Using a private car service meant I didn't have to worry about being picked up at both my home and the airport. Route 66 Shuttle Company arrived on time and the vehicle was very comfortable. The owner was an excellent driver and was helpful with our bags. And picking us up from the airport was a breeze, he found us quickly and was there only minutes after I walked out with my bags. I will never use Uber or another shuttle company again. I also want to mention booking a reservation was easy!

Most recently, I needed to use the service for a pick up from UCLA to home for my baby Bruin who wanted to come home for the Halloween weekend. Not only was he amazing, but he was completely reliable and most importantly safe. The car was spacious enough for my Bruin to bring home laundry to do at home. So if you have a college student who needs to arrange a ride home, Happy Shuttle is definitely the place to call. They continue to exceed expectations and their prices are affordable. Will definitely be using them again!

The speakers worked great, they had Bluetooth and there were no issues with that. The driver also dropped us off to go to the restroom and then we had another stop to make, so he was very accommodating and patient with us. My only complaint would be that the bus didn't have a curtain of some sort on the bus from the front, so when we got on the bus at around 5pm it was still super bright out... it would've been nice to be able to see the lights from the inside of the bus... but it's okay! Still a great time, but just be aware if you plan to book it during the day, it will be bright inside.

You call and you schedule in advance and sometimes you get a pick up sometimes they are booked! But if you call dispatch the same day you might get lucky with someone else cancelling their ride. So getting a pickup or return is about 50/50 It's a buck a ride if your not a senior. The vehicles are ok...somewhat clean. They pick you up on time for the most part. The drivers are ok...we get picked up by several different drivers...some are really cool and others seem like the really don't like their jobs. Same when you call reservation or dispatch...not very friendly or eager to provide good customer service over the phone. Overall...it's your last option for a ride..your better off calling Uber or walking.
