Carlos Murillo sold me an extended warranty on pretenses that the car will be taken to a Honda Service center and anything that the car needed will be replaced. Sales contract for the car was signed and 3 days later after Carlos was to contact me for the appointment information for service, Carlos states that everything he stated about the servicing of the car was not going to happen because that' s not part of the service contract. SHADY business practice- Stating that services will be provided to sell extended warranty contacts and then stating that all that was promised is not valid. read more
