    While car mess up

    Worst place ever to buy a car . They will sell it to you mess up that will brake down within 3 months . Then you call them and they tell you to take it to their mechanical shop called drive car studio .. They will lie and say you had the car more time than that when it broke down .. Don't do it guys take it from me .. go to a better car dealer trust me ..

    Going on 3 months and still haven't received my registration, still dealing with multiple issues with vehicle. Vehicle left me stranded at 1am

    Let me start off by saying I have worked in several dealerships both as a car salesperson and as a customer relations manager for years in the early 2000s. That said, I don't find utobakers as a reputable dealership. This is regarding the 2015 Volvo S60 at 42,000 mi, reddish/orange in color for a little over $15,000. I would normally give them 1, but gave them a second star because they were polite even when they weren't being honest. I live over an hour away, so I made an appointment (work by appt only). I took a test drive in the Volvo. I had set up an appointment for a mechanic to see it before I bought it. Mechanic told me the air conditioning wasn't working at all. He was surprised that they would even put it out on the lot to sell it. I let Autobakers know. They said they'd have it fixed, no problem. I let him know if he got the part from a Volvo dealership and had an authorized mechani install it. It would have a lifetime warranty. No problem, he said. There's a Volvo Master Mechanic at the shop where we're having it fixed (first lie). They called me several days later and said it was ready. I asked for the name of the shop they had it fixed. I called that shop. I asked about their warranty. They said they give a warranty on the installation, but not the part because it was brought to them by the dealership and it wasn't a new part. I went back to Autobakers and asked about the warranty. They said the mechanic gives the warranty (lie #2). When I told him what the mechanic said, and added I don't want to spend $15,000 on a car and the next month have to spend $1100-1500 on fixing the a/c conditioner. Because you put in a part from a junkyard. He said, "Well, I'm not going to admit or deny it came from a junkyard (lie #3)." You just did! I asked if he would give me a warranty. He said, "our customer's are like family. If it happens, we'll fix it for you. Are you willing to put that in writing. No, I can't do that (lie #4). I asked him to lower the price of the car. He said, "No, the price is the price." I asked him to ask his boss. He told me the boss is in Europe and he will say no too. I'll leave that up to the reader if they think that was a lie, as well. I asked him to run the numbers anyway. I had recently been involved in a car accident. My car was totaled, and I was hurt in the accident. Desperate to find a car, I ignored all these red flags I'm telling you about. He said it was $365 over what I had. I asked if he would take off the $365. He said no. I left and will never do business with them and suggest you do the same!

    So I just purchased a 2013 Audi A5 from autobakers and Eduard and Frank were the most helpful people and made my auto purchase so easy and seamless. Eduard, the owner was very transparent throughout the entire process and was a really nice, personable guy who made me feel like i wasn't there buying a car and trying to rush me out. Frank who was the other associate helping me out was really friendly and a very genuine guy and we talked about different cars. We had a handful of phone calls and they never once was annoyed with me calling constantly. This is a small lot but they really pick some good cars that aren't lemons. This was the first car lot I visited when I was car shopping and I never visited any other lot because of the way Eduard and Frank presented themselves. I will definitely recommend Autobakers to my friends! Thanks guys

    BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD AT A CAR DEALERSHIP EVER!!! I usually lease a new car but this time I decided to shop for a used one and I looked online for days hoping to find a good deal preferably buying directly from the car's private owner. I was determined to get a BMW 5 series and comfortable with higher mileage because I know if you take good care of them, BMWs will perform for way longer than you think. Eventually, I expanded my search to car dealerships, and that's when I came across AUTOBAKERS website. Right away I noticed the quality and variety of brands and models available on their lot. I also liked the prices given the mileage and year of their cars. In other words, I felt that their prices (which by the way are non-negotiable) were very fair as if the original owner priced them and not a dealer. Still, I proceeded cautiously because of the stigma that car dealerships get, and for a reason. It has gotten better lately for sure, but plenty of businesses will take advantage of you very happily if you let them. Before I sent them a text, I read most of the reviews both bad (very few) and many good, and something sounded refreshingly honest and true about AUTOBAKERS. I decided to get an appointment and met with Frank, one of the salesmen and he's from the gate the kind of person you would enjoy having a coffee and a good conversation with, and he did a fantastic job answering my questions and making the whole purchasing process very easy. Everything is stated very clearly on their website as to what you get and how much you pay for it, no surprises, no bs of any kind. And when I checked the car and found it had a couple of issues like the trunk mechanism wasn't working properly, and a warning about "low oil engine pressure" came up which worried everybody and turned out to be a sensor issue, they ordered and paid for the parts needed, and this was taken care by Russell, another super nice young man who spends the whole day connecting between the dealership and the car shops they work with always with a smile and a very positive disposition. The parts were installed by EURO AUTO SERVICE, an auto repair shop near Glendale that works with AUTOBAKERS and is owned and run by Lipo and Zaza, who look like they could play bad guys in a James Bond movie, but in fact, are the nicest and most caring guys ever! They took care of the issues and now my beautiful car, a 2015 BMW 528i is good to go! What do I appreciate the most about this whole experience? Everybody's work ethic and HONESTY! Once again, thank you Frank and Russell for being who you are. Keep up the good work guys!

I also requested communication in writing due to a medical condition, but this was not effectively accommodated. Because of the distance, I could not proceed without confirmation, and the situation remained unresolved. I hope the dealership improves communication, especially for customers traveling long distances.
