We stored out travel trailer here and it was STOLEN! There are cameras but they only keep the video for 30 days. Stacey was no help! No empathy just blame and accusation. We stored the trailer for the season due to an upcoming surgery and we didn't know the exact date we were last there and that was suspicious to them and even questioned if we were having a domestic dispute. They asked to double check to see if the trailer was parked in our driveway! We are so sad. We only moved to this storage because the one down the street closed. We should've done more research. Insurance paid it but that's not the point. Our kids are so devastated that our mini-home (and EVERYTHING inside) is gone! read more

I love my storage! I looked, and looked for a small storage. First off, no one was offering a 5x5 for less then $180!! That, to me is ridiculous! So many people are without homes and need storage and so many storage places are taking advantage of them! When I first called American Mini Storage, I told them what I needed and they didn't have one available. They offered to put my name on a waiting list. I'm so happy they did that! It was only about a month and they called me. The prices are amazing and they AREN'T taking advantage of people. I am a senior and I even got a senior discount. I stored here for a short time while cleaning out my garage and getting it organized. Staff was friendly and makes you feel welcome. The property is very well cared for and clean, which is such a big thing and they do daily inspections to make sure things stay clean and that each customers storage locker is secure! The fees can be a little high if your payment is late, but it's all listed in your contract which they go over with you when you open the account. I've used them for a short time (6 months) for my personal and business materials and would use them again. My adult child uses them still and we've had absolutely no problems. Actually the opposite as I was given a discount by them prior to giving the proper paper work to officiate the discount. With my busy life, they would call and remind me to bring the paperwork in, I would inform them I'd be in and then, this old man would forget. This went on for months. The discount never went off my account. These guys are very professional and deal with my personality very nicely with my "humor" in all situations. I am in need of another temporary storage unit.
