My salesman Albert was friendly, professional, and never made me feel rushed. He even took the time to drive me to my bank so I could pick up a cashier's check to pay for it in full, which I really appreciated. Once I returned, the finance department had everything ready, and the paperwork was completed efficiently. From the start of my appointment to driving off the lot was just under two hours, making the buying process much smoother than I expected. The reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is the pricing structure. The advertised price was very competitive, but the vehicle also included a protection package that I was told was mandatory. But even with that package, the final price was still lower than comparable 2023 Konas I found through Carvana and Carfax with similar mileage/accessories (sunroof, upgraded display, etc.), so I do feel that I received a very fair deal. I simply would have appreciated greater transparency about the final price from the beginning. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and with the customer service I received from Albert and the finance team. If the pricing had been presented a little more transparently upfront, this would have easily been a five-star experience. If I'm ever again in the market for a used car, will definitely give them a shot in the future.

They said they could definitely work out a deal with me and scheduled me for an appointment. I went in and they offered me $4,000 less on my trade in than what Fontana Hyundai offered me. They also couldn't come anywhere near the final price that Fontana Hyundai quoted me. The salesperson (Spencer) was nice but he kept going back and forth to speak with the manager, who never even bothered to come out and speak with me directly. This let me know they were never serious about making a deal. To top it off, they did another pull on my credit when I had already told them that I was pre-approved through my bank.

I've made deposits, called on the phone, gotten a certified check, wired money. They've suggested ways for my company to save money. Secondly you cannot wire transfer your final payment. You can mail a check (risky), use Moneygram (major pain in the butt) but you cannot just simply wire transfer. Why, I don't know!! I did finally FedEx Overnight a Cashiers Check and now waiting for the title, hopefully it shows up. They say 10 days to release but I kinda doubt it based on all the other frustrations so far. I went today today to pull out money from my EDD card. This money was from a fraud case with BOA…read morethat took 2 months to resolve. I spoke to the teller named Tania Gomez Aguayo. I gave her my ID and pulled out 883 dollars. I then asked her to put it into my main account for Chase. She kept on calling me Mr. Flores. I didn't think anything of it, but when she gave me the receipt, the balance had 32,000 dollars in it. I went to a ATM inside the bank to pull out money and noticed the 883 she put into my account wasn't there. I went back to her and she realized she put it into someone else's account. She didn't apologize for her mistake. If I hadn't caught her mistake then I would have been out of the money. Poor customer service.
