Let me start off by saying this business does not even deserve ONE star. I am completely and utterly REPULSED by this place! The way they conduct business is appalling and completely unprofessional they shouldn't even be operating, much less have any customers that give them their hard earned money. I'm so disgusted by their lack of handling situations with a potential customer that I had to write this almost immediately. The lady that spoke to my bf on the phone, I believe her name was Patty, must have woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning because she lost all sense of how to be human. My bf set a reservation for a Uhaul truck yesterday well BEFORE 5:30 and we went this morning to come pick it up. Mind you there was one but it was within the facilities gated barrier and he didn't have access. So he tried calling the business and Patty was the one that he spoke too. This woman had the nerve to BLAME him! Saying he put the reservation AFTER 5:30 PM yesterday. This was completely inaccurate. The fact that she had the nerve to blame the customer is outrageous. No, lady. He made it prior to your "cutoff time" for processing. Check your records again. She also went on to blame him for his card not working on their machine to gain entry. What kind of business owner/employee is this ridiculous with someone who was willing to give them business?! That is just awful and I can see now why they have so many one star reviews. Apparently they don't care or else they would alter the way they handle customer issues. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone I know. They deserve a NEGATIVE rating if anything but Yelp doesn't offer us that luxury of giving business's what they truly deserve. So one star it is. One star they shouldn't even have the honor of getting. Anyone thinking of giving these people their business should do so with caution. Go there with absolutely no expectations and you will most likely still be let down. That is how bad they are and what I honestly think of them from this one encounter we had this morning. Business must be booming for them too because when my bf said he would go elsewhere the lady had the nerve of telling him "You're just going to run into the same problem". Excuse me, no. We won't. Because unlike YOU(Patty) other business owners will know how to treat paying customers. They will not put the blame on someone else for something that was THEIR companies fault. This storage facility is kept up with , clean, and feels like belongings are safe !! I had a wonderful experience with an associate named Aaron , he was very polite and informative. Aaron showed me different sized storages without and issue. The process was simple and straight to the point. The prices here are affordable. The storages were very clean. There is also 24/7 digital video recording with alarm systems. read more

I should have read the reviews before coming here. They told me they price match with any local storage. They didn't give me any specifics. I got a quote from a competitor from the next city for a decent rate and they didn't want to honor it. They told me the competitors needed to be within 5 miles, not 11 miles. They wanted to charge me $174 instead of the $114 rate I got from Cube Space in Fontana. All of this could have been communicated well in advance. Such a disappointment because I drove my uhaul truck to their location and wasted mileage and had. Find a business that will communicate effectively and be upfront about their terms of conditions before you waste your time. read more

Terrible customer service. Came in to rent a U haul truck and Paige in front was so disinterested in helping. Not even a "I'll be right with" you. Totally a DGAF attitude. She spent 20 minutes on the phone while i waited barely acknowledging that there was a customer waiting. Some other lady to the side was playing solitaire the whole time. read more

Vicky is the best! She sets the bar for customer service (I am very picky). She communicates well and is very professional. It was not the cheapest place for me to store my stuff. However, I stuck around for a couple of years because the facilities are clean, and they have trolleys to cart stuff around from your car to your unit. Ended up moving my stuff but only because I needed to be closer to home and save a bit of money. I have and will continue to recommend this establishment to friends and colleagues. read more

We have had our storage here for perhaps 7 months now and have had no issues. The staff is very helpful and friendly! I love how clean the entire place is! I've seen some storages where it looks like you are in a Haines maze at knotts scary farm! This place is always clean, well lit, and great pricing. read more

We rented a truck for two days and then tried to get a storage room and both days the lady showed up late and wasn't that friendly. We waited over a hour and after the second time they were late again we left after 20 mins. And got a storage unit down the street. I will never go back there. This place is unorganized and unprofessional. Their door hours say open at 9. the lady didn't show up till 10 am. Also when we called Uhaul, who we originally booked with, they said their house posted to them was 930. Either way they didn't show up on time. And maybe should figure out the hour situation. A guy who has a storage unit there say they just show up whenever they want. So if u want a dependable place to go this is not the place. I advise u move on. read more

We have been customers here since 2010, never had an issue with Diane and David, don't know why they no longer work here. We paid our bill every month on time. Have paid $70 bucks a month for a mid sized storage, just was verbally told last month our annual contract was up and they were increasing up to $150 a month, I am appalled that my business is not appreciated. They could do slight increase but this is crazy! Owners are getting greedy and don't care about loyal customers or even doing sliding scale increases. So now I have to move all out as they aren't getting another dime from me! Beware...people store cars here and work on them, change oil, etc and there is a homeless lady that lives here too. Shop around, do business with people that want your business!!! read more

I don't know if the management changed, but I have had a complete different experience here. Vicky has been nothing but nice and accommodating. The price was the best around for storage and when my van broke down, renting a van was simple, fast and friendly. I whole heartedly recommend this storage facility for all you needs read more
