Awesome dealership and service is outstanding! After a month of car shopping, we finally found a good condition Sienna XLE hybrid, without any dealership's mark up or add on. After 6 months ownership since March 2024, everything works great on the car, and whenever I have question about features, they are super Patience to explain!

We had a great experience buying a used 2015 Toyota Sienna XLE from AR, Big thanks to Frank in sales & finance, he explained every detail about the cars, the pros & cons, and tips for maintenance. ALSO he had no pressure attitude, gave us advise on payment plan! What a nice experience, DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

After discussing what day and time to meet, and over the course of waiting for Monday any updates or questions I had he would respond positively. Once I got to the dealership Ivan greeted me and we went to go see the Prelude. Looking around the lot from what I could tell Ivan took care of the vehicles he had, they were detailed from what I could tell and were very organized. When looking over the Prelude he let me look over everything, trunk, touching all the buttons, and there were some problems but just small things like the powered windows not working but I was purchasing a 20+ year car. After that we worked the final process out and now am currently waiting from confirmation from my bank and soon be able to pick it up! There's also a foosball table inside the store but I never got to use it. Ivan told me the store is family owned, and I would recommend purchasing your first vehicle, second, or third vehicle here because the service and communication with Ivan just can't be compared to regular brand dealerships better Update: The car had a check engine light come up but it was just minor like spark plugs and cables needing to be replaced. Just keep in mind some of these vehicles are old and depends on whoever the previous owners were of the vehicle you are interested in

TL DR, "Ivan" was extremely rude and a sleazy salesman that endangers his clients. Do not buy the…read morered Mazda Protege5 that is for sale (or rather any car that is for sale here) To my credibility, this is not the first Mazda Protoge5 that I have owned, I have done top to bottom maintenance on this kind of car and am not naive nor a novice to this vehicle. That being said, I will detail the pre-test drive issues I found with the car. For starters the glove box handle was broken. Just straight up missing. When I asked how do I open the glove box, "Ivan," said "here let me open it for you." He then proceeded to finger the broken glove box, prying at it to open, where he never got it open, and then just moved on. The roof rack trim is cracked, and on this kind of car this can result in water leaking into the cabin and causing mold to build up. Before the test drive I turned on the ac to test its functionality. The belt that drives the ac let out a loud squealing. I asked him "So whats up with that" and he remarked "its just because you just turned on the ac, it will go away." During my test drive I noticed that the seat belt light does not shut off despite all passengers wearing their seatbelts, I don't even begin to know why. Another problem I noticed is that the shifter linkage needs rebuilding, the shifter is "floppy" and does not return to neutral, you can literally throw it side to side and it will stay there. The two major problems with this car are ones that I consider dangers to the client. The clutch is almost gone in this car. The clutch is "all the way to the floor" meaning the diaphragm spring in said clutch is wearing out. I asked him when the clutch was replaced, he responded that he did not know, this means it is probably still the original 150k mile clutch. The most dangerous of them all is the brakes. I notice that when braking, all of the linkage and body of the car shakes, this means the rotors are warped or severely worn down. This is an EXTREME safety hazard. DO NOT BUY THIS CAR. When I asked him when the brakes were last replaced he claimed that his shop had replaced them. I asked "the pads and rotors, or just the pads" he said "both." Intentionally lying and risking the safety of the client. What bothered me extremely is that when I asked to test drive the vehicle "Ivan" said "look man, I am busy, the price of 5000 is firm if you aren't going to pay full price don't even bother wasting my time" (The audacity of this dude I swear). I drove an hour to purchase the vehicle, and after being extremely mislead, this "Ivan" was not even willing to negotiate. Overall, in my experience with this "Ivan" and the Active Auto Group was not only disrespectful, but downright criminal. Do not even consider buying a car from here. As similar to the other individuals leaving reviews, I was blocked shortly after leaving his lot. This is in an attempt to prevent negative reviews on his Marketplace account that would hurt his pr. I know this "Ivan" will probably respond with some cookie cutter pr rebuttal trying to devalue or dismiss my review. That is because he only cares about making a quick buck at the expense of the safety of his client. Do not be mislead, do not buy a car, do not waste your time, do not risk your life. Also suspicious that on Yelp the name of this location is "Forza" instead of the actual name of "Active Auto Group."

When I got there they had a taco lady and she even had drinks. Thought it was a great idea because buying a car can take some time, but even better, it was free! Lady said it's all paid for so it's lit. The sales guy Bryan introduced himself and asked what I was looking for. Based on my criterion, he showed me the Honda Accord, Civic, Nissan Altima, Sentra, Kia Optima, and Toyota Camry. All pretty good condition and ran smoothly. I narrowed it down to the civic and accord because Honda seems to have the best reputation of them all as far as reliability. I'm not interested in taking my car to the shop to have fixed all the time, so it was prob the most important component to my decision. Of the two cars, the civic was newer and slightly lower price, so that's what I went with. I filled out the app for loan, Bryan came back with my options, layed out what my best / cheapest options were and within about 2 hours or so everything got done. I don't have great credit but he offered a few alternative methods to get a loan so everything went pretty smooth. Really thankful he was able to make it happen for me. Because of my experience here, I recommend this place to everyone. Very de-stressed environment and I never felt pressured like I was taking up somebody's time. The tacos and horchata probably helped a lot with that. Tacos were fire

I called because I was…read moreinterested in a Kia Niro EV and wanted the out-the-door numbers before driving an hour and a half to see it. I was told a sales representative would call me back with those numbers. When she called, she had an attitude from the beginning and didn't even introduce herself, so I had no idea who I was speaking with. I asked for a sales representative, which seemed to upset her, and she eventually told me she was the sales manager. I still never got her name. Nevertheless, I wanted the car. It was basically perfect for what I was looking for, so I asked for the OTD price. She gave me a number somewhere around $16,000-$17,000 for a vehicle listed around $12,500 and said the final number could go up or down depending on the tax rate. In my experience, the tax rate doesn't fluctuate enough to explain several thousand dollars on a car at this price, so naturally I asked for the breakdown showing the selling price, taxes, registration, dealer fees, add-ons, etc. I asked her to send me the breakdown before I drove an hour and a half to the dealership. She refused. When I asked why, her response was essentially, "because I don't want to." She then told me I could "get a piece of paper and write it down." If she had actually been providing a complete itemized breakdown over the phone, fine, but she wasn't. She was throwing out a total thousands above the advertised price while refusing to provide anything in writing showing how she arrived at it. At that point, I asked to speak with someone else. She clearly didn't like that, and her attitude continued to get worse. Eventually, I asked for a manager and she again told me she was the manager. I clarified that I wanted whoever was above her, and she told me there wasn't anyone and that she was the general sales manager, or something along those lines. So I asked if I could speak with someone below her because, at that point, they had to be able to handle the situation better than she was. She refused to let me speak with anyone else, so I ended the call. The most frustrating part is I was already sold on the car. I had waited hours for the callback because this Niro EV was exactly what I was looking for. I wasn't calling to waste anyone's time or haggle over every dollar. Assuming the vehicle passed my pre-purchase inspection and the numbers checked out, I was prepared to make the drive and buy it. Instead, a deal that was basically already closed was ruined because a rude sales manager couldn't recognize that she wasn't the right representative to close it and simply pass me to someone else. Asking for an itemized OTD price before making a three hour round trip especially when a car listed around $12,500 suddenly becomes $16,000-$17,000 is completely reasonable. A written breakdown and a professional conversation probably would have resulted in a sale.

My salesman Albert was friendly, professional, and never made me feel rushed. He even took the time to drive me to my bank so I could pick up a cashier's check to pay for it in full, which I really appreciated. Once I returned, the finance department had everything ready, and the paperwork was completed efficiently. From the start of my appointment to driving off the lot was just under two hours, making the buying process much smoother than I expected. The reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is the pricing structure. The advertised price was very competitive, but the vehicle also included a protection package that I was told was mandatory. But even with that package, the final price was still lower than comparable 2023 Konas I found through Carvana and Carfax with similar mileage/accessories (sunroof, upgraded display, etc.), so I do feel that I received a very fair deal. I simply would have appreciated greater transparency about the final price from the beginning. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and with the customer service I received from Albert and the finance team. If the pricing had been presented a little more transparently upfront, this would have easily been a five-star experience. If I'm ever again in the market for a used car, will definitely give them a shot in the future.

Exceptional, Stress-Free Experience with Omar Cid at Longo Toyota!…read moreWhen I decided to buy a new Toyota Camry, I started with a Google search to find the best Toyota dealership in Southern California. That led me to several Reddit threads where local drivers almost universally agreed that Longo Toyota was the place to go--citing their massive inventory, fair pricing, and complete lack of pressure tactics. After buying my car here, I can confirm that every word was true. While Longo's incredible selection is a huge plus, the outstanding customer service seems to be a standard practice that all staff genuinely adhere to. Working with Omar Cid was easily the smoothest, most transparent car-buying process I have ever experienced. Too often at other dealerships, you waste hours talking to a salesperson only to face aggressive upsells or find out the finance department flipped the numbers around on you. None of that happened here. Omar was fantastic from start to finish. We spent about 35 to 40 minutes going over Longo's inventory to find the exact Camry I wanted, followed by a quick 30 minutes to run my credit and get my loan approved. When it was time to finalize the paperwork, I spent only 5 to 10 minutes with the finance manager just verifying the loan terms and total price. The finance officer did present the optional add-on services Toyota offers--which Omar had already explained thoroughly beforehand--but there was zero pressure to buy anything extra. If you're shopping for a vehicle, ask for Omar Cid! Between his honesty, expertise, and the top-tier customer service culture across the entire Longo Toyota team, you won't find a better dealership experience.
