Later found several Cars sitting for 6 months under Ransom. To make a Long Frustrating story short. Steve, I believe, saw $ signs and wanted 37 Thousand for a New Transmission for my Porsche. The Warranty comp. Wanted proof and never got it. I called numerous times while My vehicle set there in one spot under Ransom for almost a month, No visible signs of repair and Terrible Customer Service and a ButtLoad of BS from Steve! My Warranty Comp. did not want to Deal with Steve at All. So I decided to take my car somewhere else. I was told by Steve I Owed $1000.00 for fault codes & an alleged 4 hrs. of work, which was Ridiculous and a dead battery, I had to replace. Ended up Paying $700. For "NOTHING" and Wasted a Month to Pay the Ransom on my car with No REPAIR. I guess it was Their Customer Service Fee for the Inconvenience of having my Car sit there for a Month. I Ended up taking it to Woodland Hills Porsche who were much more accomodating. They worked things out with the Warranty Comp. and Fixed the Transmission in a Timely manner without replacing it. I will "NEVER" go to RPM Motors for Anything "EVER" Again. Steve was a Total B.S. Artist. So If you Love Stress, Waisting Time and a Lot of B.S. Go there and ask for Steve.

When I got the car back , the same thing kept happening. I took it to a mechanic and he said the engine motors are bad. I took it back to the dealer and they kept my car for another week. The problem was fixed but when I got my car back there was a racial slurs on the back of my car. Here we are two and a half months later , and guess what ...the vibration is back which means they just did a half assed job. I am so tired of dishonest mechanics and dealers.
