This is my first time ever using a broker to purchase or lease a car, and I can honestly say, I will never go through a dealer again! DriveWise was everything these reviews have said and more. I was playing with the idea of moving on from my hot hatch to something bigger since my family needed the space and I've always been interested in Jeeps. When I started to dig around, one thing that I was dreading, was reaching out to dealerships because we all know they don't stop pestering you with emails and phone calls. This led me to search for alternative methods in purchasing and it eventually led me to DriveWise. I saw their massive 5-star average on Yelp and Google and I instantly figured it was filled with fake reviews. I decided to reach out anyway. It was also extremely close to where I live, which was a big plus. It turns out that was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The next day I received an email from Abbe. She introduced herself and asked me for some quick points on what I was looking for so she can start her search. What kind of car am I looking for? What color? Purchase or Lease? Price points, and features I'm looking for, and if I have a car I would like to trade in. I gave her all this information and she was on the hunt right away. We scheduled some time so I can come in and have my trade-in assessed and that process was much smoother than expected. Once I have a car in my head, I try to find as much information on them as I can, so I understood the price for the Wrangler I wanted was pretty high and I was getting ready for some bad news. A few days later, Abbe called me and gave me news I wasn't expecting. She found the exact car I wanted, the same trim, and in one of the colors I wanted. Not just that, this trim level was even higher than the one I was originally asking for. And the great news? This was all well withing my budget and I had to pay nothing on a down payment since my trade-in would be enough! I was so excited and might have given Abbe the okay almost immediately. We scheduled a pick up/ drop off time that was convenient for me. The pick up was an extremely smooth process. Unfortunately Abbe was under the weather, but her backup was also very friendly and accommodating to my son and I. We drove off very happy that day. Fast forward to a few days later: My new Jeep was having some charging issues. I was super worried, especially since this was a brand new car and I never experienced issues like this before on a new car.
