I just want to say the staff here is amazing. I had an emergency tonight where I was going to be locked out of the parking lot because my work truck isn't going to make the 10pm cutoff. I called the emergency number which then reached out to Karen the general manager. Within minutes Karen called me even though it's 10 at night and saved my day. I'll definitely be adding the 24 hours access after this but have never been so relieved. She's actually the one that rented the unit to me in the first place and is the sweetest girl. This is definitely the best storage place in Rancho. I've used several in the past and have never been treated so well. Thanks again Karen for saving my day!!! read more

From the moment we got the call that the size of unit was available, until we got access, the office staff was very helpful. Melissa gave us a tour of the property and explained everything to us for opening the secured gates, doors and other amenities like RV sewer dump We have been moving in for the past 2 months. No negative issues. Very friendly tenants and clean facilities. Highly recommend this location read more

This facility and it's staff are truly amazing! Very clean, very large well maintained units, with electricity and night lights and very secure! Grate rates. Margaret, the daytime manager, was very attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely kind. There's no better choice in So. Cal for personal, business or vehicle storage. My name is A Ray Fuller, and I'm proud to review this place! read more

Found this place looking for a location to park our Summitridge church's 35 ft. truck. We found the need to park it somewhere, as the previous location was no longer available. Thanks be to God for directing us here. An exceptionally clean storage area, very secure and easily accessible. The people in charge of the facility are super friendly, competent, with the customer's needs their priority. .We use our truck every Sunday which requires easy access early on a Sunday morning and XL hours of operation accommodates our needs. Safety, security, and friendliness, with reasonable prices. What more could you ask for ? read more

This review has no reflection on Margaret the Office Manager, it reflects the owner directly. We have two spaces side by side at this location. One space has our day trailer, the other a brand new toy hauler. Recently Storem expanded and vehicles in the new section drive behind our trailers and enter the main lot to either leave or use the dump station. Someone did a hit and run and side swiped or day trailer and pushed it into our new toy hauler. Damage on our day trailer consisted of broken tail lights, bent metal on the back end and a 4 inch gash on a tire that needs to be replaced. Damage to our new toy hauler consisted of our leveling jack being hit and leaking, our back door steps being so badly bent they no longer functioned. Along with various scratches. I contacted the office on a Saturday, it went to a call center because the office at Storem isn't open on weekends. I explained to the lady what happened. She very rudely told me it would have to wait until Monday. I talked to Margaret that Monday and she was very helpful in telling me what the procedures were. Filled out an incident report, filed a police report. Margaret said we needed to do this in order for the cameras to be accessed to figure out who was responsible for the damage. Margaret said this would take about a week and someone would call us. I've called Margaret twice since then, she's sent emails as well and NOTHING.not even a call back. It's been over a month. We've been customers for over six years, this damage cost us money. This is unacceptable. Every rent increase letter starts off by saying something to the effect of, "In order to continue to offer you a secure place to store your vehicles." This isn't a secure place, I would also question if the security cameras are indeed real.---------------------------------------- Feather, I get how important insurance is, we have plenty of it. My Yelp review was generated out of the lack of customer service by letting us know what was going on. Margaret told me I would hear something in about a week. We never heard anything from anyone. Just a simple update was all we were looking for. I had to leave a negative Yelp review to get a response. I noticed you used the word "attempt" about contacting the police on what the cameras picked up. Did you, or did you not speak to someone? Might I remind you a "hit and run" is breaking the law. Why would you not want to help catch a person that is doing damage to people's vehicles on property that your company owns. By not helping to resolve this issue you're allowing this to happen again. We simply want to know that someone at least cares and will follow up when something like this happens. I get it, people do stupid stuff, accidents happen. But customer service is very important with any type of business, especially when the situation is illegal. read more

I want to give a very big thank you to Margaret we're always being so professional with her handling of our payments. Yes it is expensive but all things considered we've never had any issues with storing our large trailer. Thank you Margaret read more

I have been at Storem for about a year now and I have nothing but great things to say about this storage facility. Margaret and Melissa are so pleasant to work with and they are always on top of everything at this facility. It's like the ritz Carlton of storage units! The customer service that Margaret and Melissa offer is unspeakable nowadays and the grounds are always kept very clean. Highly recommend! read more

I have to be honest here, the storage facility was clean, the staff was courteous and i had no issues while storing my Boat in the indoor valet. However, after i vacated (giving the 30 day notice as requested) I asked for my security deposit back and at that time they assured me that I would have it within two weeks. It has been six weeks now and I still have not received my deposit back. After contacting the office there and asking them when I would receive my deposit, they gave me the run around about "the owners being out of town" and "you should have it any day". If the intention is to not give back the deposit, then they should have asked for a non-refundable deposit!!! I paid on time every month and all I am expecting from any 'legitimate' business is the same courtesy.......... I would not do business with XL Storage again read more

Been storing my RV here for 10 years. Went to check on it this morning and my RV was vandalized. Turns out that Stor'em has ZERO liability for your stuff while parked inside. Pretty disappointed. But I guess that's what I signed in my lease. read more

Hour of operation are either incorrect or they don't have reliable people working here. Called ahead and was told to come on in. On arrival (3:40pm) the office was closed so I called the call center and they told me that someone should definitely be onsite until 5pm. Red flags!!! read more

I have been here for approximately 7 months and this is by far the best place to store anything! I currently have a 30' toy hauler stored at XL. Connie who works the office is great and the on site owner Bud is a really nice gentleman. This place is always clean and the free dump station is convenient. I also saved a rental fee by borrowing their dolly for moving. It's all the little extras that count in a friendly business. I highly recommend this place. Gary in space 156. read more

I'm so glad XL Storage is open right here in Rancho. We just moved our toy hauler & boat over to the new facility. They have definitely been able to accommodate us & it's so close to home. We have our toy hauler in the outside lot & our boat in the VIP indoor warehouse storage for weather purposes. The grounds are gated, super clean, well lit & they have cameras all over the place. I totally feel comfortable leaving my family toys over there. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs storage... Give them a call or go take a tour that is what we did, it's very cool! read more

I just moved my boat to XL's new valet storage. It was stored in riverside at another storage facility but now it's right here in town. The facility looks really nice, seems to be pretty secure, I noticed security cameras right at the front gate and throughout the place there were big bright lights. I put my boat in the warehouse storage. But they have a lot of outdoor spots also. I'd recommend anyone looking for storage give XL a call. read more
