The entire process was smooth as silk. I worked with Sam who helped me get a great lease for a 2026 VW Atlas SE. Zero money down! Just license, fees, and first month's payment DAS (due at signing). I started the process on Sunday afternoon when they were closed and went to the dealership on the following Saturday to pick up the car. This was the most stress free car buying experience of all time for me. Once I told Sam about the make, model, and trim I wanted with no add-ons, he went to work getting me the best quote. There was a dealer that quoted $13 more than the first dealer and Sam tried to get the dealer to come down in price to match the first offer. He didn't so we went with the first dealer to lock in a low monthly payment plus tax. None of that "cap cost reduction" nonsense you see in the car dealer ads that fool you into thinking you got a deal. You are just prepaying the lease and lowering your monthly payments. The deal that Sam got me was low selling price for the car, standard residual (set by the bank), lease rebate, zero upsell. In fact, I just dealt with Sam 100% of the time. I got the contract emailed to me to sign. Sam met me at the dealership to sign a couple of DMV forms. I wrote the check to the dealership, then Sam drove the car out to the pick up area. ZERO CONTACT WITH ANYONE AT THE VW DEALERSHIP! No games at the finance desk, no wasted time going back and forth, honest selling price of car, and standard money rate with the lease. Great Experience! Was helping my mom find a lease to replace her Honda Accord. Was able to get her into an Audi Q4 etron ($61k sticker) for the same price she was paying for her Honda. The equity they paid her on the Accord helped cover her down payment so she was basically able to get into a much nicer car for about 0 down and about the same price she was paying for a much less expensive car (monthly payment only $14 more per month on the Audi) I did my research and even got a quote from the dealership which was about $251 more per month for the same exact car (the sticker on the car we got was actually about $90 more than the dealership vehicle and it still ended up costing us less). John and the team made it a very easy experience. We handled everything online via texts/ what's app while we were looking at different options and when we finally decided to pull the trigger, we were able to sign all docs online and the next day they delivered the car to my moms house, showed her how to use the vehicle, set her phone up, etc, and even picked up her old lease and gave her a check for the equity she had in her old car they had agreed to purchase the vehicle for. I've done a lot of leases and purchases and hate wasting my time at the dealership playing games haggling going back and forth. These guys are straight forward and work to get you the best deal!
