Fantastic. We will never get a car another way. Leland found us the exact car we wanted -- 2025 Toyota Camry hybrid -- and it was delivered to our home by a Toyota representative. Imagine your sitting in your car thinking I don't like this anymore. You look up in your phone the broker who helped you get the car your sitting in now and find he owns his own company now. You tell Leland you want the Volvo xc40 the car you test drove a couple years back that you absolutely loved. You want tan interior. He finds it in two days. These guys at MK Auto are definitely the best and they are so knowledgeable! To finding a car w/ the certain specs or to the specific color you'd want, they would find it .. Sabina did a wonderful job at helping me sell my 2021 Porsche GT4. I did about 28,000 miles in a year and needed a more efficient daily driver. Sabina was able to list and sell my vehicle in a week. Not only that it was sold for OVER MSRP. Incredible. I did not expect to drive this type of vehicle for free over a year but Sabina made it happen. I'm speechless. To follow through with what you say you're going to do and then completely over deliver is not easy to accomplish. Michael did that and so much more. Michael helped me buy the Genesis GV-80. Last Saturday I went to the dealer in OC and they offered me their best price after multiple rounds of negotiation.I was seriously considering accepting the offer. But then I remembered hearing about Michael from a friend. I call Michael to get his assessment. He reviewed the offer and immediately noted red flags. Michael says to give him until Wednesday. By Monday he already had a price thousands less than the dealer's supposed best offer but he tells me not to bite yet. By Tuesday, he saves me another few thousand. The dealer was then prepared to deliver the car the next day but because of a conflict with my schedule, Michael arranged for delivery the following day. Incredible service unlike any I've ever experienced. I've already told my family about Michael and cannot imagine ever buying a car again without his help. Thanks so much again Michael! read more

- update May 15, 2026 Dealership was able to transfer the…read moresalvage car title paperwork with Dmv, 7 weeks after purchase, very relieved title problems- 4/28/26- dmv has not received any title transfer paper in over 33 days after payment, I contacted Lawrence many times and he said he will follow up with his dmv agent, hopefully they will come through and get the car title transferred to me within 90 days otherwise I don't legally own the car despite buying for it, very uncomfortable with this situation

The reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is the pricing structure. The advertised price was very competitive, but the vehicle also included a protection package that I was told was mandatory. But even with that package, the final price was still lower than comparable 2023 Konas I found through Carvana and Carfax with similar mileage/accessories (sunroof, upgraded display, etc.), so I do feel that I received a very fair deal. I simply would have appreciated greater transparency about the final price from the beginning. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and with the customer service I received from Albert and the finance team. If the pricing had been presented a little more transparently upfront, this would have easily been a five-star experience. If I'm ever again in the market for a used car, will definitely give them a shot in the future.

The verbal quote he told me he gave was not even the price he charged me. Overall the service was good and quick. The quoting and charging was my issue. I will take ownership that I didn't inspect the final invoice before paying but I still think that the business owner should have honored his original quote and if an upgraded part was used and was billed (according to the owner) then should be approved beforehand.
