Serg is the greatest, the movers were amazing, fast, and awesome. Really appreciate them taking such great care of all of my things and really made this move easy.

I just finished moving this very moment using Sinatra Movers. Serg & Max made the process so easy for me even when it wasn't easy for them. Of course it was 90° today. They wrapped everything beautifully damaged nothing and made a very tough situation easy for me. I will be using Sinatra movers for the rest of my life as will my friends and family . I discovered them through referral from a friend and I am SO thankful.

Sergey and his partners are amazing! Honestly moving is not fun but they were punctual and worked fast. I had issues with escrow so had to change my move in date with very short notice and they were able to accommodate my dates. Moving takes a lot and these guys were quick and efficient. They have options to pay and the were less expensive paying cash but they take credit cards too. I highly recommend them as i have had issues in the past with a different moving company. These guys were careful with my furniture and tried their best to not scratch the walls or my furniture. Great value and highly recommend them.

We recently used Sinatra Movers for a short move within Santa Monica (about 3 blocks). The move consisted of about 1.5 bedrooms' worth of furniture and boxes. The 3-man crew worked hard, was professional, and completed the move in about 4.5 hours. I would have given the experience 5 stars, but we did run into a misunderstanding at the end that resulted in additional charges we were not expecting. That said, after following up with the company, they reviewed the situation and resolved it to our satisfaction. To help avoid any surprises, in addition to using a "Yelp Guaranteed" mover like Sinatra, I'd recommend confirming a couple of things ahead of time: 1. What materials (especially shrink wrap and tape) are included versus charged separately--and what those costs are. It's also worth asking for an estimate of how much may be used, as those charges can add up quickly. Our move, for example, used six rolls of shrink wrap. Tip: If you want to manage costs, you might consider sourcing your own materials in advance as it can save you quite a bit. 2. Whether any of your items may be considered heavy or bulky and subject to additional charges. That all being said, we appreciated the Sinatra team's hard work and their willingness to work with us to reach a resolution. We would definitely consider using them again. read more

Serge and his crew were some of the hardest working and efficient movers I have ever used. They loaded an entire 26' truck filled from top to bottom and front to back. Shipped from a major city (LA) to a small town 165 miles away. Traffic slowdowns causing at least a 2 hour delay. Then unloaded everything. All in one day. I hate to leave a bad review but with being charged for a bulk item after including it in the list of larger appliances, the nickel and dime of materials used to wrap and then having to unwrap everything myself was disappointing. The amount of boxes in my love did increase and materials used definitely weren't an additional $600 worth from initial estimate, and a total of $1000 when tip was added. Yes, estimates are just that an estimate not a guarantee on the price. There were other moving companies that offered flat rates and I'd advise to use them. read more

Run as fast as you can this company should but put out of business. We were quoted an estimate when these guys were finished they handed us a bill for double the amount. Their bill stated that they used bubble wrap, no they didn't. They stated they used 80 boxes no they didn't. Do yourself a favor and RUN these guys are liars and slobs. read more

I paid $1200 for a one bedroom move 3 miles away on August 5th 2020. I admit I had a lot of miscellaneous items and quite a few boxes for books and kitchen items, but 80% of my items were already packed when they got there. My move a year before took half the time and only cost $600 for three movers. Scheduling was easy, and the office was responsive, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, the two movers from Sinatra took the longest paths possible, left the truck open and unsupervised each time, and wasted my time and theirs. No floor protection was provided, even though I requested it, and my old apartment and new place were a total mess at the end of it. I definitely feel ripped off. read more

We had an unusual move, several large pieces of furniture (5 heavy bookshelves, 2 dressers, one end table, and a 5 piece sectional sofa with heavy motorized recliners) from two neighboring units in the same apartment complex in West L.A. to a house in The Valley (15 miles). Other companies tried to quote us for moving the equivalent of a two bedroom apartment, even though all the items could easily fit in a studio unit. Sinatra simply asked for a list of our items and gave us a fair price. The two movers, Sergio and Hector, were very professional, polite, and friendly, and very careful with our furniture. It was clear they cared about doing a great job and delivering a quality experience for their customer. They were quick and efficient, and they finished the entire move in under the three hour minimum so we didn't have any extra charges for time. I would highly recommend Sinatra Movers to anyone and will be happy to use them myself in the future. Great job! read more

The team was efficient, respectful, and understanding of the hot mess of a move we had for them - lots of packing help with not a lot was ready to go, plus some unexpected furniture moving that required disassembly/reassembly. They came right about 15 minutes after the end of the arrival window which actually worked out well so we could prepare more for them, but overall everything was faster than they/we estimated which is great when you're paying by the hour. They used supplies we had bought from Home Depot and Amazon, plus their own for the wardrobe and other big things. One glass jar was broken in the unpacking process and they were quick to apologize and clean it up the best they could. While they ask customers to leave a review (totally understandable), I appreciate that they don't incentivize for them nor do they demand 5 stars. We'll be calling for them again, no doubt. The team handled everything professionally and efficiently. One of the most impressive parts was watching them use straps to safely lower our bed frame down to the first floor--they made a difficult task look easy. They came fully prepared with all the necessary moving supplies, including wardrobe boxes, and even provided protective materials for our delicate tiles, making sure everything was properly covered and protected. Every item was handled with great care, and everything arrived without a single scratch or issue. Artem, Kemel, Arthur, and Alexey K were hardworking, careful, and incredibly skilled. Because we had such a good experience when we made another move a few years later we reached out to them again. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our move out date and packing dates had to be changed multiple times, but Iliya worked with us patiently to help find us a crew within just a few days that was able to move us out efficiently and conveniently. Carlos and his moving crew were superb and worked quickly, with a positive attitude, and were willing to accommodate a lot of our requests. If we move again in the future we would definitely be reaching out to Prodigy again.

Iliya, the operations manager, was very knowledgeable and communicative throughout the entire moving process. Carlos was the foreman on moving day and ran a tight ship with his team. Everyone knew their roles and worked hard throughout the day to make it a pleasant moving experience. My furniture was delivered the following morning, and the team lead that day was Leo. His team did a fantastic job as well. I have a special shout-out for Lalo. This guy was amazing and made my overall moving experience over the top. He made sure my wife and I were 150% satisfied. Our furniture was placed exactly where we wanted it, and he maintained a positive and professional demeanor throughout the entire day. Everyone I encountered from Prodigy was exceptional. However, when the movers arrived, they immediately demanded cash up front and refused to provide any services unless payment was made on the spot. This directly contradicted the prior agreement. After loading the couches, they demanded an additional $100 that had never been disclosed or authorized. The situation felt coercive and inappropriate. In addition to the payment dispute, the movers caused multiple damages: * One of the couches was damaged. * The garage door was damaged. * A component of the security system on the back door was broken. Furthermore, one of the workers raised his voice and yelled at my wife and daughter. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. When I contacted the company to request information regarding their insurance coverage for the damages, they refused to provide any details. This company demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

I planned on keeping the car in storage for 2 months, and they were flexible with me on arranging when to drop it off. I ended up having to drop the car off 3 weeks earlier than expected and it was not a problem. When I dropped off the car, Alex and Alan were super assertive in explaining how the car would be stored. I also ended up picking up the car earlier than expected and they had my car ready within the hour and I got to keep the car cover and battery tender I bought for next time. I also liked the fact that Stephanie kept my contract open in the event I needed to bring the car back, she was so accommodating. I will ABSOLUTELY be using this service again !!!

Apologies to the fantastic team of Aziz, Marat, Artur and Mario (who moved me in on 12-19-21) for the belated review. I learned about the company from my friend who had used them a year ago & I remember Sinatra did a great job for her, so when I needed movers last month they were the only company I called. The whole company starting with Mary who took my request and priced it - is professional and courteous. All 4 of the gentlemen who showed up were clean (don't laugh but that's important to me) so nice, and caring about my furnishings. They were quick too! I moved about 6 blocks up the road and they had stairs to deal with on the way out & had to walk thru a garage to elevators entering the new place and finished in pretty much exactly 3 hours (their minimum) including taking apart my bed & a bookshelf and re-assembling both at the new place. Some companies would take their time being hourly - not these 4! They wrapped everything quickly, with care and great team work. I had 2 heavy marble topped pieces and they were wrapped & taken care of like newborn baby! :) Everything made it to the new place safely without damages. They were a well oiled machine & really cared that I was happy with the job they did for me and made sure I had everything where I wanted before leaving. They also cleaned up all of the wrap after removal. A super smooth move. I definitely recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you guys! Happened, I had to move to another apartment in the midst of quarantine. Moving could be stressful in any time , and under circumstances it appeared to me as a task of extreme complicity. Booking the service with Sinatra Movers was easy as a breath. After that company representatives followed up with me numerous times to ensure everything is in line . On a day of move The Team of Sinatra Movers were in my place right on time. Seeing guys wearing uniform t shorts with company logo, mask and gloves was another reassuring sign of a good beginning. Ali, Igor and Zharlgan packed my furniture and belongings very carefully. All my stuff was cared for with the maximum attention. The large couch challenge team handled highly professionally. In my new place the elevator broke down in the middle of the move , and guys had to care things by hands using stairs. They met this challenge without slowing down or complaints, keeping very professional and proud of their work attitude. My heart was aching looking at them at this moment. Special thank you to Ali for managing this issue with the maintenance guy! All my furniture and belongings were delivered in perfect order and condition. All stuff was placed in proper spots. I think it goes without saying that moving is insanely stressful. My wife and I decided to do it with a newborn just to add some extra spice to the challenge. I reached out to a friend for mover recommendations and right away he said "Sinatra. They're the best." I looked them up on google and saw a rating that would be stellar for a popular restaurant. Within minutes I was emailing back and forth with Serg and scheduling a day for one of his teams. Their rate system was simple and straight forward and there is absolutely no deviation from it. What they tell you it's going to cost is what it's going to cost. I don't have a ton of experience with movers but I know this is a common complaint with others. When Juan Pablo and the boys showed up I immediately felt at ease. We only had half the apartment packed up and we figured these guys would take one look and walk away. They made us feel so comfortable and assured us that everything was fine. They would take care of it. And they did. Now I'm all moved in and it felt so effortless. We cannot say enough good things about Serge and his team with Sinatra Movers ! We were dreading the process of moving from LA to Pasadena. After calling many other movers for estimates our dread was confirmed because of their high costs. We were trying to figure out how we could do this ourselves when we found Sinatra Movers. We were so pleased, first at Mary friendly personality and understanding of what we needed...and his price was reasonable! Too good to be true? No! When moving day came, Serge and his team were there, working hard and professionally. They wrapped everything so well and packed it all so perfectly, that when they unloaded (and put everything where it belonged in our new home), absolutely EVERYTHING was perfectly fine! I worked with Sinatra Movers for the relocation my parents. They moved everything to our storage unit then moved it all to our new location a few weeks later. First of all, I'd like to express how simple and efficient they made this process. Everyone from the office staff to the movers on the day of were very professional, helpful, and punctual! What set Sinatra apart from other companies I've used in the past was their overall customer service and quality of work. The movers did a phenomenal job making sure everything was protected/wrapped properly to avoid damage. They arrived in the anticipated time frame, called with a 30 minute notice as I requested, and got the job done in the expected/quoted number of hours. We just moved from our 1 bedroom apartment to a new place, and wow, the process could not have been easier. Anton and Ivan were amazing. We definitely had more stuff than anticipated and things kind of scattered, rather than nicely packed. They packed every single thing for us, wrapped all of our furniture perfectly (even the cheap items that didn't deserve to be wrapped haha), took apart our bed, and moved us seamlessly. I found them off of Yelp reviews and could not have been happier that I trusted all of the other 5 star reviews. I would recommend these guys to anyone as professionals, at a reasonable price who get the job done quickly. I also have to add that we had some pretty awkward, heavy furniture and boxes - no worries for these guys. They did everything, packing, assembling furniture, move in, move out, all under 5 hours. This was my first experience using a moving company and I have to say I was beyond impressed. Mary, the woman in the office that took my initial call, was very personable and helpful. She made sure to explain everything in detail so that I was left with no questions at all. The men that did the actual move, Serge team, were an absolute delight to work with. They had the greatest personalities which made the interaction easy for me because I do not do well in situations with people I do not know, especially when they are in my house. They were very professional, were beyond patient with me and my chaotic move and did everything exactly as it needed to be done given the special circumstances to where I was moving. Aziz and Vlad were awesome movers! First they texted me the day before to confirm the arrival window time of 8-10am. I did ask if they could come towards the later part of the time frame and they agreed to come at 9:30. An hour before their estimated arrival time they texted me to confirm they were on their way. This was so helpful! They showed up five minutes early at 9:25 and were friendly and very professional. They both worked very hard for our 3 hour move from a 1 bedroom first floor to another slightly smaller 1 bedroom on the first floor. There was a bumping of an outdoor building light that Aziz was quick to put back and fix! They put disassembled and reassembled the Ikea bed in no time. My 85yo dad was so pleased with the movers! Anton and Alex were amazing! My partner and I were looking for movers last minute and Sinatra Movers scheduled us right away and sent Anton and Alex. It was a one bedroom job - they helped tape up everything and wore a mask the entire time. Where as a normal move between me and my partner would take the entire day, Anton and Alex finished the job in 4 hours flat, including the 20 minute drive to our new apartment. They even unassembled my desk and reassembled and we're extremely careful with all our furniture and belongings. They even gave us a large wardrobe box to fill it with random items that we had no idea how to pack. My partner and Alex even ended up talking about their favorite anime together at the end of the move -- they were so helpful and fun! If we move again, we will definitely use Sinatra movers again, 10/10 experience. read more

I had an incredible experience with Sinatra Movers, especially Sergio and Hector. They made what is usually a stressful time, an exciting and easy process for me. They saw me struggling to carry things on my own and told me to let them take care of it. My sister was helping me and noticed it was the same two men that had helped with her move. We saw what a great job they did for her so that is why I went with Sinatra. Hector and Sergio were so friendly and energetic despite the fact that my old apartment was not as accessible and they had to bring everything down a narrow flight of stairs. I had a few white colored pieces that I wanted to make sure didn't get dirty and they wrapped all the furniture before I could even ask. I hope I won't have to move for at least a few years but if I do I will definitely be using them again! read more

Anton and Alex were amazing and I'd definitely use them again with any of my moving needs. We moved from one apartment (on the second floor) to another unit (with 4 stories ). We had multiple dressers, a heavy sectional couch, a large bed frame with multiple drawers, and plenty of boxes and small items. Anton/Alex arrived early, were independent/efficient/self-sufficient, gave us advice on packing and prioritizing, and took great care with our items. They wrapped the furniture up, used blankets for delicate items, and helped move items throughout our homes to the appropriate rooms quickly and carefully. They didn't have a problem with stairs or difficult parking situations (they had to move their truck several times in our alley for passing cars). They were also very kind and friendly. This was my best move ever, thanks to these guys! Johnny and Alan were so professional, and thorough, and efficient, and friendly on top of all that! They went above and beyond, including rushing to sweep up the pieces of something that WE ourselves broke. They wrapped everything so safely and were so careful to not damage the items or the doorways. They finished well under the three hour minimum, and even offered to move a few things in our house from one spot to another, since they were done so quickly. The whole experience, from first contact to booking to the move itself was so smooth and easy and professional. I would recommend them highly, and would definitely hire them again. I'm someone who NEVER writes Yelp reviews - I have too much else to do. But these guys really deserved a good thank you. read more

Best moving company and highly recommend Dennis, Mike & Mark! They helped me move today from a 3 story house (no elevator. Master bedroom in 3rd floor) to 2nd floor apartment with a loft (no elevators on either). From heavy books, to furniture to kitchen delicates & mirrors... they got it done quickly and with care! They even lifted a heavy couch and 2 desks using ropes to get into my loft (that has an impractical spiral staircase). Dennis, Mike & Mark In particular are hard working, professional, efficient and friendly ...and best part: at a very reasonable price! They even made a stop to drop off some furniture at the Goodwill down the street for me! Couldn't have asked for a better moving team! I will be telling all my friends to use them. These guys went above and beyond in a pinch for us. Hard working, caring, and reliable. What more do you need from a moving company ? We moved from studio city to deep in Orange County and they didn't charge us an arm and a leg like other movers quoted for the long drive. They were very patient with my picky mother who kept asking them to move furniture (that they didn't even move lol), and they helped with every request without complaints. Every item we moved came without any scuffs or damage, so it really shows they cared. They moved everything in within 1 hour, which is amazing ! They even set up our bed frame.... A to Z service!! THANK YOU Sinatra Movers and specifically Ali and his team! We really needed an easy, stress-free move and they delivered. From the initial conversations, I was pleasantly surprised at how communicative and reliable the team was, especially compared to other companies we were considering. I felt super in the loop in the lead up and on the day-of, I knew exactly when they were going to show up. We have a treadmill that proved tricky to move and they effortlessly de-assembled and re-assembled with such ease that makes me want to learn my way around power tools so I can also be so just f*cking helpful :) The move was done efficiently and professionally and well worth the money. WOW! I cannot express enough gratitude to these guys. I had a move planned right after the holidays and unfortunately had a close family member pass away 2 days before my move. I had packed NOTHING and they were so kind, didn't complain, and did a FANTASTIC job moving my 1 bedroom (up a flight of stairs with no elevator) to a 2 bedroom on a narrow walk street in Venice. They managed to get my oversized couch in through the window in addition to my other very large furniture - into a narrow hallwayed, super old 2nd floor (again no elevators) 1920s Venice place. I cannot thank these guys enough - they didn't complain, took such good care of my items, were very kind and professional, and made a stressful time so much better. I was recommended Sinatra Movers to move our office furniture and supplies into storage. It was a two man team that moved the whole office into the storage container in under three hours. Guys showed up right away on time and within a few minutes started packing and loading all the boxes and furniture into a truck. The storage container was a few miles away and I met them there to let them in. I was worried that my container was too small for all our stuff, but they managed to pack everything and still leave lots of free space in case we wanted to store more furniture later on. They are very thorough and well versed in what you could need and answer questions you didn't even know to ask. They have great deals and discounts as well.
