The unit was infested with rats.. Spoke with management for months, the infestation kept getting…read moreworse. Rat traps were put inside the unit did not help. The entire building has rat droppings and puddles of rat pee on the floor. All the items in the unit are ruined. Furniture chewed on, plastic containers chewed through, cardboard boxes had nests inside of them. As we are cleaning out the unit, one of the boxes had a rat inside of it.

I once saw a guy driving thru who yelled at someone for having their stuff in the way, then he moved it for him and he hit another vehicle trying to get around that persons stuff and he yelled at that person too. Dealing with the girl that works in the office is a hassle too. She's rude and has an air of superiority. She needs to work on accommodating the people who rent there. If I need to ask her a question I feel like I'm bothering her. Doug the site manager is a nice guy. Its too bad he isn't there more often. There are homeless here, probably a little more than the usual storage facility.
