Excellent service! Very reasonably priced! I've owned my 2004 Prius for 22 years and put over 400,000 miles on it. I've been to several different Prius Hybrid service facilities over the years but Sing Auto Outlet has provided by far the best service and pricing for my Prius!! I highly recommend them! read more

I have been going there for over 10 years! They have worked on all my Prius' and I have friends that have bought Prius there and had work done there and I just bought another Prius there! We are all extremely happy! You never have to worry about buying from them or having work done there! They kept my last Prius going to 499k miles and they just told me how to make my new one last that long! A fraction of what the Toyota dealer would charge for work...Honest and reliable we highly recommend them! I used to live in the area but now I drive an hour and a half to get there, Totally worth the drive! read more

This is hands down my favorite go to spot for any issues I have with my car. I have a 2012 Prius & they have treated me so well with any thing I've needed. Raj is the man!!! read more

I believed I was having issues with my 06 Prius' battery and reached out to this business. I drove 2 hours and 45 minutes to get here because in my area (central valley) there are not many resources to get repairs on a prius from non dealers. Spoke to Raj on the phone and he let me know of his availability and hours of business so I made the trip to go see them 8/10/24. They pulled, analyzed and gave me a overview of my Prius' battery very quickly and explained my options in a simple to understand manner. Raj and his team are very personable and friendly, albeit they are very busy I saw this first hand as they received many calls and text in reguards to ongoing repairs and or sales inquiries while at the same time working on my car. I multi task at work often and I believe this business does so very well. If you are looking for a repair on your Prius or hybrid car I would 100% recommend this business but please keep in mind like any small business then can get busy at times. I drove my car when done for about 25 minutes around Hollywood and drove straight back home (168miles over the Grapevine) with 0 issues on the return trip. Google reviews are great but I was less inclined to believe the negative reviews listed for this shop as they were vague and not from genuine looking accounts or possibly bots. Thank you Raj an your team for the honest, fast and no BS repair I was looking for! read more

I purchased a Toyota Prius 3 years ago, and never had any issues. It's been a great car. So I just went back to them and bought my second Prius and got an amazing deal. He also fixed my friends Prius battery for a quarter of the cost of what the dealership wanted. I highly recommend this place. read more

Just outright bought a Kia Rondo today. Some dings here and there, whatever. Check engine was one, nice young man rapidly brought over an obd2 port check doodad and addressed it was just an emissions code related to the gas cap. He dealt with me specifically, not my mother or my husband who went with me, which I thought was very respectful. Answered all my questions, very intelligent and gave me additional info on the vehicle's use history. I mean its buyer beware, you can't expect a brand new car from a used lot. If something happens down the road, whatever my mechanic is a homie. I was helped very quickly, all my paperwork is done. I paid in full, now all I gotta do is enjoy my new ride. Would definitely recommend this place. Nothing shady. read more

Absolutely scammers. They took deposit and sold the car to someone else even without any notice. Stay away because they can do everything for a couple hundred dollars! read more

Raj is simply the best. He's honest and straightforward, really fair, and will fix your Prius with used parts he saves/finds if you're broke. Just an all around ace of a guy. Thanks, Raj!! read more

Great communication, good cars, good process, good location, and very helpful. I recommend. Thank you, Singh Auto Outlet.

Raj is awesome. The guy is just super straightforward; he is honest about his vehicles; and his prices are totally reasonable. This will be the first place I go looking for my next car, and I'd advise anyone else to do so. He is a Prius master, and can even do repairs on them for cheap. He checked one concern of mine for free, and offered to do detailed diagnostics if it would make me feel better while warning me it was very likely nothing and would be a waste of money. Then he gave me a tip to keep track of the concern on my own. Not what you typically hear from a used car salesman. People complain because they get cars that end up with problems. Any used car lot has that risk, it does not mean they are knowingly selling problematic vehicles. Check Carfax (much better than Autocheck) and get an inspection from a good mechanic. I went to a lot of dealers looking for my car; Raj was the last one to be sketchy. He even offered a longer limited warranty as part of our bargaining. Offer cash for the best deal. read more

These guys sold me a car that's been really amazing so far for the price I paid. I had a very slight issue with the touch screen after driving it for a few days, so at no cost to me they bought me a new one and installed it. read more

2nd car bought. Never an issue. Excellent pricing and service. Feels like family at this point.

I purchased a 2001 Toyota Avalon in June of 2016. I JUST received the registration sticker in the mail & it expires in FOUR DAYS! It took how many months to receive this and it was pointless. Too bad I already renewed my registration a month ago. Customer service sucks. Car is great & bought it at a decent price, though. read more

Singh Auto Outlet - Ugh!! After numerous calls, they finally sent me the registration 10 months after I purchased the vehicle & it expires in 4 days. THANKS. - Car Dealers Near Me - Los Angeles, California

I must say Mr. Singh is one of the most honest dealers I have ever met. I was going to buy a more expensive car from him, he assessed my needs and suggested a hybrid which cost less! Who does that? 5 months later had a problem with my signal and Honda said it would cost me $180 just for the assessment. I called Mr. Singh and he sent me to Marco, his mechanic. 20 dollars later everything worked and I was a happy camper. I rest my case! "Dhanyawaad" Mr. Singh. read more

I bought a car from these guys on my birthday paid 7500 and it test drove fine, everything checked out. On the way home right after paying, check engine/tpms lights comes on. Told the dealer and they bought some parts that were not the main issue and told me there's nothing they can do. Save your money and go somewhere else. They took my families savings on my birthday, 1 month before Christmas, I have kids to buy for and now we have a car that needs over 3k in repairs. Not even 10 minutes after purchase the problems started. I guess these guys also own Best Buy Motors so I'd stay away from that place also. IF YOU FALL VICTIM OR ALREADY HAVE, I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU CALL THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THE SECRETARY OF STATE DEALER DIVISION. If you look up the owner of the dealers on Google you'll see some of the postive reviews with the same name on both dealerships. read more

This place scams people, they'll fix up a car that they got for maybe half the price and send it to the shop they're next door to, to give it a sub par repair to make it look good. Went in to look at a car and it drove great, everything worked but little did we know until i took it to MY mechanic that oil was leaking out of the rack and pinion, valve cover and several other places. I got the car for 4,300, and was looking at paying well over 2,000 for repairs. They sure scammed me out of 175 dollars for the cancellation option that they so generously offer. Definitely taking this car back. Plus their 1 month engine/transmission warranty only covers moving parts. So no seals, gaskets, and basically anything that would've stopped this car from leaking everywhere. Dont come to dealers like this, they want profit, and the car gone, not your satisfaction. read more

This place is the BEST!! Mr. Singh, Raj and Danny are top notch! They have the best prices and excellent services. I had taken my car to the Honda dealership and was told I had a number of things to get done. My car was in need of lots of repairs both engine and exterior. The cost given to me by Honda was extremely high. Singh Auto was suggested to me by my cousin. He had bought a used car from them about 2 years ago. Singh Auto gave him an amazing price and the car is still in excellent condition. Singh Auto gave me affordable prices on top of that they are very honest and threw in a few extras without charging me. I felt as if I was taking my car to family. My car looked amazing!! This is the place to go if you want the best service, buy a car as well as honesty and excellent services!! You will not go wrong! read more

Super seller, the whole team is very professional and very helpful. They do everything for the customer. As a foreigner I was a little bit confused about buying a car in the US, but they knew how to advise me perfectly. The prices are very competitive, they also provide guarantees in case of problem (they have changed my battery for free and fixed some minor problems on the car). I would definitely recommend doing business with them. read more

I bought a used 2009 Prius in premium condition and received a fantastic deal from Singh Auto outlet and his team. As much as I loved this car I wanted something with a bit more refinement. Great value from a fantastic dealership. My interactions with the service team on the Prius (normal maintenance) was far beyond my experiences with previous dealerships. They really treat customers as good friends. I've been in customer service of some type in all of my careers and this group meets and exceeds my expectations. read more

BUYER BEWARE! This place is a racket. The owner seems to think that stating "I am very honest person" means customers just believe everything they are told. I tried to buy a car here but the constant moving of the goal posts, denying factual statements literally just after saying them as soon as I queried them, faking innocence then protesting honesty in the face of clearly suspect actions all contributed to me losing faith with the business. The final straw was suddenly be told I had to suddenly sign a new document stating I knew the car was rusty or they wouldn't sell, when I queried the document and said, correctly, that I had informed them of the rust not vice versa a lot of shouting happened. The owner's son (?) tried to intervene unnecessarily and soon was shouting. If I disagree with you in a calm voice and you respond telling me not to get angry it's obvious how these people like to 'negotiate'. This attempted sale ended with me being called a "c**t" by the owner and his son as I walked out the door. Avoid!! read more

My experience with Singh Auto was great. I wanted a car for my daughter to use while she interned in LA and looked up a Mercedes on the Singh Auto website. I had very limited time when I landed in LA and Singh senior was kind enough to ask Raj his son to keep the shop open till we reached his shop - which was way beyond their closing time. The car was exactly as advertised. There was no pressure and we were treated very well. Prices were very reasonable and Raj went ahead and fixed some stuff that was required. My situation - low on time, need a car now and it is well beyond closing time - are factors that many dealers will take advantage upon. Mr. Singh and Raj did not do that. The whole transaction was completed in about 25 minutes including the test drive. Overall a good dealership being run by good people with no surprises. read more

I was so disappointed at this place, they were trying to sell me a lemon and I tried negotiating on the price, because that's what I thought was fair for that kind of car. The car was basically falling apart but that was my budget. I knew I could find a way better car for that price if I only looked around more but I had time pressure. Now we discussed the price for like 2h and then finally he (Raj) says I can offer to fix some of the issues on the car, stuff that are obviously his responsibility. This was after I took the car to get checked. Now I had to put down a deposit for $200 which I never got back for that matter because I chose I'd rather lose that money than $4000! He was really hard to deal with, never took my phone calls, just very very unprofessional, I don't want to deal with that kind of person for the next 2 years if something happens to my car. You are pretty much on your own if he ignores you! read more

Overall, a reasonable, reputable, no-pressure, dealership with responsive customer service. Just be sure to do your homework. Get the car checked at your mechanic - the needed repairs will likely knock some $$$ off the price if you ask them. Check to see if the fees are all correct - they can easily add up to $1000 and mistakes may slip in. Getting the tags and title can take up to a month - be sure to call them if it takes longer. read more

About a month ago I was looking for a decent used car. I did a lot of research on the type of car I wanted, as well as what a fair price for the car was. I found Singh Auto Outlet. They had a 2002 Santa Fe that fit the bill. I spoke with Mr. Singh on the phone and worked out a deal and test drive. I feel like I got a good deal. I ran into a slight issue with the battery a few days later but they took really good care of me and fixed it at no charge. I never felt like I was being pushed into a decision and they were very upfront with any issues the car might have. It was also clear that the car was being sold as is, however they do offer a 30 day warranty. Any time I spoke with either Raj, Danny or Mr. Singh they were respectful, all be it busy. I have recommended them to a few people already and would buy from them again. Very happy with my purchase and dealership. read more
