I paid for a full month January 7-February 7 however I cleaned out the storage unit and left on January 10. Waited 10 days to be prorated and never got word even though they said they would call January 11. Back now on the 20th and they still don't know how to get me my money back. They are now holding my money until I take this review down. I will not be bullied by a busy. I had to call the police to get my refund The manager then spun a whole different story to the police officer. They also couldn't give me an proof of the refund being issued. They told the police I would have a refund in 24-48 hours. Now it's days, see what I mean. Finally got the refund on January 22. 10 days and a police phone call later. read more

I was an APU student from out of state and utilized this facility for my semester studying abroad, as well as between moves. The owners live on site and were friendly and helpful. They helped me assess how much space I would really need given the amount of items I had. They also gave me advice on the local area, and went out of their way to help a young college student away from home. They sold locks, but also told me I could by a cheaper lock not too far from their facility. I have seen them yell at people who drive too fast through the parking lot and I think that is good safety control because the doors come out into the driveway. I was always confident that my items were secure with them. I appreciated doing my business with them and would use them again if I needed a storage facility in that area. read more
