My wife and I came in to sell a vehicle. We had our mind set on getting rid of it to purchase a different vehicle, after speaking to the owner and his son about what our plan was, they were very honest and gave us some great advice. We ended up changing our minds. We up not going through with the sell, these guys are great honest people. You don't come across very many individuals like that now a days. read more

Victor and his wife were so kind and made the whole process so easy. It is an obvious family run business and they make you feel very taken care of. I just sold a car there and was out of there with a check in 30 minutes. Much better than Carmax wait times. Thank you so much! read more

I never write reviews. In my life, this will be the second. The first was not a nice review and I only wrote it because the vendor pressured me so much about writing a review while simultaneously providing horrible service that almost killed my puppies.... Needless to say it takes ALOT to get me to write a review. Happy to say this is not that kind of review. The strong impression left was fully positive. Bert and Victor were wonderful! I sold two cars to them in the last month. Both were extremely fair priced (if not over priced) and the transactions were beyond easy. Although I don't believe they typically drive to the cars, in my case, my batteries were dead and Victor was willing to drive to me (I'm down the street) and pick them up (both times) and then come back for his car. Who does that? Victor does. Bert was super friendly, helpful and responsive in arranging both transactions. I highly, highly, highly recommend them. In a few months, when I am ready to purchase a new car, I will definitely visit auto outlet. read more

Sold my vehicle to Victor. Easiest transaction ever and the entire process was very straight forward. Would highly recommend Auto Outlet. Thanks again Victor! read more

Sold my car to Victor about 2 weeks ago. He had the best price of the dealers I visited. We negotiated for about 10 mins and that was it. He cut me a check and wasn't a high pressure negotiation. Although its a smaller car dealer, I felt the service was 10x better than larger dealerships I went to. He's more personal and would return to sell/buy a car there. read more

Victor and Simon were extremely helpful in getting my sale of vehicle handled! I went through true car to get connected with them, and while true car gave them some issues, Victor and Simon found a solution and gave me an extremely fair offer for my used vehicle. Major props! read more

Simon, Victor and Bert were great. Brought my vehicle in with a reasonable expectation and they matched it with little fuss. I will be headed back there with my wife in a few months to check out their used car inventory. Highly recommend. read more

My lease was ending and going through different options for my next car. I got in contact with Vahe and he gave me the best deal (compared to big car dealerships - carvana, carmax, and bmw) to buy my lease off and then some! He is good for his word and definitely takes the time to assess the car and it's worth especially in this crazy car market right now. Very professional and nothing but respect all around. So if you are interested in selling your car and making a change or upgrade, talk to Vahe and he'll help you out! Thank you! read more

Just did a sale with the owner and he is INCREDIBLE! So kind and respectful, I was genuinely really happy with everything. He made everything so easy and quick , and for the best price possible. It's hard to find men that respect women when doing business, and I am so grateful for Victor and his amazing personality. I really recommend this place to sell or buy ! I'm also hoping to come back to buy because the cars in the lot are beautiful!! read more

Sold my car to Victor today- great communicator, tough (in a good way) negotiator. I got a fair price for my car and I felt good selling to his business instead of a large dealership. I'm not sure if I could have gotten more else where but even if I could I'd rather sacrifice the few hundred to sell to Victor instead. 10/10 experience. Easy. Fast. And I can tell he/his business is/are good people! Go to Victor!! read more

Victor was great to deal with. We applied for several online offers in selling our car. Victor was one of the dealers that offered on our car. I spoke with him via phone before making an appt to visit in person. He was very transparent and genuine. It felt good to speak with a small biz owner and he knows the biz really well. We decided to bring our car to him and he upheld the value that was presented online. It was very smooth. He even helped us troubleshoot some registration related issues we had forgotten to handle. All in all Victor and the Auto Outlet get a big thumbs up! I would highly recommend them. He was super fast, professional, and very nice. We were very satisfied. read more

Victor was super fast and professional when it was time to sell my car. The price was more than fair (eg he didn't try to steal it from me like most car places!) and especially as it was a convertible that are hard to find was super reasonable and I got a good deal. I would recommend them without reservation as honest, fast and super pleasant to deal with. read more

I am writing this review for Jeff Schwartz as he doesn't have a Yelp account. He is giving high praises to Victor for his taking care of him and his car sale. Jeff gives 5 stars to Auto Outlet and Victor fore making his car purchase seamless. He highly recommends Auto Outlet. read more

My car unfortunately ran into some trouble, and it didn't make sense for me to spend the money on the repair. The car was still in great shape, all things considered, but I was getting low-ball offers. Victor and Auto Outlet not only came to me with a solid offer, one that was better than what the dealer and CarMax offered, but they also made the sale so easy. Victor was straight with me, kind and incredibly patient, meeting me at the dealer to inspect the car and then pay for my car on the spot. After dealing with a lot of shady characters, Victor was a breath of fresh air. Such a good experience! read more

I sold my car to Victor today & had a phenomenal experience. I highly recommend his business. He contacted me to set up an appointment upon submitting my car on Kelley Blue Book. After inspecting the car in person (took only 5-10 minutes) he came up with an offer that was extremely close to the original quote. It was a very fair offer as there were a couple cosmetic defects with the vehicle that I had overlooked when submitting my details on Kelley Blue Book. (And this is coming from someone who was very emotionally attached to the car & I was not willing to settle for less than what I felt I deserved!) I was planning on shopping around to get a few more offers later that day, but was so impressed by Victor's professionalism & overall demeanor that I decided to sell on the spot. He even offered to Uber me back home when I mentioned that I hadn't secured a ride. There was a gentleman being helped by the other associate who mentioned he had went to several places & came right back to LA Auto Outlet as they had given him the best deal. Also, it's worth mentioning that they are completely compliant & cognizant of COVID-19 considerations. All employees were wearing masks & Victor even asked if he'd like me to wear gloves while he was inspecting the inside of my vehicle. If you are looking for a fast, efficient, seamless, & fair car sale, look no further - Victor & team are your guys! read more

Auto Outlet - Said goodbye to one of my favorite cars I've ever had. - Used Car Dealers Near Me - North Hollywood, California

This family owned business bought my car at a reasonable price without pressure or harassment. The owner and his son were both respectful and caring. One of the better experiences I have had in the car world so I had to give them a great review. read more

Just another seedy hole in the wall "dealership" I wouldn't be writing this review if I wasn't blatantly lied to on the phone in order to get me to come in, and then for it to be brushed it off as whoops, "miscommunication" Yeah, okay. They called me after seeing my Kelly Blue Book inquiry (my vehicle was listed THROUGH THE VIN) and had a trade in value of 26k on KBB. They asked me to come in. I said on the phone "I'm asking 26k for my BMW" because I know they're going to sell it for around 32k. Fair deal. So he said "we pay more than Kelly Blue Book, so come in, I'm sure we can make a deal" I drive 40 minutes out of my way, for them to offer me 15k. Almost HALF of what it's worth. And why mostly? Because of a small "scratch" on the bumper that I just rubbed off with my finger. Don't waste your time like they wasted mine. read more

Found Auto Outlet through the CarFacts website where I saw the exact vehicle I wanted listed. I contacted them and they were very respectful and respectful of my time and allowed me to come in for an appointment whenever I could. When I saw the car it was just as advertised and the owner was patient and helpful. When it came time to pay, I didn't have the form of payment they took but the owner was very patient and understanding and helped me through it. His son even gave me a lift to my bank a few miles down the road so we could complete the transaction. I am very happy with my purchase I would definitely buy from here again if I needed another affordable car. read more

I din't buy a car from this dealer but I had a good experince with martin. I recommend going to good vibes for your car shopping needs but if you must come here talk with martin he is a pretty good man. He tried to get me the best deal he could on a mustang I was interested in, which sounded pretty good I almost took it home but I ended up finding a much better car and deal with greg at good vibes. Overall nice guy and nice cars. The cons for this place however is that the cars here are much more expensive than other dealers, not only that but before I had ever encountered martin. I had visited this place prior to check out that mustang I had been eyeing for a good minute and I was turned away for not "being ready to buy a car". I told them that i would return when my taxes came through but was told to just come back when they did. Sucks for this dealer because at this point I was deciding between good vibes and this place. I guess you can say that remark pushed me more towards good vibes. By the way it was not martin who made that statement I think it was the owner. yeah well anyways minus 2 stars for that experince. read more

These guys sold me a complete piece of junk. I realize now that they knew of the issues the car had and they covered them up just to get it off the lot. Issues with ac, fuel float, power window stopped working, power locks stopped working... the list goes on. I didn't have a lot of money and they knew that. This car has been a complete disaster. read more
