From our first day here to our last this place had the best customer service and really made us feel like secure about leaving our things here. We had a storage unit with them for 2 years and not once did we have an issue. Ultimately we moved somewhere with a a garage so we no longer needed the unit but we still would have kept it if needed. But when it came down to closing out our account I came in a week ago Evelyn instructed me what I needed to do and when I came back a week later she remembered my name and what I was there for. I'm disappointed with this "self storage". It's a BIG inconvenience for me to have to go to the office give them my ID, and wait for them to until the carts. 1. I believe the reason I, and many others, gave this 5 stars was they offered a discount on your storage. 2. One of the elevators to get items upstairs was, more often than not, broken. The one elevator that worked happened to be the furthest from our unit. So we either had to walk all the way to other side, or use the stairs (which door was very heavy and wouldn't stay open). 3. Although the staff was very pleasant (thus the extra star ranking), they were never in the office. The doors were often locked during "open" hours. Maybe they need more staff? This was super inconvenient when we opted to go to the office and pay and/or ask questions. 4. The business lot was clean though. read more

1 star. No way this is 4 stars. 1 star. The storages look like old prison cells. There is no air conditioning. I asked for a return and I still haven't received my money after 3 months. There is also a fence on the south side of the property that is easily accessible to thieves. I called customer service about my refund and it's really unprofessional. read more
