They share a contract and therefore you were able to rent U-Haul trucks through their facility. I have never rented a storage unit at this location, but from the reviews, I am reading. That's the case with everywhere whom have a contract with U-Haul. Again not storage Quest's problem. But as a customer service representative of the storage Quest facility, she should have met me with kindness and professionalism. Instead, after getting all of my details, including my credit card numbers copy of my ID, my address, etc. she printed off a receipt stating I wasn't allowed to rent with U-Haul and she wasn't sure why...slides me the receipt in which only holds a QR code for me to take care of the issue on my own. Personally, I think she should have called U-Haul herself while I was in the lobby so that we could take care of the issue together. Nevertheless, I did do my due diligence of calling and taking care of the issue on my own. upon arriving back into the lobby, where I had about 15 minutes before clothes, which she was not going to stay one minute after that's for sure... She looked at me with a blank stare and says so do you need my help or are you going to complete this online? I asked her to please help me... Meanwhile, in the process of finalizing my rental, I forwarded her a copy of the receipt for a balance I had just paid which was preventing me from renting the new truck. I started to ask if she could simply print off the receipt but before I could finish my sentence, she interrupted me saying I don't have that much paper or ink so I can't print anything for you if that's what you're going to ask. I made a very subtle grunt under my breath, rolled my eyes and continued waiting for her to finalize my new rental. I'd say approximately two minutes went by before she tossed literally tossed the key over the counter, making zero eye contact with me and simply says trucks outside. I walked out with no thank you no instructions to proceed forward nothing. Thank goodness I got it on video.

Email provider blames Storquest. -Late monthly payment of rent and fees NOT ACCEPTED as soon as following month is shorty due. Payment system set to only accept if following month is also included. (again, don't know any other business that will reject a full late payment, because they want a second payment also) -Late payment is cash-only after 45 days. If second month becomes late, second month is cash-only after 15 days (because required to pay at same time).

Therefore I was refused money they owed me. I went to pay my rental fees when I noticed an increased in the amount owed this was without any notice, I immediately called and spoke with the manager, I told the manager I would be vacating the unit, she informed me I had to give a 15 day notice, so I gave the manager my 15 day notice during our conversation. I asked if she would prorate the amount I paid $210 for the month, she said yes. I month went buy and no refund, so I called and spoke with the manager, at that time she lied about our conversation to the owner and I was refused my refund. I don't do business with un-honest business and the company does not value there customer buy keeping your money, even after agreeing to refund it.

I have had a storage unit here for going on 6 years. The premises is very clean, easy to access,…read moreand it well maintained. There are two stories and there is a dumbwaiter so you don't have to lug all your stuff up the stairs. The walkways and units have motion sensor lights, and the buildings are well insulated so you don't have to worry about your belongings getting damaged by the heat or cold. I have also noticed that my unit has no dust buildup and I have never seen cobwebs or any type of pest. I have only been to one other storage facility in the area and it was scary and disgusting. It really made me appreciate Tyler Self Storage. The premises is secured by a gate where you enter a code that also disarms your unit's alarm. The prices are reasonable. I pay $35/mo. for a 5x5 unit, which is actually a lot bigger than it sounds if your storing mostly boxes. My only gripe is they charge a small fee if you want them to mail you a statement, otherwise it's on you to remember to pay your bill. And their late fees are NOT cheap. Also, it would be nice if I could pay online, but they do take payment over the phone so that works for me. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone living in apartments in the area who could use a little more storage space.

I went to front desk just to be told that it was my friend's fault for not reporting it, I was like wow, we are reporting it.
