I have been storing at StorQuest for about 3 years now and I just moved out last week, I rented a 26-foot truck to move out, 2 large storage units, which I was not able to turn and get out, because the storage Corners are a little small for big trucks. But the staff Nina was off at 6 o'clock, we were trying to hurry up and move our items out, before she left, but was not able to do so, so when she was off work, she went above and Beyond services that day for the company. Nina stayed after work, open the gate for us so we were able to move the truck out of the storage lot, she even reopen the up stairs for me, because I forgot my lock at one of the upstairs units, she was patient and concern with our move out, even though she had to go to a Halloween party ,she still stayed and help us, which made it stress free, after all of that, I think storage Quest made a great decision on hiring the best people for their customer service team, it has always been clean, even the restroom, they have also offer me ice cold water, when it was hot and notice we were moving or placing items in storage, Nina and the other staff has always been helpful, I have had no problems, only when they raise the rent or insurance on the unit, but they will send a letter out in advance, so you are aware of the change. They will always be number one in my book and I highly recommend them to friends and family. read more

3-4 months ago, I drove by this Riverside location, and I saw a guy outside cleaning the area. I dropped in to let him know I'd be searching for a storage unit soon. He showed me a couple of spaces, and I said 'thanks', and left. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. On 3OCT16, I needed a storage space, and I did not have to search around. I went straight to the Riverside location again, and met with Brandon Anderson again, and he again took me to see a couple of units. I'll take one, thanks. Again, very polite, courteous, friendly guy, and obviously cares a lot about his job and keeping his place looking clean. He got me through the paperwork, and I was done in about 15 minutes or less. From day one, I have experienced friendly,professional, and helpful people, like Johnnie, and Karl, willing to go out of their way to accommodate me in whatever manner they can to resolve issues,and answering any questions that I may have. also, they took the time to call me , as a courtesy, to remind me, of due dates, so that I could avoid any late fees, or additional fees. I really appreciated this, especially in today's economy . I would recommend them, without hesitation, to anyone looking for public storage facilities.Also, They have lights on at night , and give you 24 hour access to your storage units , and they are secure. what more can you ask for ? read more

Storquest is the best. If King Tut were alive today, I'd refer him to Storquest to store his remains. Of course, he probably wouldn't understand me since he spoke ancient Egyptian. He'd probably also freak out at modern amenities like cars, tv's, McDonalds, etc. Aluminum would also be a mindfreak. Not much aluminum in ancient Egypt. Still, I'd say to Mr. Tut, "Storquest kicks butt." Their facility is so clean you can eat off the floor; of course King Tut was used to eating off the sands of Alexandria so a floor would be an upgrade. StorQuest Self Storage was for me all but self storage. When Brandon saw I was disabled yet had not reserved a handicap unit, he did his best to move me into one closer to the lift. He was also gracious enough to assist me at every turn. He went so far as to help me load and pack my unit. I have not used storage prior to this and I will use this company again if the need arises. The management and staff are great people. They're all friendly and accommodating. They keep the common areas very clean and that's big with us, having had a negative experience in another place.
