The large, two-story property is located off of very busy Azusa Ave, hidden to the rear of several auto shops. The property is open from 700 am to 645 pm every day of the week and provides tenants/storage unit renters with 24/7 monitored security. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of space available and, in my opinion, are a great value. I feel very comfortable with renting a storage unit for my large, bulky property.

She really had her work cut out for her with us and she handled everything with more grace and understanding than most of us would tolerate trying to manage so many units and the bs that comes with it. We recently lost our apartment and we're living out of our black box truck right now, trying to move and keep all our things that mean a lot to us. It took us forever to get settled and honestly we know we can be a handful. We stay too late sometimes, trying to get things finished and we've even gotten injured a few times along the way trying to rush. It's been hard. I really wish we were able to continue storing our stuff here but unfortunately we're kind of big nuisances with how much stuff we have and how long it takes us to get through everything. Even with all that, Mary Helen kept her grace the whole time and treated us with compassion. This isn't a fake review or a sob story, it's real. For all the storages we've ever been to, this was the most positive experience because of her. She was patient, kind, and truly understanding. One for the gate and one for the building (if you have indoor storage). You'd also need to input the gate code as you're making your way outside. I've honestly haven't memorized the code so I always have my phone with me with the code as I'm entering and exiting. The place is pretty clean. If you are hauling bulky things and need a cart, they have the carts locked up with a chain and you'd need to go to the front to unlock them (previous storage I was at didn't lock there carts so it was more convenient). I notice surveillance around the storage area and units which makes me feel like this place is watched over pretty good. No complaints over this place. I've been passing through at least once or twice a week to slowly put things in the storage and I haven't had a problem yet. Btw, this place closes at a certain time during the night. Meaning if you try to go past closing, you will not be able to pass the gate.

When we rented, we were told they are open 0900-1800 everyday. They are not, they open at 0930-1800 Mon-Fri and 0930-1700 on weekends. There has never been a time when tweeters aren't inside the complex. I doubt they actually live there but it appears several of them are "sharing" a storage unit for their possessions. No one is ever working. I was told the office would be occupied every day it is opened. That is incorrect. The last 3 times I was there, there was no employee present. And no, they were not on a security walk. There were no vehicles, and I waited twice and looked for them. No one was around. They do not have a simple trash can anywhere and they lock the dumpster. There are no bathrooms that can be utilized by renters. I was forced to find another storage facility that fits my expectations.
