The most unprofessional and pathetic customer service ever. Ashley the store manager threatened me over the phone and then proceeded to argue with me childishly even though I told her I wasn't interested in the back and forth. Although she told me on the phone that she was gonna come up (to my unit) and "make me" comply with her wishes, all she did was embarrass herself and the company. I left soon after her threats in fear of my overall safety . I will be reaching out to corporate to understand more about how extra space storage thinks it's okay to threaten customers and create hostile environments. read more

We rented a unit that was 5x5 and we were given one a bit smaller. Went ahead and spoke to the person in charge that was at the facility but that wasn't any help. She went back and forth with us practically stating that it was impossible that we rented a 5x5 because they weren't available. Which makes no sense considering I bought it with an agent over the phone and he made sure that 5x5 unit was at this facility. I went back the next day and simply cancelled it because the workers here are not trustworthy. They would've let me keep the smaller unit without actually telling me that it wasn't the one I purchased. So if you're renting a unit PLEASE MEASURE IT! read more

Clean storage, nice employees. Had multiple units here with no issues. Sign up prices are good compared to others but rent rises are frequent and a little excessive. If you are long term with multiple unit, just request a review of that price increase and they will work with you. Been a customer for 5 years. read more

Update... came back maybe 2 weeks later. The elevator outdoor button is still not fixed. Why is that? I'm sure there is enough money going into this place to get it fixed. I've moved multiple times over the course of my adult life and it's always a pain in the ass getting a storage unit. The unit is usually the wrong size(either too big or too small) and the price usually exceeds your budget and the workers are generally rude and not very helpful. Those were my experiences in the past storing my belongings at other facilities. The latest move we decided to give extra space storage a try and from the beginning the experience has been positive. We had multiple units to choose from allowing us to find the perfect size and location for storage of our stuff. The staff here is kind and helpful ... in particular Andrea and Erica put a smile on my face with their humor and positive attitude and they're easy on the eyes. After visiting 3 local storage options, Extra Space Storage is by far the BEST. It's not even close. The facility is kept very clean, moving carts always available nearby, great lighting throughout the building, and has state of art elevators. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Have never used a storage locker so I have no real experience. However in my search for a locker I found Extra Space to be a very clean facility. Prices are competitive. Personnel that I have dealt with have all been courteous and professional. Hours in the evening that you can access your locker is very good, up to 10PM which I believe is excellent for these operations. They also offer other packaging items, I have purchased boxes at a reasonable price and I expect to by other items that they offer. All in all appears to be a good place to use. They offer variety of locker sizes which I would expect to cover most peoples needs. They have units in side with 2 stories and of course a elevator and outside units which I wanted. read more
