Best car rental service I've been to by far. They were very respectful and calm. They accounted for all my needs and provided me with the best car. Big shoutout to Mr. Vic he took care of me personally and the process couldn't have gone any smoother. All in all extremely happy with the service and if you want to be in good hands make sure to ask for Mr. Vic.

The great thing about this location is there are never more than two people in line in front of you and most of the time nobody is in line which makes it easy in and out access with your equipment. The staff has always been friendly, no matter who works here and they have plenty of parking for your car. This is the location that I hope many more people do not find out about lol, because then it would make my location that I go to crowded.

I've used this location in the past and I was very pleased, but this time it was much different…read more Here are the issues I had with my last rental. I rented a 12 foot trailer with a ramp. 1. The biggest issue was the tail light. On the way to my destination, I was told that one of my tail lights was out. Sure enough, it was out. At first, I thought it might be the connector on the hitch, so I pulled it out and plugged it back in. No difference! Then I thought about it for a minute - if one light works, then there is power to the trailer. So it's either a wiring problem or a light problem. 2. The trailer looked pretty beat up. I think they should've pulled it from their fleet and either fixed it or removed it from service. 3. The trailer has a ramp. A prior renter must've placed something very heavy on the ramp. The metal was bent and it was difficult loading and unloading. Also, the latch on the ramp was hard to put the pin into, which tells me the ramp is bent. 4. When I rented the trailer, I was told that this location has a late drop off. Nobody mentioned an extra charge to drop it off at night. I was charged $20 to drop it late. I don't understand why they wouldn't tell me when I rented it. The last time I rented from them, there was no late drop off charge. And yes, they still charged me for a full day on top of it. 5. I was planning on backing the trailer up the driveway. To do this, I had to release the trailer brake, which is a mechanical lever that pulls up. I couldn't release the lever and I didn't want to have something break, so I had to unload at the bottom of the driveway and move the items up a long steep driveway. It felt like a lot of extra time and effort that shouldn't have been necessary. Overall, I am very disappointed with the quality of the trailer, the extra time and effort to move things up the driveway, the difficulty with a bent ramp, the waste of an evening, because I couldn't drive with a tail light out and finally the extra expense that was not charged with my last rental and not being told that their policy had changed. Very disappointed with this location.

Careful, efficient, timely, available, prepared, and great communication…read more Did a lot of moves in the past couple years and was worried about finding new movers who would not rush and damage my furniture again. I received a confirmation email and needed to provide a list of items to be moved. Received a call the day prior and also received a call immediately after the service was completed to ensure everything I wanted was covered and if the service was completed to my satisfaction. I shared I was very happy because the team led by Ivan was very careful with my items and made sure not to damage the walls or floors. They were thorough and were able to document previous damage from previous moves and ensured our TVs were working before and after a move and thus packaged carefully (very important because one of my TV screens was damaged in a previous move). They were very accommodating to where I wanted items to be moved and responsive to my needs. If you care about your items being moved with efficiency and care, I highly recommend re Next Moving Company.

They never stopped moving, so it never felt like they were milking the clock. I have a very complicated bed with hydraulics in it for storage and they were able to take it apart and put it back together with no problem. I hope I don't have to move again anytime soon, but if I do, I would definitely hire them!

Over the holidays it seems everyone needs a car so every location of Enterprise will be over…read moresubscribed. Same thing happened to me over Christmas 2024 when I was visiting. Pro tip: Do not rely on phone calls because the team members are occupied with onsite customers, this location is consistently short-staffed, and there's no time to answer incoming phone queries. I have to say the young team members left to fend for themselves behaved with grace and good manners. Call out to Faith the sweet lady, Juan who never flinched or showed irritation and Jasson who patiently extra-washed a car to make sure my experience was not compromised. As well the cleaning staff does an outstanding job turning around the steady stream of cars being dropped off. This operation is as difficult as a major airport hub in handling exchanges of vehicles to various different parties over various different periods. I was thoroughly satisfied with the extraordinary way in which the customer service people here handled customers while under duress. I kept the car a second longer period instead of returning it on the date I said I would. Seamless customer experience. The staff drove me to another location in San Gabriel to pick up my car because I arrived later than my estimated pick up time. Great choice of staff Enterprise, please give these priceless young folk a raise so they can continue to work in Pasadena.
