Let me start off by saying this is the most expensive storage place you can ever go to. We went from paying $200-$430 less than a year and to pay for something that is this expensive. The doors are very hard to open the storage units on the outside that we were renting has a very big gap at the top and it gets very windy and dusty over there so all your stuff that's in there boxes, everything is gonna have layers and layers of dust. So pretty much you're paying for a dust box. don't take my answer for it when you get there just look up. You'll see a big gap and the doors are very hard to open. They do not maintenance the doors even when you ask and let them know that the door is hard to open. And the icing on the cake when I told the gentleman in the office about the unit that we have inside, we were going to move everything out and I let him know that I never opted in on automatic payment. So now I'm overdrawn on my credit card and all he can say is there's nothing I can do you already paid and you did not write them a letter telling them that you no longer want to keep your stuff in their storage this is the craziest thing I've ever heard the worst storage unit ever I found another one same size at another place more than half the price do you research before getting a unit here like I said, don't take my answer for it do your research. read more

Would love to get the corporate number to this storage. The so called manager has been extremely rude and not providing us customer service. We have the lease agreement that states the info we are telling her but she says she doesn't care what we spoke about and agreed on with the previous supervisor/manager. Went in today to rent a 42 foot motor home spot. Aaron was the most polite, friendly and courtesy employ I have met in a long time. He went though his inventory of spots that I would fit in, searching to see who "might" be leaving on the first of the next month. Unfortunately he was not able to fit my coach but as a businessman who employs a lot of sales people, Aaron stood out. He is a great addition to your sales staff. Our motorhome got stolen while parked at this storage yard! Even worse, they notified us 3 days after the theft! They sent us an email the date of the theft reminding us to make a payment, but couldn't bother to tell us about the break in / theft. Worse than that,, police told us that they had to serve them with a search warrant to view surveillance cameras as they were NOT cooperative. The topper: two weeks later (still no motorhome) we went to cancel our empty space so as to not pay for another month. The employee had to walk out to verify the space was empty before he could cancel it (couldn't do that when they broke in). Got home and found a postcard in our mail from them telling us they are happy to be providing safe storage for us but are raising our rent! read more

Unlike the review from Q.L. I find this facility one of the best in the area. There prices are a lot lower than most storage facilities in the surrounding areas. In addition to their great prices they have better gate hours than 98% of any other storage facility. I am 99% sure that if and I do mean if the owner said 'too bad so sad' about losing a customer Brenda (with her kind hearted soul)would not have ever of conveyed that to a customer. I would and do always recommend this facility to everyone that is in need of a storage including RV storage. Unfortunately, Brenda has retired and now there is a new manager but I am sure he is as friendly as her. And of course there is Michelle that works there and she is always friendly, personable and willing to help you with all your needs. So don't believe everything you hear because there is usually more to the story. read more

RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!!! We've been loyal customers here for THREE YEARS. As expected the rent continually goes up but the hidden surprise is what made us finally decide to move. They conveniently did not disclose to us the fact that if you have a homeowners or renters insurance policy you can avoid paying their $9 per month insurance. So over the past three years we were charges nearly $300 unnecessarily. The onsite manager there, Brenda had to speak with the district manager named Sam who said TOO BAD, SO SAD! He'd rather lose us as customers than perhaps give us a free months rent or something to make things right. He also wants to charge us for an additional 10 days during the grace period while we were deciding whether or not to move out. I wonder how many other people at this location are being screwed. And how many other locations do they have that are doing the same. Hmmmmm! read more

The staff was very friendly and always available to help when I called. The only con was that it was a little more expensive than other storage places, but I definitely see why. This storage facility is absolutely top notch. It's well maintained, extremely clean, the rates are competitive, all of the equipment is clean and in working order inclusive of the elevators, carts, etcetera, and the staff are beyond friendly, polite, eager to resolve any problems quickly and effortlessly, and extremely professional.
