I was recommended this business by a friend who lives near this location. The young lady I met with was beyond pleasant and helpful. I truly felt good about conducting business with this establishment and in particular the lovely lady helping me. I was locked into the best price than any other storage facility had offered me. The grounds, including the storage unit itself was immaculate! Thank you for taking pride in your work, it shows!!! The facility is easy to access. The rules are basic. The grounds were immaculate. They raised my rent 17% 3 months after I moved in to 3 25' units ($200+ per month). They allow people to sleep in cars within the facility while reports of theft and break ins are happening. When told about the sleeping cars they knew them and even told me their names. I was told "we run a tight ship" when I got these units and this isn't exactly what I thought they meant. I believe the expectation was that with me having such a large amount of inventory stored here that they "had" me and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They'll soon be able to sit with 3 more vacant units for their greed. read more

The process of reserving was so easy and efficient. The people working here has very good customer service. After seconds of filling up the form on line, Don gave a courtesy call and his enthusiasm is just what I needed for the day. They have an app that was so easy to install and use, making the whole experience a great one. There was no needed interaction as all was handled so well. I highly recommend this place. read more

Zero stars I dont appreciate how they handle business. We got a break IN and the manager or whatever is not taking any responsibility for it. By saying the unit is "locked" and still someone breaking IN is not their control. How about all our stuff that stolen and the trauma you guys are creating. Care a little about your consumer because TRUST is what we put IN and by getting this type of response is awful. Weve use storage all the time but through uhaul and never have this problem. Never again. So watch your stuff because apparently you are held accountable for your own break in that we pray to encounter. Unbelievable. read more

This was my first time using a storage unit, and will definitely be the last. While the manager was pleasant and nice, only 3 months into my renting the space, I was subjected to a rate increase? When I called to inquire about the rate increase (which was issued with no notice), I was told they have no control over when a rate increase takes place. They will require you to purchase their insurance to secure the storage unit, claiming it will protect against rodents, etc., but, I just cleaned out my unit, only to find it was infested with rodent remnants and quite extensive damage to my belongings. This is NOT something they cover, nor does the insurance you purchase. As part of conducting an ethical business, this should be disclosed upon renting their spaces. Make sure you are aware of what is covered and what is not covered. Also, I would find a storage space that does not have any gaps in the ceiling space so pests aren't able to move from unit to unit. read more

I used this facility for only two months to sort deceased relatives boxes. They are the cleanest,nicest, accommodating & friendliest team. This place is a joke they told me they had the space I needed available I came down there and then the inside of the storage was a different measurement than what they were advertising. They were extremely rude and unprofessional and after I left they kept calling me to come and see other units that were larger. After I came back down there they told me it was the wrong location that had the unit I needed. I asked them to double check in the computer to make sure there was other locations nearby that had the unit I needed which they told me no they do not have any other ones in the sizes I requested. I called the main phone number yet again to find out what's going on and they tell me the one on foothill has the unit even though the other guy told me it does not have the unit. They offered to text me the address and I went down there but they were closed for lunch at 2 PM? Everyone in the office takes their lunch at the same time and closes down the office? Then I got a phone call 30 minutes later telling me the unit has been rented. I would rather keep my belongings in the rain then ever give them my money at this point. I have never encountered such chaos and people intentionally wasting your time. I believe they know they do not have the units that you need available but they tell you they do to get you down there and try to sell you on a different unit hoping you will not leave without renting. read more

The staff is absolutely second to known. Willing to go the extra mile to make me feel like a member of a family rather then a customer renting a 5x5 space. We laughed, joke and ultimately determined what the best selection would be for my individual needs not what the facility needed/wanted to sell. As we all know moving and storing items is not always enjoyable but the folks at this location made the experience as simple as possible and I'm very grateful. This storage is rat infested. All of our belongings have been destroyed. Everything is trash. There are no traps anywhere. There was more rat crap than our belongings. All of everything valuable has been ruined. They continue to raise the rates every 3 months. I would NEVER put ANY of my belongings at this facility. What a joke. read more

This company is a joke. I have been moved out of the unit for a couple weeks and they decided to call me and try to collect payment for the upcoming month even after they were given notice of two weeks before moving out. I spoke to one lady there the day we moved out asking if I needed to return the keys and she said no that I could keep them. As I had no use for these keys they were thrown away. The lady calling me today said that was incorrect information and that I needed to take the lock out. (I have since moved out of state) this lady showed so much in professionalism and threatened that my credit would be at risk if I did not email them telling them that they could cut their lock out. No one is on the same page there. This is now my written notice allowing them to cut the lock. And I do not recommend this location at all. read more

The location has always been well maintained and kept clean including the interior storage hallways. It has plenty of security cameras maintaining the security integrity of the location. Do not use Extra Space Storage! In 1 year they have raised our rates 3 times. First telling us there was an additional $10 per month in "insurance" due (that we weren't told about until we were there with our stuff) then they raised the rates with no notice and just a couple months later we received another notice that our rates are going up again (with less than 30 days notice) definitely unethical and seems like it should be illegal. I will be pulling my stuff out this month. This is obviously their process... Get you in at 1 rate and then raise the rate every 3 months. Not for me! read more
