This place will jack up prices for no reason at all, been a customer for many years, your stuff sits in a room with the lights off so it's not like you are paying them to keep the lights on They are parasites and I do not recommend them to anyone. They used to have good deals and prices. All the storage companies are getting greedy and raising prices. And they will all tell you it's "competitive market rate." Your best bet is to find a friend's or family's garage to store your extra stuff. Pay them instead at a lower cost. read more

Christina was Amazing!!! She is the manager that lives on-site. I had recently stored my stuff at a different storage place but they kept raising my price for no reason. After getting fed up with this I searched for a new storage place and I found that this Airport Mini Storage was the only one with 5 stars here on Yelp and it had great reviews. So I decided to look for myself and sure enough when I arrived here I was greeted by Christina and she gave me a tour of the whole place, told me pricing, explained how everything worked. And it was perfect! For the SAME price I was paying at my old storage place I WAS GETTING DOUBLE the space here. Plus they have cameras, an on-site manager that LIVES there on the property, they have alarms so if your unit door is open without your access code, the alarm goes off. AND the Riverside Sheriffs Dept randomly trains their K-9 units on the location so they're able to sniff out items that aren't allowed in the property, such as Firearms, Ammo, Drugs, etc. It's all explained in the lease if you sign with them. No contract obligations, it's all month to month. read more

Christina is amazing! Super helpful and friendly. She helped me with some arrangements out of the ordinary due to the amount of stuff I hauled in my move to California last year. Over the last 1.5 weeks, she's been on top of my complicated logistics, and on the weekend, in record heat, she came by a few times to check in on the movers and myself - offering water and some cloths we could wet and hang around our necks. And the storage neighbors are incredibly helpful and friendly as well - one gentleman went out of his way to get us more water, and refused reimbursement, saying God had been good to him and his wife! The place is much more affordable than the LA places I was using - cutting my savings over 60%, and very clean. Can't say enough good about this facility! What a blessing! read more

Been storing here for about a year and a half. Choosing Airport mini was a no brainer for me. By far the nicest place around. Not the cheapest in town, but the security and cleanliness speak for themselves. Customer service has always been top notch. It was a pleasure doing business with the fine folks here, and ill definatly be back if the need arises. Got this storage a few years back when I moved out of my apartment. Staff has been very friendly and the facility is nice. They offer big yard sales you can participate in. The rental prices are very reasonable and the location couldn't have been better! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a storage facility. read more

She is always super nice and extremely helpful any time i have needed help she has always been happy to help me. She always remembers me and asks about my family when. I go in. I've had a storage unit here for close to 4 years. Never had a problem, management was always super helpful in person and over the phone. Bro g human there were a few times I forgot to pay for my unit but is get a reminder call and end up paying over the phone with no problems. When we first moved into the unit there is a moving truck we were aloud to use, with an appliance dolly and moving blankets, we brought $100 cash and car insurance info and used the truck, then replaced the gas and got our $100 back. Staff has been super helpful with recommendations even though our storage unit was supposed to be for 7-9 months it ended up being about 4 years. Plastic bags are your friends ppl! Haha read more

RIPPED OFF- In my opinion this plc took my money under false pretense. Be careful. Had been there about 3 yrs. When closing acct the game began. Had my unit cleared by last day n November. Upon leaving, advd site Mgr, maintenance-man present,that unit was vacated. I was asked if I had cleared, clean n swept out. I had cleared unit but not swept out the dirt, leaves, spider-webs accumulated from 3yrs, I said no. Was told it had to b done. I was paid up until end of December. I asked about refund n was told I would not get one. If u run over ur time they prorate n chrg u but if pay ahead, u get no refund I was told. Since I did not hv a broom, bags, cln'g stuff n no refund for paid month ahead. I went back Dec 3d.. while sweeping unit, clearing spider-webs n leaves from outside that came in over occupied time, maintenance -man came by n said it was great I was doing it. He said most people don't do anything or worse. He said it didn't ND 2b done. WELL-U guess I got ripped off for 1 month rent. What a shame. B CAREFUL U PEOPLE!! read more
