This place is amazing!!!! I hit a very dark and rough patch in life and had roughly 24 hours to store all my items I own. When I arrived I was treated with kindness and quickly helped. Money was tight but they worked with me to take a payment over the phone from family out of state. When I needed a bigger unit because I had more items than I thought they helped me easily get a bigger unit that was close by so I didn't have to move everything far since I was mostly moving everything on my own. When a payment was made online and corporate messed up the lady's in the office made sure it was all taken care of quickly. Recently I needed to go into a smaller unit for financial reasons and that too was an easy transition and while I was moving things alone every so often the office staff came to check on me to see if I needed water or anything. Overall the customer service is beyond amazing, they do their best to keep the grounds clean and welcoming. As far as price it's a bit on the higher end but you do get a very nice clean location with fantastic customer service as well as security. I've heard and read reviews on the $11 upcharge well they do explain that it's for insurance and you have the option to not pay the $11 through them and get your own through your own liking. Only downside is yes the storages get dusty (this is a building design and corporate issue though) and some of the customers are extremely rude and disrespectful. read more

I had came to this storage facility a couple months ago, did not receive the best customer service...decided to go elsewhere. Gave Storage Solutions a Chance again last week, made the phone call, and am now nothing but happy with my current situation.! Was in a tough spot where I was running 30 min behind with a box truck full of furniture, and the operator welcomed me and stated she'd stay behind and wait for me to arrive! Skeptical if she'd wait, I came anyways...45 minutes late. Thankfully, she waited! We were so happy! It turns out it was Lucy, the new manager, who I had 2 units with in Wildomar at Bundy Canyon Storage, not more than 3 months ago! A+ Lucy and Tina are AMAZING!!! I was in a pinch and needed a storage unit fast! I called and Lucy held the unit I wanted right away as it was the last one available. When I got there it was apparent I needed a bigger unit. There was no fuss with adjusting the paperwork and accommodating me. I also needed additional time to move my belongings and storage solutions made sure they could accommodate me again!! Lucy and Tina were extremely understanding of my situation and offered as much assistance as possible. Do not store your stuff here! It is a bad deal all the way around. After two years of BS and bad business, we finally gave our notice and cleaned out our storage facility. A huge relief but a lot of our items were damaged due to the ventilation problems in the storage unit we had. A lot of dirt, dust, and insects got in there. Their design of the units is wrong. That's just the start: The lack of professionalism, honesty, and integrity with Storage Solutions is so typical of how California is going down hill fast. SS never notifies the tenants when their monthly rates increase, they don't notify the tenants that they make new policies, and their customer service has gone from bad to worse since the new owners took over. I never received a notification that they were going to start charging an $11 increase per month if you aren't a homeowner. So that is discrimination against people that can't afford a huge down payment and a mortgage. I wish I could be a homeowner that way I can store my stuff in my garage. Unfortunately since I am in California, paying a mortgage is almost impossible for someone like me. And now I'm being discriminated against by Storage Solutions for not being a homeowner. Do they think that home owners insurance is going to cover any issues? I can tell you right now that I know of no mortgage insurance company that will insure your items offsite. This is just a scam from SS to get more money per month. I repeat, DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE!! you will end up getting ripped off! read more

Do not store stuff here. I had all if my stuff in here for three-four months. When my movers came to remove everything they pointed out all of my belongings were covered in rat poop and pee. When I reported it to the office they were not surprised at all. Long story short, my couches, king sized mattress and etc... Are completely destroyed. The management said that I am responsible for my belongings and did not care. They handed me a piece if paper and said I could hand write a complaint to corporate. When I asked for an email address or phone number I was told it was against policy to provide contact information for there corporate office. On top of this, my neighbor had some sort of liquid leak into my unit and it destroyed over $600 in paintings. Management did not care about this either. Within months I have lost thousands of dollars in furniture and possessions because of this place. Next time I will store my stuff in the middle of a field and put a tarp over it. At least I would have a little protection???? read more

This place plays the old bait and switch routine. All nice and friendly then you move in and it's rent increases. Oh there's Rats and mice and dirt coming in through the top of the walls. I got rid of all my stuff you'll end up spending more to store stuff than it's worth. I see there's a new manager the old one was a very mean person. Great storage facility yes, but HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have this on bill pay, automatic through my bank so I CAN NOT forgot to pay it, the bank does automatically every month. But, they take so long to enter payments I cant access my storage unit for 10 days out of the month. Bank shows paid, but they lock me out anyway. I would move, but I am disabled and can not just load my stuff up and move it when I want. But I suggest you find somewhere else, somewhere that CARES about good tenants that pay dependably. read more

I have been a patron of this facility for a few years due to unforseen cicumstance. The rates at the time were unbelievably reasonable and allowed me to keep property in safe secure clean setting. There was a rat problem and ruined a couple things but knew part of risk in storage. Traps were set regularly when newer staff( tamra and martin) came in older staff didn't care. A new management company took over and raised rates ridiculously from $75 to $165 a month and now not even a year later raised again to $182. These arent even competitive rates, ive found lower rates down the street and moving asap. Customer service since Tamra and Martin improved, listened to concerns and addressed issues. I just wont pay any more. What yall think you Jerry Brown and can raise prices whenever you feel like it? read more

For the most part, the surrounding neighborhood storage facilities are all the same: comparable prices per unit size. What makes this place different are the people you deal with when renting your unit. I received top notch customer service from Tamara in the office (she's awesome!!) and Russ. Both these folks made a quick and easy rental experience. read more

I have been renting from Aim All since July of 2009. The people there are ALWAYS courteous and helpful. You can definitely tell this is a family owned business because it shows in their wonderful customer service. I appreciate this place for being honest and fair and I wish more places were like this Aim All. I would much rather pay my money to decent and fair people like the owners of Aim All storage rather than some cold hearted corporation who could care less when life throws you curve balls. my payment is on auto pay for over 5 years now. I get a late charge letter. I get off work early and drive there.I give them the only card I own....(the same one on auto pay) and it went right through. This is a great facility! I've had a unit here for quite some time and the police is not even comparable to other units that are half the size at other facilities. I have no complaints whatsoever! They offer move in specials on top of the low rental price, month-to-month payments with no contracts, and even accepts payments over the phone (so convenient)! The staff is always friendly and polite, the facilities are clean and well maintained, and I've never experience an over crowding of people at any given time. When I first got my unit, it was explained to me how their security system works too...it's important to make sure that you enter your personal code upon entering even if the gates are already open because if you don't, it sets off a warning alarm in the office! read more
