First off, if you are literally 1 minute past 8 PM they will charge an extra $50 fee. They stand very firm on that. A couple months ago I was waiting for a customer to meet me. His ETA was going to be 5 minutes past 8. I asked if that would to be ok. The answer was a rude and resounding, no. My issue wasn't that they were enforcing a rule as much as the way the perfectly reasonable question was answered. His tone was almost like how a parent would scold a child. But just so you know, there is absolutly no grace whatsoever about being off the premises by 8:00 PM My real problem came today, when I was nursing a headache in my car before I could start working on my unit. There was noone else there and I wasn't bothering or in the way of anyone. I was just about to get started when I was confronted, out of nowhere, with a very angry and aggresive staff member informing me that I had to leave immediatly. When I asked him why, he said that the maximum daily time you can be at your unit is 3 hours. Only 3 hours a day? I tryed to explain that I was just nursing a headace and was about to start working on my ùnit. He then, very agressivly ordered me to leave again. "Get out of here!", like I was a vagrent off of the street and not a paying tenant. Because I was suprised and upset about the way I was being talked down to, I muttered f that under my breath as I was getting in my car to leave. The staff member obviously heard me as he got in my face and told me that he was terminating my lease. I had done absolutly nothing to provoke this man. I called the office to talk to the manager, Steven. When he answered, I was met with the same pretentious, confrentational and discourteous demenour. The order had obviosly came from him. So apparently, now I will have to vacate my unit under police supervision. This place is discraceful and I will be seeking legal action. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the trouble and utilize one of the dozon other facilities in the area.

The tenant did have a bit of a mess , which all they needed to do was tell him to clean it up, but the manner that he was told in was racism and degrading. I got home and let my grandmother know about this and the very next day we gave our 30 day notice which we got harassed in the process my grandmother and I do not support racist people. I since further tried to contact a member of management, but I keep getting the runaround once they found out it was to make a complaint.

RENTER BEWARE!! We rented multiple units from this location, one outside and four inside the…read more"climate controlled" area. We had the units for two years and we were happy until the latter end of our stay and upon moving out. There were 2 units that we would open and access our items on occasion. The ground floor "climate controlled" unit was adjacent to the company's storage area. We began to notice moths flying around in that unit due to the open area that it shared with the company's storage area. Upon moving out, we discovered a moth infestation that was annoying to say the least. More importantly, the other units that we did not access during the time our items were stored there, 2 out of the 3 were very disappointing. The movers brought to my attention that the outside unit had water intrusion at some point, and you could see the dried water level on our boxes, some furniture, and the wall of this end unit. We had to discard boxes of clothing and furniture that had evidence of mold from the water intrusion. Next, our other ground floor "climate controlled" unit, had a condensation issue that was evident when items were removed. Thankfully, we had placed a tarp down towards the back of the unit where our couches were stored. This was brought to the attention of the woman working the front desk that day. She saw the units and took pictures. We purchased the insurance through the storage company, however we were dismayed to learn that the policy does not cover water damage!! This makes nooooo sense at all! When we were moving our last items from storage, the ceiling in the hallway began to leak a constant stream of water. I took pictures and and a video, and share it with the person at the front desk and via email. They basically said we will look into it, but refused to take responsibility for the water damage in 2 of our units, even after evident that they have a water leak issue. We will NEVER rent from this company again. Most importantly, buy a policy from a reputable company, NOT the company that they recommend. Also, for this facility I would use their term "climate controlled" very loosely. Sometimes we would be there and the A/C units were off, and it was warm in the building. I brought that to their attention as well to no avail. Please use another company if you value the items that you are storing there!

Money was tight but they worked with me to take a payment over the phone from family out of state. When I needed a bigger unit because I had more items than I thought they helped me easily get a bigger unit that was close by so I didn't have to move everything far since I was mostly moving everything on my own. When a payment was made online and corporate messed up the lady's in the office made sure it was all taken care of quickly. Recently I needed to go into a smaller unit for financial reasons and that too was an easy transition and while I was moving things alone every so often the office staff came to check on me to see if I needed water or anything. Overall the customer service is beyond amazing, they do their best to keep the grounds clean and welcoming. As far as price it's a bit on the higher end but you do get a very nice clean location with fantastic customer service as well as security. I've heard and read reviews on the $11 upcharge well they do explain that it's for insurance and you have the option to not pay the $11 through them and get your own through your own liking. Only downside is yes the storages get dusty (this is a building design and corporate issue though) and some of the customers are extremely rude and disrespectful.

Therefore I was refused money they owed me. I went to pay my rental fees when I noticed an increased in the amount owed this was without any notice, I immediately called and spoke with the manager, I told the manager I would be vacating the unit, she informed me I had to give a 15 day notice, so I gave the manager my 15 day notice during our conversation. I asked if she would prorate the amount I paid $210 for the month, she said yes. I month went buy and no refund, so I called and spoke with the manager, at that time she lied about our conversation to the owner and I was refused my refund. I don't do business with un-honest business and the company does not value there customer buy keeping your money, even after agreeing to refund it.
