We moved from orange county to San diego recently and moving with Pro Movers was easy and pain free moving. Joe and Christian were very fast and they helped moving all of our stuff without any damage. They had big truck and all blankets and packaged stuff really well. I strongly recommend these guys. read more

I needed help moving from a space where I was renting a room in a shared house to my first one bedroom apartment on my own. Omar and Robert were great from start to finish. I got a text update when their ETA was and they got to work right away and worked very quickly. Even when we arrived at my new place they kept up the pace - and it wasn't easy since they had to go up a flight of stairs. They also credited me 30 minutes for a pit stop they made. Both were very friendly and professional. This is my second time using Pro Movers and cannot recommend them enough. read more

This was the second time I used promovers. Quick and easy! Ben and Aaron were great! I had to change my start time to later and they were able to accommodate that right away. read more

Local move. The crew was very speedy and efficient, moving my condo furnishings back in after a renovation. They were helpful and cooperative. However, I did not check the apartment I was vacating until after they left, and there were several boxes of material and individual items they had missed that I had to move myself. Super work right up to the end when they fumbled on the goal line. Overall rating, 4.5, read more

Joe and Antonio did an amazing job today for my move. They were very professional, polite, and extremely efficient with the move. Even with the rainy weather conditions they were confident with the move. I'd highly recommend them. read more

We just had a very smooth move into our new home in SoCal thanks to Pro Movers! Joe, Donovan, and Jesse helped made the transition into our new house a very smooth one! In addition to the expertise , skillful handling and strategic process they provided, they also brought friendly service and a great attitude. They were incredibly cooperative with our particular directions, (especially with all the unique items we had!). We were so glad to have their helping hands and we are just thrilled to finally be in our new home. Thanks, gentlemen!!! read more

So I've used a moving service before, but never have I had an experience like the one with pro movers. Clear communication all throughout the whole moving process. I was fortunate to have the team of Joe, Donavan, and Jesse to help out with the process. They treat every item as "fragile", and I appreciate the politeness and attention to detail they provide. I think their service itself speaks volumes and I really wanted to just write this review because I think they truly deserve it! Hardworking gentlemen and would definitely recommend them for any move and I would use them again for any of my future loves. read more

Joe and Carlos were fantastic. Got everything moved quickly and safely. If I could get them to move my things again in the future, I would! Definitely recommend them read more

I highly recommend Joe, Carlos, and Antonio. They are efficient, friendly, and funny. They all have positive attitudes and made our big move a success. I'm so pleased they were the ones to help out. Moving is a horrible, frustrating experience, and they made it as easy as possible for us. Thanks, guys! read more

Guys did good work good crew just didn't like that they discouraged me not to use credit saying it's more expensive by 10 per hour and "should strongly pay with cash," sure you can give people choices that's fine but if I mentioned I'm okay paying with credit let's let it be. Also they forgot items at my place so now I have to go back to hire additional help at added cost to get these large items moved. After missing items they mentioned at the end of the move that they "normally we get 200 dollar tips "EACH," there was emphasis on that "each," part. That's great and all but a tip is for a good job you don't seed the close of a sale by telling the client what you expect then they're going to feel less inclined to even provide one. read more

Had used them for a business move and they did a great job. This time used them for a personal move for 2 pick up locations then to the 3rd floor of our new apartment. They got there at the scheduled start time calling ahead to confirm eta. They work quick and don't drag time because they are paid by the hour. Cameron our driver was also personable and communicated throughout. Will definitely use again and recommend if you're looking for a good quick & quality moving company! read more

Joe & Carlos were AMAZING! Cant recommended them enough! Not only were they fast & efficent but they also made sure to take extremely good care of all my belongings! If you need anything moved CALL THEM! Will definitely be using them again in the future read more

Joe and Carlos were a great team ! I had an issue on moving day with my new apartment and they waited an hour and a half for me even though they didn't have to. Great conversation , I felt like I've known them already. If I move again , definitely booking Pro Movers ! read more

I move often and always hire movers. I'm taking time to write this review because today I was lucky to meet two true professionals: Joe and Anthony. The speed of the move was remarkably efficient, and the care I witnessed with my high-priced personal items was unparalleled! They were respectful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. If a manager or supervisor is reading this, these two are elite at what they do and I hope they are prioritized / highly valued. Pro Movers earned my business for the next move - THANKS!! read more

First off, they deleted all of their bad reviews...that says something. I came looking for my review because the manager told me to call him and he would compensate me for the absolutely HORRENDOUS job this team did. Basically they were 2 1/2 hours late. One out of 3 guys was complaining and making snide comments THE WHOLE DAY: about how long everything was taking, about how I kept asking him for my key fob back, about how far the elevator was from our new place etc. All whilst he was basically twidling his thumbs and doing nothing. When it was time to pay, he was like "how'd we do today? We did great huh? We busted our asses for you today."....you're movers-were paying you to bust your ass and I guarantee you I busted my ass moving more than we did. Then when we decide not to tip them, he leaves in a literal huff and slams my door. + they overcharged us and blew our budget since we got stuck in bad traffic because of how late it was. I'd recommend doing it yourself over this company. read more

I called around to get last minute quotes and ProMovers were upfront and clear on pricing. I hit a LOT of delays day-of and worried not everything could get done in the 3 hours but I worried for nothing. Joe and Christian were prompt, professional, and courteous! They took good care of my belongings, and were done in record time. SO GRATEFUL! read more

I had an amazing experience with this company. Joe, Carlos, and Donovan were super helpful, friendly, and quick with moving everything that I needed. They were able to wrap and pad all the furniture so nothing would get scratched and dented. Super pleased with the outcome with the service, and would most definitely use them again and would recommend them! read more

100% recommend these movers. First time ever hiring movers and Jose and Carlos made the experience feel secure and efficient. All of my belongings were properly packaged and delivered safely. Bonus points for them being so kind and respectful. read more

Joe and Christian were the movers they sent and they were extremely efficient with the move! I was moving out from a house and had one bedroom worth of items. They got everything packed up in the truck in less than an hour and quickly unloaded everything as well. The only thing I would recommend some improvement on is being a little more careful with items labeled "fragile". I've got a couple boxes with that highlighted but I noticed that they were treating them like any other boxes and I ended up with a few broke picture frames from the move. read more

5 stars! Joe and Donovan were on time, efficient, and professional. Handled my belongings with care. I was impressed with how quickly they packed everything up. Definitely will be using Pro Movers for my next move. read more

I have used Pro Movers a number of time through out the past two years and every time, the movers have been amazing! But today has been a whole different story. Joe and Carlos were beyond my expectations. They showed up on time and extremely helpful and ready to go! I did not have much help on a personal level but Joe and Carlos made me feel safe and secure. I really had trust and faith in them. This move could not have gone better with any other movers. Both gentlemen are a major plus to your company. I consider them the front liners and without them, your business would not be a success! God Bless read more

I was very happy with Pro Movers and the A+ service they provided for my move. Nobody likes moving but these guys made it easy with pricing and the availability. Carlos was very helpful and provided such great customer service when moving all of my heavy furniture and fragile items. Not only did he do it in a very well timely fashion, he made sure to pack so well when loading and handled all of my property with great care when unloading into my new home. I made sure to tip him very well because with his expertise, it made my life and my move so much easier. Thanks Pro Movers! read more

Had a large place to move. And the new place wasn't close. We had a LOT of stuff with 3 kids and these guys handled it all. Packaged stuff professionally and protected all of our belongings. Joe, Carlos and Antonio went above and beyond expectations. It took a long time, a lot of stuff and a far distance. No complaining, all had great attitudes and personalities. Very pleasing to work with and would use them again anytime. Happy holidays and thank you for the extensive help! read more

Exceeded expectations! Joe and Jesse were fantastic and fast! Professional, arrived on time, and very friendly. Moving can be stressful, but they made me feel comfortable right from the start. Will only use this team for other future moves. Highly recommend!! read more

This company is very deceptive. They have you sign a contract upon arrival that is nothing that was discussed by sales. They say they don't charge for drive time once finished by they do and charge double time. They also used tape stuck to our nice furniture and even removed the stain when removed. Joe and Anthony also broke some of our furniture, such as out doing table and leather bed frame, and didn't tell us. We know something happens because they tried to force us or strongly insist we give 5 star ratings before the job even started. Then while packing they insisted they were great and to give 5 stars immediately. Once they stated driving they sent text messages to links to give them 5 stars. They were not even finished with the job. They do this to get you to say something good before you find out that your furniture is broken. At the end of the move they strongly suggested that they don't get paid by the company and that they suggest you give them $250 for each person there for their services. Then when they show you the bill it was $500 more than a move should cost. This was really a horrible experience. Beware of their last minute contract they have you sign. You can't read it and it is on their tiny phone. I would steer away from this company. We have moves few times and they are the worst. They even tore out leather bed and didn't say a word about it. read more
