I have had numerous storage units over the years and AAA Self Storage is by far, the best of them all. The entire grounds are well maintained, staff is always avail during normal business hours, all the units are climate controlled and entire property is closely monitored for security. Rates have gone up slightly over the years but they are still very affordable. I am definitely a happy customer. read more

I was looking for climate controlled storage for all my worldly possessions after selling my home. My communication with Angie at AAA Quality Storage was spot on! She texted me immediately whenever I had questions and the initial offer for first 3 months was a nice incentive. When I got to the office and met Angie and Susanna, I was met with big smiles, friendly and efficient help getting my new storage unit, and Angie took me on a walk-thru to see where it was, and I was glad to see it was clean and the temperature was mid 70's inside while it was a toasty mid 90's outside! My unit is on the second floor and they have a large freight elevator so no stairs! Yay! Security seems very good, and it is easy to get to the location on city streets. Moving to Covina, got a quote through Yelp, great pricing, great Customer Service, Angie was extremely helpful answering questions about rates. Made an appointment and came in on a Saturday for processing, Triny was very efficient and helpful. My first storage rental experience and it was very positive! Very clean well kept office and facility, easy access even tho my unit is on the second floor! Roomy elevators and moving carts provided. They even loan you a truck if needed, I did make a reservation for it but ended up not needing it so I called to cancel. Renting a storage unit from here did not add to the stresses of moving during these times. Very satisfied customer! read more

I came to this storage unit without really thinking about customer service. I figured I would rent a unit with very little interaction and go on my way. Annie and treeny (sorry if I misspelled it) have gone out of their way more than once to help me out and I have only had a unit for a week. Angie, the manager of AAA Quality Self Storage was very helpful in walking me through the details and helped me pick a unit. She gave me a tour of the facility and showed me which dock I could use to unload my things and how to access my unit. The facility is clean, well maintained, and the manager lives on site. They apparently have never had a break-in of a unit and it felt extra secure with all of the cameras they have everywhere. I also found the prices to be very reasonable compared to other locations. I got a climate controlled unit which was about the same price as an outdoor unit at competitors. I recommend AAA Quality Self Storage to anyone who is looking for a storage facility. read more

I want to take the time to recognize this establishment and the two very wonderful ladies that I have had the pleasure of doing business with there. When I first purchased the storage I didn't have a truck so I absolutely appreciated that they were able to provide a big truck for me to transfer my belongings. There are a lot of choices out there and I know they aren't Public Storage or Extra Space but they managed to create name for themselves. Although, the area can seem unsafe after hours, I have never had any issues with any type of break ins. It's been about two years and unfortunately, I no longer require their services. I truly had a care free time while I used their services and I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone. There is no need to look for storage facility. This is the best storage facility in the area. Annie in the office is always very helpful. The facilities are always secured and clean. They have pest control come out monthly. You can look around like I did and visit other storage facilities ( I visited over 6+ other places), but you will not find a better place. Angie did a wonderful job checking me in and doing all the paperwork for my contract. She walked me to the unit and showed me how to lock and unlock the unit. She even called me to say the truck had been returned and I could pick it up to make the move easier. I'm not sure why this place isn't completely sold out. Annie is the absolute best and kindest person who is so willing and patient. This was our first time needing to rent storage space as we downsized our living arrangements. At one point the movers had to make a second trip which caused her to wait for us passed her closing time and she gladly did it understanding how the moving experience can go.
