Got my car back in July 2023 through Shahan! I'm so glad i got to skip over all the BS of a dealership. Shahan was quick to find me a car and all my options as well. He found a car the same day I called him, put in the offer and waited 2 weeks for the car to arrive. Went in to sign the papers and saw my car sitting in the parking lot. I always get the best deals from this guy, so he has a lifelong customer in me, and my family. Don't ever go to a dealer again, because they will try to up sell you, and that has never been the case for me when I shopped through My Car Broker. Honestly, I don't even know how these guys make money because my monthly lease is soooo low! The office is located on the second floor of a shopping plaza, and I only went to pick up my car and sign paperwork. He takes care of everything else. I texted him what car I wanted, he shopped around to get me the best deal and boom! In less than 24 hours I had my new car. It was so easy, I love it!

The business is amazing. If you know what you want, this service is a big time and headache saver. I always deal with Seth. This is my 3rd car using My Car Broker. I purchased my last car while sitting up in the bed. I hadn't even gotten up to brush my teeth yet...lol. Paperwork is simple and took less than 10 minutes to complete my docs. My car was waiting for me the next day. When I've gone to the dealership it sometimes has taken hours. If you want a no pressure buying experience, this is the way to go. Never again will I go to a car dealership to purchase or lease a car. My Car Broker was the easiest, quickest, and most efficient way to buy or lease a car. No haggling, game playing, bait and switch, pressure or any of the typical dealership games. We dealt with Seth who was so professional and helpful and within 45 minutes had our car selected and the papers written. A couple hours later we picked it up and unlike dealership leases, there was no money at signing. We paid the first and last lease payment along with tax and registration. What a place!!! My first time dealing with a car broker and I have to say it was an excellent experience. Saham was extremely friendly and generous. I bugged him with so many different questions. And instead of just pushing me away and saying I am not getting a sale from this guy. He helped me continually and even gave me advise. My Car Broker is definitely a family type business where you feel at home and it is a place that you do not feel like you are going to get ripped off. I ended up buying a car from a dealer but after dealing with the whole procedure I came to appreciate Saham and his company much more and how hard they work for you to get the best deals. Carlos Murillo sold me an extended warranty on pretenses that the car will be taken to a Honda Service center and anything that the car needed will be replaced. Sales contract for the car was signed and 3 days later after Carlos was to contact me for the appointment information for service, Carlos states that everything he stated about the servicing of the car was not going to happen because that' s not part of the service contract. SHADY business practice- Stating that services will be provided to sell extended warranty contacts and then stating that all that was promised is not valid. read more

Shahan made the car buying process very easy. I wasn't ready for a new car, but I got into an accident that rendered my car useless. I didn't want to deal with car salesmen and hot car lots. Purchased my first car in 15 years - so much had changed. This was my first time using a broker. I told Shahan what I wanted and asked for quotes on a few different cars. I went on my own and did some test drives, then told them what I wanted. Took about a week for everything to be completed with me really never leaving the house. Shawn did stay in contact with us throughout the process to ensure that the dealer addressed our concerns and was extremely helpful in guiding us through the entire process. He was even able to get us better financing at the dealership on a CPO car than my own credit union was able to provide! All the other auto brokers not only took forever to respond (days sometimes) but didn't even try to come up with alternatives for me when they couldn't find what I wanted. Other brokers were full of excuses but not George. I worked with George, from Driven, throughout the entire process and he was super responsive with the quickest turnaround times. He was easy to work with, always on top of everything, and answered all my questions. Unlike other auto brokers I had been working with, George made sure to stick to ALL the parameters I gave him and looked for the best price he could find. While other brokers wasted my time by trying to talk me out of what I wanted (probably because they couldn't find it under my budget), George didn't try to fight me on what I wanted and got to working right away. He got back to me with something in less than 20 hours that was $2,800 under my budget. Unfortunately, it wasn't the right car. I wanted the Bolt. What he found was the Volt. Understandably, he got those mixed up but he was able to get back to me an hour later with a quote for proper car. Although the out-the-door price was $2,300 over what I was asking for, it was still $228 lower than the price I got when I was doing my own research a month prior. I knew I wasn't going to get a better price than that because there were only four certified pre-owned Bolts within a 500-mile radius when I was shopping around getting out-the-door quotes from dealerships, and most of them didn't have all the things I wanted. So not only was I getting a deal, but it had EVERYTHING I was asking for: the color, the mileage, the heated seats, and it was certified pre-owned. Before I went in to test drive the car - my plan was to drive away with the car if I liked it and everything seemed fine - the dealer had me sign a Purchase Contract in order to hold the car for me until the weekend when I could drive down there to pick it up. I noticed that the contract was $10.46 more than what George had quoted me. When I bugged him about it, he agreed to send me a $10 Amazon gift card to appease my displeasure. When I got to the dealership, test drove the car and liked it, they had me sign an Options Contract so that I could drive away with the car agreeing that my credit union - that I was financing the car through - would send them the payment check within seven days. After the deal went through and all the paperwork was signed, George followed up with me to make sure everything went according to plan and emailed over that Amazon gift card he owed me. All-in-all, I was very happy with the entire car-buying experience while I was working with George. He did all the hard work and made it stress- and hassle-free for me. All I had to do was go in, test the car out, sign some paperwork, and off I went with the car I wanted. If you want someone who can produce results quickly, George is definitely your man.

I had done lots of research beforehand, and it was immediately clear that all of them were being underhanded with their pricing. This is where George came in. After I messaged him via Yelp, George responded right away. He heard me loud and clear about what kind of car I wanted, and immediately got to work finding me the best deal he could. We spoke on the phone, and he explained his process, and even offered me other solutions (another model of a similar car) if I really wanted to hit my target out-the-door price. He really went above and beyond in answering all my questions about taxes and fees worked, and how car dealers price their vehicles. Ultimately, I decided to stick with my plan of buying a 2020 Prius Prime, and George got me some quotes for an out-the-door price which were ALL under the lowest I was able to get at a dealership. I had sold my car a day before, and George offered to go out of his way to come pick me up and take me to the dealership to sign the paperwork which was a level of customer service I really did not expect. Once we got to the dealer, he was there every step of the way to advise and help when needed. I am so happy with my new car, and definitely would recommend George's broker services in the future. I literally can't stop telling my coworkers and friends about how much easier it was. You can be assured you're getting a great deal and it comes with ZERO of the headaches.
