Frank and Eugene didn't gloss over anything, they shared details, pulled records, and made sure every aspect of the car's condition and history was transparent. On my most recent purchase, there was a minor cosmetic issue, and they made sure it was corrected before the car left the lot. After test driving the car, and doing my own research with service records, I told Eugene I was returning to purchase the car. I scheduled a second visit to see the E63 with an appointment at 11:30 AM. Not to waste my nor Autobakers time ( or any dealership when I purchase a car) I came in with my own bank pre approval both times, and the process couldn't have been smoother.
