They raise rates several times a year. If you use auto pay, they lock you out of your unit when THEY fail to take the auto payment on time. There are far too many other options on the market , so shop around. read more

Moving is an incredibly stressful experience, especially when the shift involves downsizing. Both Ruth and Mark made the transition SO MUCH easier. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service (on the phone + in person), ensuring that everything goes as smoothly as possible and greeting everyone with kindness. Their job is not an easy one, but they handle everything with such grace. My mom's and my experience with them was so lovely that both our immediate and extended family members followed suit, becoming Stor-N-Lock clients themselves. Very good experience dealing with Stor-N-Lock in Rancho Cucamonga. The facility is nice and clean, air conditioned with convenient hours. Best place out of three that I looked at in the area. Marck Lopez , Manager and Ruth Zendejas, Manager, were very helpful and extremely courteous. Mark showed me several units that were available. He was very patient and made sure that I was satisfied with my selection. Ruth signed me up and explained the contract thoroughly to make sure that I understood everything. The staff is very friendly and very helpful,the storeage units are very clean prices are reasonable.

It's a little high in price but we are happy with our storage unit never really had any issues with access .

I gave two stars simply because I had such a great experience with Carole and his wife Clinton when I first rented this storage. Even the woman(Liz, I think), who currently works there was helpful. But every-time I call and have to talk to, in my opinion, Crabby Alex, it's an issue. I have had this unit over a year, never had issues with moths/bugs of any sort but I understand that things happen. My issue is with the tone/attitude that Alex gives off. Very nonchalant and just back and forth. I work in customer service and have never dealt with the back and forth and condescending tones. Not even when I worked for DMV, and that's saying A LOT. Its crazy. I thought hey, maybe this is just over the phone. People perceive things differently. Nope. Even in person, I went into the office to voice my concerns about the bugs I had seen in my unit. Felt Alex was very short. Didn't seem too concerned/apologetic, we offered to show him a photo, as he didn't seem to concerned with seeing what we saw, but he said no problem he would have someone take care of it. Cool. Not everyone is great at customer service so I moved on from that. My thing is, if you can't get into my unit, without me, don't you want to know what kind of bugs are in there to potentially ruin my beautiful couch? Now here we are, I call to see if they will be able to clean out the unit or...that conversation ended when I hung up, sick of going back and forth because I used "clean out" instead of "blow out" as Alex "suggested." As a manager you should be able to handle calls/complaints in a professional way. Overtakking and accusing your customer of "starting it" is completely unprofessional. Aside from Alex, I've never had an issue or been unhappy with this facility. I do hope to find a bigger place soon and get my belongings out of storage. As I was writing this, Alex emailed me a very professional email, maybe he should've read from the email when speaking. My review remains the same. I want to add that I had to reach back out to Alex, several days later in regard to if it could be cleaned or what. I feel he should've reached out to me after they sprayed and informed me of the TWO OPTIONS I had. read more

Mark greeted me personally when I called back after missing their initial call back after renting online. Moving is a pain, so this was a super refreshing and appreciated experience. I will never use your service again. Update: I see after almost 5 years There's a response to my message. I hope you truly use this as a learning tool. I was overcharged and treated poorly. When I asked for help from your corporate office it fell on deaf ears. I continue to share my experience verbally with anyone looking for storage. They get you in on low prices and then they rise the price up 35-40$. Rip off. But what can you do. I need to fine another way.

I must agree with the previous reviews regarding the lovely couple Clinton and Carole. It was always a pleasure to speak with them and I sometimes stopped in just to see them to say hello as I headed to my unit. I was sad when I heard they were retiring but also glad they can now relax and enjoy life. They certainly deserve it. As of February 2019, there is a new young couple, Alex and Amanda managing this location. I met them both when I recently paid my rental fee and inquired about upgrading to a larger unit. They are very nice and bring a new enthusiasm to the office. They are very attentive to detail and accommodating to the customer as well. I anticipate they will fill Clinton and Carole's shoes proudly as I have no doubt that they will continue with the dedication and service driven motivation that I witnessed. read more

This location is clean and well kept, Ruth is very friendly and professional. I stopped by to check out the sizes of the storage and Ruth helped me pick out the right size for my needs. The people who work here a kind hearted people, they help me and my family of 8 during the camp fire buy allowing us to come at a late hr even if it ment for her to come back at 10pm they allowed us to us a unit to store donations for camp fire survivors and never questioned how long we needed it. don't trust stor n lock in rancho cucamonga. we got our unit broken into and $1,000's of dollars worth of merchandise stolen out of so called safe facility. ruth and mark did not help us find out who broke into our unit. they said the camera was not facing our unit. ruth said the cameras are for show. they wouldn't let us even look at the camera to see who was parked in front of our unit. ruth manager opened our unit two times the day she called us about our unit being broken into. she even set our door alarm off twice. they refuse to give us any management numbers to call for help. to get answers as to why ruth legally can open our unit not once but twice. ruth informed us they had another unit broken into as well the month prior. we have proof with ruth's handwriting that she opened our unit without police or myself there. do not rent a unit from stor n lock in rancho cucamonga. it's not safe. ruth gabe us a notice to leave the facility the same day all of our merchandise was stolen. horrible horrible read more

I can't even begin to tell you what a positive experience renting a storage locker here. Several issues prompted the 5 star rating: 1. Fantastic customer service!! The couple running the facility were very helpful and "fun". Can tell they LOVE what they are doing. Wanted to stay and chat after transaction was finished. 2. Place was spotless and well maintained 3. Great security!! Cameras and monitors everywhere. 4. Found this place by looking on Yelp at reviews..had 3 prior reviews all stellar.. Helps to pay attention to Yelp reviews ! 5. Went on their website and found a deal for 1 month free. Experience was so positive that wasn't going to use the coupon until they asked. Very good customer service. I moved in from Northern California a couple weeks ago and spoke with Julie. The girl is awesome, she went above and beyond any other storage unit I have had up North. The place is clean, managed well and convenient. Julie even bought us water while we unloading my moving truck! She even helped me out with my Penske moving truck (I promised I wouldn't tell Yelp what she did....but she handled my moving truck....and car carrier for us). If you need a storage unit. By far the best self storage place in Ontario! They are great on price and also do a pro rated rate if you are moving your stuff in mid month, they have awesome security which gives peace of mind that your stuff is safe there, ac throughout the storage units, great customer service! I actually stayed talking with Clinton and Carole for about a hour, they are the nicest/sweetest people ever! I was also able to use my 1 month free when I checked in there though Yelp (score) I would stop looking elsewhere for a storage place this is the best one! I called 5 storages near by to get the best deal and Stor-N-Lock was the best. read more

This is the worst place you could go to. Rats everywhere and got in my stuff and damaged a lot of things that had to be thrown out. Sticky green pesticide all over my things!! Manager never even offered to compensate me or even a discount. DON'T GO HERE!! read more

I've stored household belongings at Stor-N-Lock in Rancho Cucamonga for a few years now. i like the storage unit location as it is underground (elevator accessible) and when I was moving items back and forth and sorting through boxes, it's nice and cool down there. The management teams and staff have always been friendly and accommodating. Previous places I had rented from always had a huge hassle to vacate and large price increases regularly. The price increases here were reasonable. I just left as I finally have a place near my home in northern California, and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy move out was. Stress free. They are a reputable company and I would recommend renting from Stor-N-Lock. read more

This place is absolutely awesome. Carol and her husband are super great people, run a great ship, and went well above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate me. The facility is very clean, safe and secure. For anyone in Southern California, I would highly recommend this space. It was a fraction of the cost I'd incur in Los Angeles, and without the drama and risk that run in some storage facilities. This location is also right off of the 10 / 15 freeway in a very safe and clean neighborhood. Highly recommended, and I'll be back. Thanks Carol! read more
