Natalie and Alexis helped me out big time. U-Haul had my truck reservation canceled on me and Airport storage saved me by letting use their truck. I do have a storage unit with them and 10x25 with them which is priced competitively. Good prices and good services. Thanks! read more

Professional and friendly service... we were in a pinch to find a facility for my son's belongings for the summer because the initial place we chose would not respond to our calls. Luckily Natalie came to the rescue!!! Will definitely use them the 3 years of college ... read more

They are very friendly and helpful. Also the place is very well kept. Never had any problems.

Highly recommend! I researched + visited multiple storage units before choosing this place. They genuinely want to give you the best option for what you need + the manager is amazing. I feel safe going in/out, even at night + love knowing that someone lives onsite. The property is managed really well + always stays clean. read more

Exceptional service! Both Natalie and Alexis are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have been impressed by how great these two people are in every aspect of the rental process. I rented a small unit for two months only to discover I needed a larger unit. As soon as one became available, Natalie contacted me and I snapped it up immediately. The whole transfer process from the smaller unit to the larger one was smooth and easy. When I first visited the center, they explained the whole rental procedure completely and made it easy for us to sign up and move our extra stuff out of the house and into storage. The whole storage center is clean and the interior units have brightly lit hallways and music playing. I would highly recommend this place for your storage needs. read more

I am totally satisfied with Airport Super Storage. Initially, I planned to rent a storage space for 3 months which ended up being 10 months. When I went back to vacate my unit, all of my stuff was still clean without dust, bugs, moisture, or odor. The restroom was super clean and well-maintained which was conveniently located next to the office. Overall, I highly recommend this place comparing the price, quality, and service. Natalie was super friendly, responsive, flexible, and professional. She made things very easy and pleasant. Thank you, Natalie!! read more

This review is long overdue. Airport Super Storage is absolutely a 5+ star storage facility! I was very impressed with the customer service, especially from Natalie. The moment I walked in, she was extremely busy dealing with multiple customers and at the same time taking phone calls. She was very professional and it was evident that her customers is her highest priority. Her recent promotion to Manager is definitely deserving. I will continue to refer Airport Super Storage to my friends and family. read more

No one likes to move. And secondly, this was my first time ever having to use a storage unit to keep our stuff while we wait to move into our new home. Had the pleasure in working with Alexis W., who quickly made a great first impression! Very friendly and knowledgeable, and made this process simple and smooth. One big reason that made me decide to place my stuff here is the location. Secure at first sight, and clean upon inspection. Storage units appear well kept. Will update within the next few months if any changes occur, but so far so good. Thank you Alexis for all your help! read more

I definitely recommend this storage unit over all other local storage units. So much so, that I am a returning customer. I've always known that if I needed a storage unit in the future, I'd go here. I remembered loving the area, the security of the storage, and most especially the customer service. I believe Natalie helped me out the first time around, and she helped me again today. She's been working there for a while and it shows. She's knowledgable, helpful, and she really makes it a better experience. read more

I am not sure who the last person was who wrote the bad review but they must have gone to another place because I was serviced by the Manger today and she was absolutely wonderful. She went in great detail to find out what I was looking for and made sure I was aware of all current deals, discounts and promotions. They even have a truck available for you if you did not have one. The facility is very clean and the extended hours makes it very convenient for those of us that need to drop by after work. I was very happy with my spot and I will definitely refer them more customers! Stop by and check it out yourself, you will NOT regret it! Mariette M. read more

I've been a customer since 2016 in a 10x10 and I've gotten to know Natalie personally and she has been wonderful and professional since day one, I feel like we're family. Have no idea what Miss Christina is talking about, couldn't be further from the truth. But I can assure you once you go in and meet Natalie and her team personally you know they are simply the best storage in Ontario. Don't take my word for it, go check them out in person. read more

I have had many storage units over the year's but I have to say by far, this is not only one of the cleanest but the nicest storage facilities I have ever rented from. This last move was a super stressful one for me but when I called for pricing, I was very impressed and appreciative of the customer service provided by Bonnie. This only magnified when I came in person to rent out a space. She has always been so kind, friendly and helpful whenever I call. We need more customer service people like her. Heck, I can learn to be a better customer service rep from her! Overall, an awesome experience I am having renting at Airport Super Storage and I will make sure to refer anyone of my friend's or family that is looking for a space to rent. Keep up the outstanding job! read more

Great staff , super easy to sign up. it is nice to go there and feel welcome and like its my own place.

This is the best storage facility I have ever been to. It is clean, air-conditioned the units have individual security alarms. The employees there are very professional, polite and will help you in anyway they can. Natalie is great! She does a great job managing. I think they have reasonable rates and I recommend this place to anyone who needs a storage facility. read more

Just ran in to purchase packing paper (best price, great quality). Bonnie has been incredible. All these five star Yelp reviews and a good friend's recommendation led to the choice. I phoned Sunday and she reserved a space for me. I was quoted a very reasonable rate and Bonnie was warm and friendly. She took time to answer all of my questions, which might have been tedious because it is my first time storing. Then our plans changed so we no longer need to store. Bought the paper and she pleasantly canceled my reservation. Super easy Airport Super Storage! Very secure & authentic, caring people. read more

From my first interaction with the manager, Natalie, to the day I stored my belongings and worked with Bonnie, I have been treated well. While they didn't have the size I initially believed I wanted, Natalie first offered a referral to another site, but once I realized I needed a bug space, she accommodated my needs, navigating my set move in date with grace. The storage unit is air conditioned and clean, and the property is safe and secure. I like that my code unlocks and locks my unit, plus the site has cameras with video display right in the office. I highly recommend this company! -Joanna W. read more

We were researching some storage places near Ontario, when I finally stumbled upon Airport Storage. They had phenomenal reviews so I decided to give them a call, and I was not disappointed! Their prices were already great, but to top it off they had SPECIALS!! The staff was very helpful. The storage units are very clean ... Everything was just perfect! Very happy!! Annette M. read more

I've searched around and have seen many other storage places but as soon as I walked into Airport Storage, I knew right away that this is the place! Customer service is excellent! Natalie made me feel at home as if I am part of the family. I was showed around and the whole facility was in awesome condition very clean and you can tell it's well taken care of. I saw the unit and I love that the building is well lit. It's nice and bright inside and it didn't feel hot compared to other storages I've checked out. Of course this is a big plus when you are going back and forth moving your stuff. Each unit has it's own security code which made me feel even more confident that my stuff is in a safe place. This experience was like love at first sight! Their prices are very reasonable and have great special offers. You should check them out, you won't regret it. Luna N. read more

Great storage units. Your belongings are going to be safe here. Property is clean and well maintained. Great staff to work with.

Great place. Safe and secure. Friendly staff. This place is always clean. The employees are what I call "unusually friendly". If you've used self storage places then you know what I mean. They actually appreciate your business and treat you like a customer. they have a nice security system and I have never been here and seen a "broken gate" or anything like that. Best storage place I've used and I've had a lot. read more

Well I want to say that they were a SUPER HELP at the last minute. We live close to them and we had to empty our garage so that we could park our car in it and we only had a short amount of time. I went to other locations that had a $1 for the first month..Total BS with that. I was about to go home and figure something else out and then I remember about Airport Super Storage. SO I went there told them my needs they gave me a special price for the time that we were going to use the storage and also had a moving truck my wife and I could use. That was GREAT!! So I just want to thank the Staff at Airport Super Storage for all their assistance and I WOULD RECCOMEND THIS STORAGE FACILITY TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY read more

Had to rent a small storage unit and after calling 4+ other storage facilities in the Ontario area, Airport storage was the lowest monthly charge. I went to check out the unit and the young lady Alexis was very helpful and friendly. I was impressed with how clean the entire facility is so I did end up renting the unit for a very good price. Glad I found this location! read more

This property is very clean and well maintained. I haven't had any troubles trying to access the property as of yet. I feel like I know the staff personally and we're all good friends. Easy access through security gate, air condition units that are sparkling clean. The rates are very affordable and they give you a move-in special based on the amount of time you think you need the unit. Keep in mind my name is Richard but not all Richards are as cool as me like the one below, only a crazy person would write something like that, and because of that review that was the reason why I decided to come in and stored at airport. I had to see what all the fuss was about and trust me the hallways are extremely wide as well as the heights on the units are really really high so I was able to stack all my belongings to the ceiling. Which helped me save by going with a smaller unit, since I was able to stack to the ceiling! And you might wanna hurry up and call them because when I call the only had 1 left and they even told me they sell out very quickly. So glad I went with them and I look forward to doing more business with them. read more
