PROOF IT WAS REMOVED!

This is a sister store to the Norco location same owners. If Premium Autos told you that you had to buy a warranty or add-on to purchase your car, read this. I successfully got my money back, and others should know they may have options too. Important: Once a proper cancellation request is submitted, companies generally should process eligible refunds within a reasonable time. In many cases, 30 days is a fair deadline to demand written confirmation and refund processing. This is the blueprint I used: Step 1: Review your paperwork for add-ons such as: - Warranty - Paint protection - Interior/exterior package - Theft device - Service contract Step 2: Find the warranty company or administrator listed on the contract and email them directly. Example contacts I used: - cancellations@vtg-services.com - info@roadvantage.com Step 3: Send a written cancellation demand including: - Vehicle info - Purchase date - Amount charged - Contract/product name - VIN (last 6 digits only) - Statement that no claims were used Step 4: Include this key statement: "Premium Autos told me they could not sell me the vehicle unless I purchased this product." Step 5: Mention California Vehicle Code §11713.18 regarding optional products being misrepresented as mandatory. Step 6: State clearly: "Please process cancellation and refund within 30 days of this notice or I will file formal complaints." Step 7: If ignored, complaints may be filed with: 1. California DMV Investigations Division 2. California Attorney General 3. FTC 4. CFPB (if financing involved) 5. Local District Attorney Consumer Protection Step 8: Request written confirmation that: - Contract is cancelled - Refund is processed - Refund sent to lender if financed I was able to successfully get my money back. Keep everything in writing, stay professional, and act quickly.

their lovely AI which makes false promises and sounds like a doughting grandpa to inspire sympathy and patience.

The sales lady was incredibly rude. I don't understand the need for hostility when I'm just looking to purchase a vehicle. Do not recommend.

I followed all the instructions but somehow TrueCar was unable to verify that I used their services through the Pentagon buying service. The loan was approved at 75 basis point higher. I searched for other lenders with competitive rates and found Logix. I completed an application about one in the morning. My loan was approved immediately. The next morning I called their office and spoke to Robert Rincon. He verified my identification and he asked me a series of questions and requested some documents. He said he would take about an hour to process the application. He called me back later in the morning and said I could pick up the check in Pasadena in the afternoon. I stopped by the next afternoon to pick up the check. The branch doesn't have a parking lot. There is one hour meter parking on Lake. Every spot on the street was taken. I noticed on the other side of the street about a half a block away there were a few fifteen minutes parking spots. I selected a spot and walked to the branch. I was in and out in less than five minute. The branch is open full days during the week and a half a day on Saturday.

So yes, Logix ultimately agreed that the charge was wrong. That does not change how poorly the dispute was handled or how much time and effort it took to get a basic problem resolved. By the time they finally fixed it, I had already closed my accounts and moved my banking elsewhere.

Overall, I had a very positive experience purchasing my 2023 Hyundai Kona this past weekend. Was in…read morethe market for one, saw one I liked on Carfax for what I considered to be a super-competitive price, made an appointment to see it on Saturday. My salesman Albert was friendly, professional, and never made me feel rushed. He even took the time to drive me to my bank so I could pick up a cashier's check to pay for it in full, which I really appreciated. Once I returned, the finance department had everything ready, and the paperwork was completed efficiently. From the start of my appointment to driving off the lot was just under two hours, making the buying process much smoother than I expected. The reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is the pricing structure. The advertised price was very competitive, but the vehicle also included a protection package that I was told was mandatory. But even with that package, the final price was still lower than comparable 2023 Konas I found through Carvana and Carfax with similar mileage/accessories (sunroof, upgraded display, etc.), so I do feel that I received a very fair deal. I simply would have appreciated greater transparency about the final price from the beginning. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and with the customer service I received from Albert and the finance team. If the pricing had been presented a little more transparently upfront, this would have easily been a five-star experience. If I'm ever again in the market for a used car, will definitely give them a shot in the future.

When I got there they had a taco lady and she even had drinks. Thought it was a great idea because buying a car can take some time, but even better, it was free! Lady said it's all paid for so it's lit. The sales guy Bryan introduced himself and asked what I was looking for. Based on my criterion, he showed me the Honda Accord, Civic, Nissan Altima, Sentra, Kia Optima, and Toyota Camry. All pretty good condition and ran smoothly. I narrowed it down to the civic and accord because Honda seems to have the best reputation of them all as far as reliability. I'm not interested in taking my car to the shop to have fixed all the time, so it was prob the most important component to my decision. Of the two cars, the civic was newer and slightly lower price, so that's what I went with. I filled out the app for loan, Bryan came back with my options, layed out what my best / cheapest options were and within about 2 hours or so everything got done. I don't have great credit but he offered a few alternative methods to get a loan so everything went pretty smooth. Really thankful he was able to make it happen for me. Because of my experience here, I recommend this place to everyone. Very de-stressed environment and I never felt pressured like I was taking up somebody's time. The tacos and horchata probably helped a lot with that. Tacos were fire

The experience here was efficient, professional, and well-managed. Lily was especially helpful--friendly, knowledgeable, and clear in her communication. However, this branch in particular, is tucked away underneath a shiny black building. And within this secluded branch are a series of tellers who assist and smile. (For legal reasons, I must also inform you that I cannot confirm their smiles as they are constantly wearing face masks. But.. you know, you can kind of tell it in their tone.) I've made deposits, called on the phone, gotten a certified check, wired money. They've suggested ways for my company to save money. They've called me personally on the single time there was an irregularity with my account. So I'm quite satisfied. And when it comes to stars: one each for Lily, Fiona, Susan, Tiffany, Holly, and Jesse. And Yelp needs to figure out how to show that this review gets six stars.

I financed a used VW GTI with this company. I wanted to pay off the loan and get my title. First and foremost, the most frustrating thing is you cannot speak to a live representative unless you trick your way in. That's the first red flag. Secondly you cannot wire transfer your final payment. You can mail a check (risky), use Moneygram (major pain in the butt) but you cannot just simply wire transfer. Why, I don't know!! I did finally FedEx Overnight a Cashiers Check and now waiting for the title, hopefully it shows up. They say 10 days to release but I kinda doubt it based on all the other frustrations so far. If your car dealer mentions Westlake Financial, I suggest you respectfully decline and ask for another lender. At least do what I neglected to do, read the reviews before signing up for a loan.
