To say that Edvin is amazing would be an understatement. I had been searching for a specific car color that was extremely hard to find. When I finally located one at a dealership and was ready to move forward, the dealership was only focused on pulling my credit and trying to push me into a deal that didn't match their original quote. Thankfully, a friend recommended Level Car, and that's when I was connected with Edvin. Within LESS THAN 5 HOURS, he not only found the exact vehicle I wanted (there were only 3 available on SoCal) but also secured a deal far better than what the dealership was offering. The entire process was unbelievably fast, smooth, and completely stress-free. Edvin truly went above and beyond--fighting to get the car released from the dealership while making sure I got an incredible deal. Everyone knows the car market is in complete shambles at the moment, and at the height of the madness, my car lease was up. I was frantic. I had to turn in my car because the dealer wouldn't allow me to extend my lease any further, and the values for leasing or buying another car were out of control (I was literally quoted $600/mo. to lease a basic BMW 330i). I called Level Car Connection without much hope, but figured it was worth the shot. My call was met with such exceptional customer service. Joe is a rockstar! He had a pleasant attitude, was very knowledgeable about the car market and provided great insight. He found out what I was looking for and in what price range, and told me he'd get back to me with what he found in a few days. He was determined and extremely attentive. I received a call back with several options the next day, but he kept prompting me to wait a little longer cause he knew he could find something better. Sure enough, he did! Handsss downnnn, the absolute BEST deals you can possibly get! I've gotten cars from them twice now and I will never go elsewhere for a car. The first time, I wanted an Audi SQ7 and with the deals I got from others, I thought, there's no way I can afford this car. Joe made it possible..gave me a deal that was $366 less monthly and $500 less out of pocket Vs the other "lowest" payments I got quoted with. Unbelievable!! Once my lease was up, I knew exactly who to call. This time, Ruben and Joe both helped me out and just to test things out, I had 2 others quote me on the 2024 BMW X7 m60i and of course, yet again, Ruben quoted me with an unbeatable deal! I got to save $1,500 out of pocket and $89 less on monthly payments!!! That's a steal! I also got a complimentary delivery with a bow on my car, both times! They make everything so easy, presentable and most importantly , AFFORDABLE! Next time, I won't even waste my time calling other brokers. Just license, fees, and first month's payment DAS (due at signing). I started the process on Sunday afternoon when they were closed and went to the dealership on the following Saturday to pick up the car. This was the most stress free car buying experience of all time for me. Once I told Sam about the make, model, and trim I wanted with no add-ons, he went to work getting me the best quote. There was a dealer that quoted $13 more than the first dealer and Sam tried to get the dealer to come down in price to match the first offer. He didn't so we went with the first dealer to lock in a low monthly payment plus tax. None of that "cap cost reduction" nonsense you see in the car dealer ads that fool you into thinking you got a deal. You are just prepaying the lease and lowering your monthly payments. The deal that Sam got me was low selling price for the car, standard residual (set by the bank), lease rebate, zero upsell. In fact, I just dealt with Sam 100% of the time. I got the contract emailed to me to sign. Sam met me at the dealership to sign a couple of DMV forms. I wrote the check to the dealership, then Sam drove the car out to the pick up area. ZERO CONTACT WITH ANYONE AT THE VW DEALERSHIP! No games at the finance desk, no wasted time going back and forth, honest selling price of car, and standard money rate with the lease. Sam basically shielded me from all the high pressure sales tactic and made sure I got the best deal. Do yourself a favor and hire a professional like Sam to battle the dealership. This was truly and EZ experience and there was no fee or bill from Sam.

He searched low, and although we didn't get the vehicle in the color that I wanted, we found the vehicle I wanted! COMMUNICATION: Garry was outstanding at taking all of my calls and text messages and always replying to me even when he was busy with other customers he would always let me know he would get back to me and he did! Tips to the buyer or leaser: I strongly recommend women using this Auto Group broker. They are exceptional at understanding the needs and having multiple conversations until you are able to figure out which vehicle you want versus what you actually need. As this was my first time leasing a brand new car Garry helped to organize the structure of how to go about getting the vehicle. I think the only thing I would've liked that did not happen is that he would've been able to actually go down with me to get the car at the dealership in Culver City. Typically how it works is you do everything online! Garry does all the heavy lifting and negotiating and getting it down to a price that is within your budget or finding you a vehicle or having you wait until the time is right. This was the best car buying expereince I've had for a couple of reasons. 1) Approval process: Before calling Joe I was working with a local dealership. We saw a car in their inventory and agreed on a price, a price which at the time I thought was unbeatable, and we submitted a credit application. After waiting for a few hours, the dealer came back and said because I have other open auto loans under my name I would have to come up with $25,000 cash down. And they would not budge. After going back and forth for a few days, talking to another salesperson because the original one wouldnt return my calls anymore, we received a text message saying "sorry, but we cannot help you." Not even a courtesy phone call. This is when my friend Joe came in, and told me lets get a second opinion. We submitted an identical credit application and somehow Joe's connection was able to get us approved with only $5000 down, which was the original amount we had in mind. AND, on top of that they got us approved on a more expensive car! Which leads me to my second point. 2) Pricing: After telling us he got us approved, he let us know that he found us a more expensive car for a cheaper payment! And it wasnt even close. We got a LWB (long wheelbase) version of our car, which is way roomier and extremely helpful when getting a child seat in and out of the back. The original dealership was quoting us $1399 plus tax for the cheaper model, and Joe got us the more expensive one for $1249 a month plus tax. So not only did he get us approved with much much less down, he also saved us about $7200 over 4 years!! So overall unbelievable experience. We love our Range Rover V8 Supercharged LWB! And we are really greatful to Joe for all the help. We highly recommend him if you're ever in the market for a car. read more
