Hired these movers and they did an over all great job with the move. They worked really hard, and got everything moved over as best as possible. Due to the size constraints of the items we have which were awkward bulky items, we could not get all 100% of the stuff moved over but that's not the movers fault. Andrew the crew lead did a great job keeping the team on task, as well as ensuring things were packed. I was glad to see they took their proper breaks they needed too. We only had one issue with the move. I brought it to their attention. Andrew and highlight moving company immediately addressed it, and took care of it. Their prices were reasonable. The movers are responsible and trustworthy. If you need movers I highly recommend them. They did a great job getting everything moved over. ***edit: make sure to work along with them as best as you can. I am finding they had a tendency to just grab and go in a bit of a rush, so things were moved randomly. Also, make sure that if they have disassembled something, make sure they reassemble it. As I now have a garage shelf unit missing hardware and I can't put it back together. ***

Andrew and his team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They are by far the fastest and most efficient movers we've had! We moved from a 3 story 4bd/4ba in Redondo Beach to a single story 3bd/2ba in Van Nuys and they knocked it out! All supplies provided and great communication every step of the way. Andrew and his team are great! They showed up on time and were ready to work. They efficiently loaded the contents of my three bedroom townhouse into the truck and then headed to unload into our three bedroom house. We were still in the midst of packing things when they arrived, and they were able to still move things even though we were in the way. They took only a very little 15 min break and kept moving. Everything was moved in and we are now settling into our new place. Andrew and the guys were really friendly and very accommodating. Hopefully I won't be moving again for a while, but I would totally use them again. I would definitely recommend them. I priced out a bunch of places and this definitely was reasonably priced for four movers and a huge truck compared to some of the other companies.

Had an excellent experience moving my entire apartment into my new house! It started with excellent communication with their office, including them taking me seriously about the high volume of large boxes, so they got a very large truck- which we filled! I was given the team lead's name and number the day before the move and they did everything they said, including calling me when they were about a half hour out. The team of Andrew, Arman, & Dugar were great to work with. They were smart, respectful, and very careful with my belongings. The poor guys had to bring everything down from my 2nd floor apartment with several sets of stairs and turns on landings that added to the difficulty of this move. They made a second stop for me to pick up my dad's very old piano and I really appreciated watching them discuss how to get it up the steps and come to an agreement before attempting it- showed great teamwork. Hiring Highlight Movers was the best and smoothest moving experience I have ever had. I would hire them again in a heartbeat without hesitation. Was hesitant at first as I must have received 20 to 30 calls from movers from my request on yelp. After deciding on Highlight, based on their rates per hour and their 5 star reviews. And I am sure glad I made the right decision. Not only were they professional and courteous, but man did they work fast and efficient. And strictly business. In and out! I was a little scared about the parking policy since I wasn't able to secure street parking for them but they knew the best place to unload and it really wasn't a problem! We used Highlight Moving in October to assist us with our move from the Inland Empire to South Orange County. The process was easy. The receptionist was able to assist us with scheduling & was thorough. Andrew & his team arrived on time on our moving date. Andrew informed us that we would need a second truck to accommodate our belongings and he helped my husband get one at U-Haul. Even though I packed months in advance, there were still things that needed to be packed (the kitchen & garage). It took 14 hours from start to finish (this includes driving time). It was a hot day in the Inland Empire & on top of that, Halloween. Andrew and his team were professional throughout it all and nothing broke. We were thankful for their patience and hard work. From the start, they took the time to walk through our home and clearly ask about everything we wanted to move so they could mentally map out how to load the truck efficiently. They were extremely diligent with protection, using blankets and/or shrink wrap on all furniture and electronics, and they were very by the book when it came to reviewing the contract and confirming details. I especially appreciated that they checked all electronics before and after the move and even had me climb into the truck at the end to verify that nothing had been left behind. The move‑in was just as smooth. We had labeled certain items to go to one level and others to another, and they followed those directions perfectly, with everything ending up exactly where it was supposed to, with no damage and no confusion. Their organization and care were obvious in every box/container they carried and every piece of furniture they placed. Moving is usually a very stressful experience, but Fito and the Pure Moving team made it feel manageable and even reassuring. I found them to be excellent in every way, and I would highly recommend both the company and this specific crew to anyone looking for reliable, thoughtful, and professional help on moving day.

The team was efficient, respectful, and understanding of the hot mess of a move we had for them - lots of packing help with not a lot was ready to go, plus some unexpected furniture moving that required disassembly/reassembly. They came right about 15 minutes after the end of the arrival window which actually worked out well so we could prepare more for them, but overall everything was faster than they/we estimated which is great when you're paying by the hour. They used supplies we had bought from Home Depot and Amazon, plus their own for the wardrobe and other big things. One glass jar was broken in the unpacking process and they were quick to apologize and clean it up the best they could. While they ask customers to leave a review (totally understandable), I appreciate that they don't incentivize for them nor do they demand 5 stars. We'll be calling for them again, no doubt. This morning Andrew, the supervisor, called me to say they would be at my home within 30 minutes and they were there within 25. Andrew brought two trucks and four other guys with him per my request and the whole crew worked really hard and well together. From the moment they arrived to the moment they finished the job, I was very happy with how quickly they worked and how strong the guys were! I don't know anyone that really likes to move, but this crew of Andrew and his guys were great! They were professional and got the job done in much less time than I expected. I was very happy with their service. Andrew was very good at communicating what he needed from me and when he had questions too. And when I had questions for him, he was really good about listening and answering them. About few weeks back I was researching on Yelp on behalf of my father-in-law who needed some assistance with emptying out a storage unit. I placed the request online and got multiple quotes. From all the quotes I received, Dan from Highlighting Moving was the most efficient. His responses were quick.
