a row I have seen over 20% rent increase. Never late, always paid on time with auto pay. Been here for years, through COVID too, and this is the thanks I get. Employees take stuff from Units... I would never recommend this company at all. I fell behind on payments, and I was locked out of my unit. They cut my lock to take pictures and I was robbed of my personal belongings. My unit was under Storquest lock and key. The 5 stars is strictly going to Judy who was hands down the BEST at getting my fiancé and I a storage unit to fit all of our furniture while we were waiting to move. When I first called I was assisted by Scott and at first, based on the phone call, I thought he was helpful but when I arrived and Judy, the only person present that day, showed us our unit I started laughing. I'd consider that unit a walk in closet and definitely not large enough to fit a 2-3 bedroom home! As we were frustrated and debating on looking elsewhere, Judy was quick to get us into a large unit and honestly her customer service skills and humor are what made us still stay to rent a unit from here. Judy, thank you for all of your help and being so awesome!! You deserve a freaking raise girl!!! You really know how to make someone feel welcomed and actually know your units and what they will and will not fit haha! As for the place, we had no issues storing here and would store here again if we needed to. The place is kept pretty clean my only advice is DO NOT try to get in here with a 26' uhaul! It was such a pain of pivoting and fighting with the gate that doesn't have a sensor to keep it open so you have to have someone continuously entering in the code haha! 20' or smaller works best! I had called and spoke to Leanne back in February I told about the stolen Thermostat she said she was going to check the cameras and call be back I haven't heard from her since then!! I left it alone since it was just that but Now this past weekend I pick up my trailer to go camping and I see that my tire chocks are missing my doors are damaged my tv is gone I called and spoke to Jessica on Monday 6/01 and 2 days later I haven't heard from anyone!! But they sent me my last bill yesterday. I had my trailer here not even a year I should've kept it in Security Public Storage in Brea nothing like this ever happened!! My family recently purchased a trailer and while most places were full, StorQuest had an opening and saved it for me until I was able to purchase my trailer and return from our first camping trip. There were constant updates with the staff as to my spot being still being open for me. However, the reason I'm writing this review is the OUTSTANDING service by Jasmine. We had just returned from camping and I needed to go over the paperwork to secure my spot. I had scheduled their last appointment at 5:30 pm (they close at 6 pm). However, due to traffic, I was running really late. I even told Jasmin that it may be 6:15 by the time I got there. She was so kind and told me not to worry, she'll stay and wait for me. I moved my items into storage this week. With the many connections I had with them whether by phone or in person, they were extremely courteous, helpful, and professional. The property is very clean and maintained, the downside is the road construction, which is no fault on their part. I will gladly deal with it when I get this kind of service. **Update- please beware, they don't prorate when you move out. If you paid for a month and move out the first week, they don't refund the balance of time. This is the first time I have come across this with storage units I've rented in the past. I took every step that was asked of me to do and StorQuest and their associates handled the matter unprofessionally, rudely, and simply lazy. Honestly, I don't really like this place but because they offer units for the cheapest in the area I gave it 3 stars. First off, they advertise that you either pay $1 for the first month or get half-off your first month, but it's misleading because there has to be a "certain number of units left" for that discount. Pretty much every storage place does this though so you just get used to being misled. I was hoping for concrete floors, but they are wooden. The hallways are very narrow and hard to push things through to your unit. If you have something very long or wide you are going to have trouble fitting it through the doorway to get it all the way in. Unit I rented is on the second floor and many heavy items are only able to be transported via lift. This is no problem when it's working, but the machine is so complicated to use I know that someone is going to break it and I'm not going to be able to transport something one day because the thing needs repairs. Lastly, the gates auto-lock before and after certain hours. I'm not sure if all places are like this to prevent robbery, but if you show up too late you are going to get trapped inside the facility. read more

We have been storing there for more than four years. Property Manager Nina is outstanding when it comes to customer service. They had a theft (one of their customers broke into several units) and she took care of letting us know and going through all we needed to do. The person was caught and luckily although they broke into our unit, nothing was taken. Their prices are reasonable, but be warned that there is no air conditioning so the second floor can be very hot in the summer. Also, since the bridge was built, it is kind of hard to get to if you do not know where you are going. But overall you really cannot beat the price and service. read more

Johnnie and Shanae helped us out! They were awesome! I made a reservation late Wednesday evening online and received a phone call promptly at 830am from Peter! He explained everything to me answered all my questions and made my reservation and took my deposit over the phone! Was immediately welcomed with smiling faces and cheerful hellos! they had my folder already started and ready to go when I got there! They showed me the unit and I was very pleased. The property is well secured and they have awesome gate access code times!
