Incredible experience here. Was open on memorial Day and had messaged back to us the Sunday before. Girlfriend's vehicle was backed into while it was parked and thankfully was still driveable(we thought). Happened on a Sunday so we had no hope for true body shops to be open and get a quote. Wanted to just get initial quotes before towing, but a realistic quote was not feasible. Thankfully Monday memorial day I believe it was Alec who was there and gave us the rundown. Super up front and honest. Told us everything we needed to know and educated us on the process. It's not the first incident, but it was the first true body shop experience. He gave us an honest estimate and explained that the damage underneath the service will be the real cost killer. He also walked us through the cost of the parts and labor on the screen and gave us an invoice that showed everything that was initially looking like it needed a replacement. You can tell that he was very sincere and that he would advocate for us when it comes to handling the insurance! Thank you so much, unfortunately after bringing the vehicle back up to Santa Clarita, it was no longer drive able and a tow down back to Glendale would've cost extra. Best auto service!! I cannot express my gratitude enough for the quality service Alex provided! My car was in need of new brakes pretty badly and my long time friend recommended PUR motors, saying her family had been using Alex for over 10 years so I really trusted her recommendation. I called ahead and asked for a quote on all 4 brakes and was so fairly quoted. Alex was able to see me that day and test drove my car to see what exactly was going on with my brakes. Alex told me my front brakes were really bad and needed immediate changing but said my rear brakes were in good condition. There are a lot of car dealerships​ will give you an online price and then when you go to check out​ the car at the dealer you discover other fees​ added to the price listed. Pur motors are very honest and there were zero fees added to the car's cost beside tax and dmv. One thing that was very important for me is to take the car to a mechanic before I buy it. They were very open to that. I also had some financial problem​s as I was waiting for a wire transfer to arrive in​ my U.S. bank to be able to buy the car. AK was very flexible​ and patient. He hold on to the car until I had the money. He also made it so easy to buy the car and prepped it early for me. This review is long overdue. I recently leased a new Infiniti Q50S and the whole process was Pūr and simple. (Pun intended) Arman made the entire process a breeze. I called and spoke with him, told him what I wanted(white with the two tone stone interior) and of course being the driver I am, wanted the S model. He called back about an hour later and said he found the car. Great. Time to crunch numbers. I asked for a payment of 400 max. Came back with 380 including tax!!!!! Got the paperwork started, 3 hours later after they detailed the car and cleaned it they were at my doorstep. Super simple. Effective and efficient. Can't go wrong with them. They are pros. Believe the reviews. A few months passed by and we needed a second car for my parents and my mom was interested in a new Camry. Of course I called Pūr Motors. The worst car dealer auto company I have ever experienced. Since day one that I got a car from them, gave me so many problems. The owner and his workers are extremely rude and dont know what ethics are. They don't discuss the documents with you or tell you about their unfortunate company policies. They just make you sign wherever they feel comfortable. My car had so many problems and later I figured there has been rates in the car underneath the engine. I figured that those animals have been living basicaly with me, since I got the car. Just emagining it sounds terrible. My point it is, be careful when you get a car from PUR MOTORS because they don't check their cars before selling to the customers, which they sould be doing. He was so fast, that I ended up not getting the car I wanted because I wasn't ready to pull the trigger.
