STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORAGE FACILITY. This company engages in unethical business practices. They will have you sign and NOT tell you that the price you are getting is a "promo rate". It will then increase to the "standard rate". Give it about 4-8 months and then it will increase nearly 29% due to "market conditions". If you try to discuss with anyone via phone or chat, they will pretty much tell you to kick rocks. They don't care about keeping customers, but price gouging. Down the street are better storage units and it's less than half a mile down the road. read more

This company engages in deceptive practices. When you move in, they require you to sign a month-to-month contract, and once you're settled in, they increase your rent each month. They have poor business ethics. read more

Easy to set up. Storage center is clean and well kept. They also have rodent boxes around the perimeter to keep the critters out. I have a smaller unit, so I don't get the direct sunlight, so the lighting could be improved as it is very dim. read more

I have been checking on various storage units online and narrowed down to a few, StorQuest being one of them. I wanted to make sure this was where I wanted to store my stuff so I made a visit in person. When i walked in to the office, Tyrone, the office manager greeted me and was available to speak with. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained all the options. After visiting a few other places I decided to utilize StorQuest. I also worked with Tatiana who showed me the actual room, which was clean. The grounds are well kept, and there is plenty of security cameras. read more

Nice and courteous staff. Property is clean. Never really had any problems with our storage unit getting infested with bugs or anything. Felt safe going into the facility. However, we didn't get our free truck use with move in. But other that that I would recommend StorQuest. read more

Excellent customer service! My husband and I have been using this storage facility for over a year and have been very pleased with the customer service we receive. Tyrone and the other staff have always been extremely helpful and accommodating. A year ago when we first moved our items in to the unit, Tyrone was kind enough to help us with the sign up process and set up assistance with a moving truck on site. When we arrived at the units, my husband and I realized we had underestimated the amount of items we were putting in storage. Tyrone quickly assisted us by transferring our storage unit to one that would better suit our needs. On a very stressful day, Tyrone and StorQuest where there to help us out. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is looking to store items safely in the area. read more

Okay. This place deserves a 5 star. Their staff, Tyrone who was very pleasant over the phone and Leann who was very patient, helpful and accommodating really make this place a value for money. Leann not only explained everything to me well but was very sensitive enough to get our paperwork over and done with immediately. She was really very pleasant and nice. We forgot to bring a lock which to my relief this store carries. They have very reasonable prices for packing materials. Place is clean, well maintained. Very secure. We were able to get a really good deal for the smallest unit and it was the cheapest in the area. I should know because I have been comparing prices for almost 2 weeks and I was hesitating at first but thenI saw a very good price for $36 a month for their smallest unit. This became a no brainer for me and I immediately reserved online. read more

Hands down best storage facility I have dealt with. The place is secure, your name comes up on screen when you enter your gate code, kinda cool, code to get out of gate also. You really wouldn't think it was a storage facility place because the place is well kept, I mean the grounds are clean, they take pride in their business.
