Sent me an email and tried to scam me with a phishing attempt. I have never done business with this location.

Don't come here. Rented a unit for $49 month and in 3 months the bill increased by $70!! From 49 to $118 Ridiculous that the increase more than doubled the bill. My social security didn't go up enough to pay that. It is a rip off. And another customer said in 6 months there will be another increase. No read more

We had no problem until this person keeps parking in front of our storage every time we come to drop off or move our stuff. My husband suspects that someone might be living there but I don't understand why he has to park in front of our storage unit when we need to get in or out... It's very annoying. read more

I used this storage facility for 3 years and I never had any issues with my things getting damaged or dirty. The place is very clean and quiet (for the most part). Would recommend! read more

I'm here a few times a week for a few hours at a time. Great rates, Great customer service, and a very safe location to store your valuables. Neil, the manager, is always more than helpful and he maintains the property quit well. StorQuest is a great company as well. I recently moved out because I have storage space at my new property and I've been there a few years so the rates had gone up past my budget. I believe this is the case with misty all storage units. If I ever need a storage unit again I will definitely be using this on or another Storquest if I am out of the area. Thank you! read more

First time coming to this place and it was a great experience! Jessica was very informative over the phone when I was trying to get a quote and offered a great 1st month deal. Neil went above and beyond with customer service, he followed up with me to see if I was still interested and when we finally met up, they were very helpful and worked with us to get us what we wanted. I would recommend this place! read more

They were prompt and helpful when we needed a unit ASAP. They helped us find the right unit. I would recommend using them if you need a space fast! read more

So there are these two nice people at StorQuest named Lisa and Neil Truly nice people and down to earth people They're located behind the AutoZone on foothill Boulevard and Archibald You know it's just a storage place like any other storage place but it's the people that make the difference and it's nice to go somewhere just to put your things away and it could be a hassle sometimes to be moving back-and-forth like most people do or to have to do but you know when you go somewhere and you run into nice people it just makes your day better and I appreciate Lisa and Neil for just being nice to us! So if you are moving or you need to store some stuff these guys will help you out, give you good information and give you a good price and most importantly be nice to you!!!!! read more

As promised an honest review about how we absolutely love this place! They have wonderful and easily accessible facility, along with great prices! They also provide excellent customer service. And I just want to say Thank you to Neil and the rest of the StorQuest Staff for always providing us the customer care and support we have always wanted. read more

If you make a reservation and then cancel it, they keep calling your cell phone several times a day and leave messages asking if you would like to rent a storage unit from them. Dont call or make a reservation! Otherwise you will get harassed every day at least twice from their sales team! I had to block their number. It went on for days. read more

Neil is always helpful to my mom and brother who was keeping his items here. Thanks for taking good care of his items. They were things he was very proud to have and own. Thanks for you and your staff for being so helpful and kind. read more

Neil is really cool. Poor customer service from Jessica and sydney. Will be contacting corporate.

April 8th update, Now they are messing with me and blocking me from entering the premises. I had to call and yell at the corporate office once again. Again I told the girl, that no one from the main corporate office has bothered to call. That shows how they feel about us customers. Like we are worthless. MY RENT WAS PAID TO. As of today still no calls from management. shows they lack compassion for their clients. Management are complete morons. How can you not see a subwoofer box with no carpet beige stolen. big blue tool box. Video cameras are useless as the employees. Tyrone is the thief you idiots I am beginning to think it is an inside job since they cannot see on a video clear as day, vacuum cleaner, tool box, ammo boxes, tool bag and tools furniture etc. How can you not see any of it???? the people upstairs must be in on it! read more

I love this place best price ever , easy and not to big . Most of all the manager Neil is very helpful . I will always come back to this storage location. I'm a Extreme coupon shopper and this is the place to go . read more

You can't beat the customer service here! HUGE thank you to Neil for his consideration during our move. We wouldn't have been able to get it all done without him. Not only is he extremely helpful, he is pleasant to work with and that goes a long way for customers. Additionally, Neil legitimately cares about the security of the entire facility. He watches the cameras vigilantly and tours the compound to ensure there are no unauthorized personnel roaming. I feel safe knowing my belongings are being stored at StorQuest. read more

This is my 3rd time renting a unit at this location. Each time I have shopped around for lowest pricing and they always come in just below all other storage places. I've never had a problem with the staff they are all very friendly and helpful. They are up front and tell you all the rules and contract terms. (I read a review that said they wouldn't prorate an additional 3 days needed...they tell you up front that you have to give notice when leaving and that there will be no prorating if you go into your next pay month...so ya it's all in the contract...which you sign...) I've never had issues with theft and hopefully I won't jinx myself now. *Crossing fingers* It's two stories and they have an elevator and a few push carts for your convenience, but I prefer the outside units so I can just pull up and unload everything that I need stored. It's a place to store your stuff not really looking for much more than that. read more

Greatly appreciate Niel! Extremely helpful with choosing a storage unit to best fit my needs. Appreciate the ease of online payments and great customer service! Highly recommend this place!! read more

Needing some space for storing books and other small items we didn't need at our apartment, we went here to check out the prices. While it's not the biggest or nicest storage place we signed up right away because of Yolanda. She was incredibly helpful and informative. Storquest is lucky to have her on staff! read more

The 3 stars is for when I signed up for my unit I was literally bullied into leaving a five star review (from my Google account). It was months ago and I haven't seen the girl there since but it really bothered me that she made me show her my phone and when it wouldn't post she took my phone and did it for me. It just really bothered me and made me feel VERY uncomfortable. The place is clean and we'll maintained. Neil seems to be the most helpful. read more

I called Stoquest because of a price increase the gentlemen I spoke with named Tony says it's normal for prices to go up, I had Garfield storage before for over a year and didn't have this issue specially now with Covid 19, I'm very disappointed and is now looking for a new storage place. read more

This is the most unprofessional storage facility that I have ever come across, and we have moved a lot! They have no idea what customer service is and take full advantage of a situation to get every dime out of you possible! Unfortunatley due to escrow taking longer than we expected, which I'm sure many have experienced before, we needed only 3 extra days to move our belongings out of our unit. Instead of pro-rating or even offering any other solutions for my family, they simply made us pay a full extra month's rent of $110 without any hesitation or compassion. We also had family looking for storage and we had previously told them about Storquest but not anymore!! Funny how they just gave up a full years worth of business from our family over an extra month of rent from us!! Pathetic and seems like they can use a serious lesson in what customer service truly means! read more

Debbie is the site manager, and she is absolutely AMAZING! She really goes above and beyond. I have been renting from them over a year now. :) read more

Site manager was very nice facility is well kept and staff is very professional and my space was priced very well happy slappy!!!

Great Service from this Storage Facility. We resented with Stormiest for 10 years and just finally closed out our unit. Throughout the time the staff were terrific. Everything was kept completely secure. When we went to move out we ran into a couple of issues and the staff could not have been more helpful! I highly recommend this facility. Thank you very much! read more

My overall experience was 5 stars. When I go places not to sound rude but I like to be attended to in a timely matter. I'm giving this place 5 stars for the simple fact that there customer service was to my liking. Upon reading other reviews I asked for the guy named Neil and I must say thank you for answering my questions even tho I may have asked a lot . Please keep my stuff safe sir. read more

This place is in a safe area and Neil is one the most helpful guys around. My experience there was great . Thanks Neil

I was here at this storage place for over a year and a half and never had one problem with them. That manager on site debbie is so kind and loving. The only two complants that I would say are that the top storages are hot needs better air flow, and that my price was raised a couple of times. Other then those things this place is clean and safe. read more

This place is TOP NOTCH!!! I've used several storage facilities in my life, and this one is by far the best!! They have the best pricing and customer service available. Ask for Neil, as he's the manager. He will take great care of you AND your belongings!! Thanks StorQuest!!! read more

StorQuest has been excellent. From the very beginning we met their property manager, Neil, he helped us assess what size storage unit would fit our needs, gave us a few options, made all the necessary arrangements, and let us make the final decision. He gave a lot of good advice to us, being a first time storage facility user. On move-in day, he stayed with us and helped us assess whether or not our goods (much more than what we originally estimated) would fit in the unit we chose, and was very accommodating when we had to move up a size. We were impressed at how he was able to measure the volume in his head, and give us spot-on recommendations! He was very professional, helpful, and an all around good guy. We'll definitely recommend his expertise and StorQuest to our friends and family! Thanks a lot Neil! You rock! read more

During my move to Rancho, Storquest was in the perfect location to store my stuff. Debbie was extremely helpful in helping procure a unit, and I even moved units to save money once I didn't need as much storage space. I was only there a couple of months, but it made my move way way easier. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend and am grateful for their excellent customer service. read more

Was accommodating in unusual circumstance we had with a lock we couldn't remove. Also called us back to rectify an error on their company's end after hearing a recorded message we had with someone at the main call center who was ill-informed on how handwritten vacate notices work. Thanks again! read more

I would never go here again. I rented for approx. a year and half a unit inside and upstairs ( that was a mistake on my part) for 67 dollars and my rent went up to 87 dollars. During the last month my unit was broke into. I'm missing items and had someone elses stuff in my unit. The person was arrest but I received no notice or no phone call. When I went to start moving my stuff out there was a new lock on my unit. Anyway I filed a police report but really felt that the manager should have atleast been apologetic. It would have been nice to have been offered my last months rent back. read more
