The young girl in the front is always persistent asking if I'm gunna move out or when I plan to move everything out. I've already explained my situation to her several times but she continues to ask every time I've gone to grab an item from my unit. I understand my ex husband is required to make the payments up until March 2022 due to an order from the judge but geez girl I told you I would let you know when the unit was empty several times. Do you like money or my ex husband more?? Cuz he is a paying customer so why does it matter when I decide to vacant MY unit. Yes it's in his name that was his choice to throw out mine & our children's belongings while we are still married and while we shared a home together. Now stop bugging about when "I" decide to vacate!!!! read more

Friendly service. Gentlemen drove us out to see the different sizes very quickly. Storage rooms are not climate controlled. They offer dollies for you to move your items in. Filipino owner :) fast sign up process and location is very close to my house. They offer automatic payment so I don't have to worry about paying each month. Going on 4 years with All American self storage. Not one complaint. Very clean too! Safe and convenient.

First, I would like to address that this storage facility is well alarmed and they have cameras everywhere. With that being said... I used this facility for about a year or so, payed my bill on time EVERY month on the 1st, sometimes even on the 31st. There is a lady working there maybe within the last few months that has an attitude problem who found her self treating me like a child and may I even say threaten me. The incident I write about played out like this... My movers and their truck according to her were blocking the one-way pathway for others to drive through. She got on her little golf car and told my movers they needed to move, (I heard her tell them this) she then came around the corner and seen me sitting down under the shade and said " Are they with you? Or are you with them? to which I answered Yes!,they are with me. she repeated her self and now told me they needed to move because they were blocking traffic, to which I said "what do you mean?, cars are still able to drive through." To this she replies "well they have complained, so they need to move" So I ask you Yelpers, if people actually "complained" as she so stated how did they get out and drive through the one way U facility if my movers where blocking??!! I said ok, I'll have them move the truck to the corner, to which she replied, "thanks and I WILL BE BACK!" ok people, last time I checked I was a grown A$$ adult, I heard what you said and I said I would fix it, WHY oh why do you feel the need to threaten me like I'm a child? "I WILL BE BACK???" like WTF?! ok thats my rant. Now, I closed out my account today, it just so happen that the same lady did the close out and then proceeds to tell me that I have a Balance owed to me of -$65 and some change, I was like ok great, she then proceeds to tell me that they will keep it for any FUTURE usage if I so pleased. WAIT, WHAT? I said no its ok, I want it now, she says NO, we don't give money back, it stays here if you ever want to use it again!. YELPERS this lady has kept my $65 and some change hostage!! LIKE seriously, they can't give me my OWN money I paid them BACK?! like, who does this? So, if the owner or manager or the corporation would like to explain this to me I am willing to listen. Because last time I checked if I have a negative balance (money owed to me) in ANY store, company, establishment they give you your money back!! I feel like they are forcing me to have to come back to them or just give up on my money. Well thank you for your time and I would like to tell you readers that you should NOT use this storage facility. Unless you want to give away your money. I do not recommend. read more

The facility is super clean and well secure. I have had a storage space here for 3 years now and have yet to have an issue. The rates have remained the same since I started renting my space. It is also month to month so no long contract to buy in to. I recommend this business. read more

Do not storage your personal belongings there , this place is infested with rodents!! I recently picked up my large screen tv from storage brought it home and there was a mouse inside it. The manager Olie response to my complaints about the live Rodents and feces all over my personal belongings was only that he would put traps. They should have exterminators come out monthly for what we pay to storage our stuff there! DISGUSTING!!! read more
