On the weekend of 8/22/26 I reached out to sales, inquiring about a 2020 Honda Ex-l listed online for a price of $17.8k plus docs, tax and DMV fee. The salesperson responded stating the car available but listed for $18.8k, I then responded with pictures of the car with the price from their website to show proof. The salesperson stated that is incorrect and the sales price was $18.5k Upfront pricing and accuracy is not to be expected from this sales team. Which explains why the car has been sitting on their lot since 4/11/26. I don't deal with folks who aren't transparent, I went with another dealership with ethics. read more

This place is very professional very kind people work here and as a buyer, I was treated with the upmost VIP treatment. I have seen in any car dealership and that is a lot. Make sure you make an appointment and have all your documentation ready if you're going to Finance or if you're gonna buy cash regardless of what and how you buy it it's amazing place I strongly recommend for you to stop by just to look at the cars for the next time you need a car this is a good place to start to understand. What is it your process and as you could see through my Paige and Yelp I've been a lot of places. read more

Most of people read 5-star reviews 1st and never really take their time to read the bad ones. I wasn't planning to write any review even though I decided not to but the car from them this weekend but after actually reading the hidden negative reviews I ve decided to share as well. God protected me from signing the loan with them. They are so overpriced and shady. Next time I ll get myself pre-approved and ask out the door price first. read more

So we just left this dealership. They had a car we were interested in at a really good online price of around $15k, so we decided to check it out. The salesperson was actually very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Then we sat down to discuss numbers, and that's when we learned they add in pre-installed "accessories" on top of the advertised price. Brining the price to around $19k. I was instantly annoyed. They found a way to have a listing price that is low or considered a "great price" so it pops up when you are searching and filter for a "great price" car or filter for "Price: low-high". The manager came over and kept trying to convince us to finance the car so the monthly payment would be lower. The problem was that my wife and I didn't care about the monthly payment--we just wanted a fair out-the-door price. Once it became clear that we weren't falling for the payment-focused sales pitch, the manager asked, "What do you want from me?" I told him, "I want you to list the car for the price you're actually trying to sell it for." His response was, "Well, you can't get everything you want. I want a bigger house, I want a nicer car..." and he continued trying to justify their actions. This business model feels very predatory. They advertise an attractive price to get people in the door, then add thousands of dollars in mandatory accessories afterward. Yes, the add-ons are mentioned somewhere in the listing, but most people aren't going to read every line of the fine print. They know exactly what they're doing, and then they blame customers for not reading the entire description. I can easily see someone inexperienced getting taken advantage of here. The only positive is that we learned to always read the full description before making the trip. Thankfully this dealership wasn't far from us. If we had driven hours only to discover these extra charges, I would have been even more frustrated. read more

Karplus Warehouse - Online listing. When we got there they wanted $19k+ - Used Car Dealers Near Me - Pacoima, California

I've purchased 2 cars from Karplus Warehouse since 2007, and both have been some of the most reliable cars I've owned. They stayed in our family for years, which says a lot about the quality of the vehicles they sell! The service here has always been a 10/10. The gentlemen are incredibly nice, attentive, and genuinely care about their customers. They take your financial situation into consideration, never make you feel pressured or rushed, and always make you feel welcomed. Every experience I've had here has honestly felt like dealing with family. Their prices are also hard to beat! I will always recommend Karplus Warehouse to my friends and family when they're looking for a car. One piece of advice: their cars go FAST! If you see a specific car on their lot that you really want, RUN, don't walk! You don't want to miss it. Thank you, Karplus Warehouse, for taking care of me and my family over the years! read more

Like many others have reported, this dealership seems to have perfected the bait-and-switch approach to car pricing. I found a vehicle on their website advertised for around $19,000, which is why I made the trip to the dealership. Once we sat down, however, the salesperson suddenly announced that the sticker price was $23,000. Conveniently, when I pointed out that the website clearly advertised the car for $19K, he acknowledged the advertised price but then pulled out another excuse: approximately $2,600 in mandatory dealer-installed accessories. Even adding $2,600 to $19,000 the total still doesn't get anywhere near the $23,000 sticker price he was quoting, so the $23K figure seemed completely arbitrary and made up on the spot. When I asked where these accessories were disclosed online, the answer was, "It's in the fine print." After checking, the fine print supposedly says: "THE ADVERTISED PRICE FOR ANY VEHICLE DOES NOT INCLUDE DEALER-INSTALLED OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES, WHICH MAY BE PURCHASED FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST." Fine. But there was no clear indication on the vehicle listing that these accessories had actually been installed, what they were, or that they were somehow mandatory. If the accessories are already installed and you're going to charge for them, then the advertised price should clearly reflect the actual price of the vehicle. This is exactly the kind of pricing game that makes consumers distrust car dealerships. Advertise one price online, get the customer through the door, and then start adding mysterious charges and completely different numbers. Would not do business and suggest to steer away. I left without wasting any more of my time. As I was leaving, the salesperson was being somewhat ironic and laughing while asking if I wanted to speak with a manager to see "what could be done." At that point, I had understood what type of business I run onto. I wouldn't trust any of the advertised prices and certainly won't be going back. read more

BUYER BEWARE! These guys are the bait and switch Kings of Pacoima. They advertised a 2016 Ram Promaster 1500 for $15 thou. Low and behold, after driving an hour and a half to get their, the van I went to see mysteriously developed transmission problems, however they had plenty of other ones available for much higher prices they could show me. These guys had your typical con man business ethics. I would be very wary of any Vehicle purchased from this type of dealer. read more

Experience rating, NEGATIVE 10!!!! Worst vehicle buying experience ever! I was told my specfic loan scenario was approved and to come to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. The approved loan was not for my specific scenario, higher down payment without any notice. When I arrived the vehicle was filthy inside and out. After test driving a few warning lights came on. They said that it's nothing, they will fix what ever is needed. After trying to reset the battery ( quick disconnect) they said start it, look there are no engine warning lights but this time the Check engine oil and service needed lights were on. Then they wanted more money down with all those issues, that is insane. When I didn't agree to the additional down payment an employee (Tony) started to attack my situation publicly, in front of others. So much for privacy!! He has no respect or Customer Service, just wants to sell used cars!!! I followed my instincts and left! Don't buy any vehicles from this dealership. Go to a reputable company. There are a lot of better options. read more

Karplus Warehouse - The second car I bought here - Used Car Dealers Near Me - Pacoima, California

I had been doing research for a new used car for weeks after totaling my car in an accident. I narrowed my seach to 2 dealerships with Toyotas and possibly Nissan Altimas. My son and I chose Karplus Warehouse first because they had more Toyotas and Nissans for me to test drive. Has scheduled appointment with Elizabeth for 10 am on Sunday, 8/9/26. Arrrived after 10 am and she was not on lot. Called her and ahe said she'd arrive within 15 minutes, so we walked around a bit and told other salesmen we were waiting for Elizabeth. After 1/2 hour, she had not arrived, so another salesman gave us the key to a Collora that I had been looking at and took ot for test drive. Salesman was in car with us and told us the owner had a huge inventory because he would purchase cars at auctions that were being repossessed. Upon returning to lot, Elizabeth did arrive, but we were taken to office to speak to the other salesmen's boss to try to negotiate deal. Mind you the advertised price I researched for same car was priced higher on the sticker on lot, so I had evidence of the advertised price in hand. I reported to boss that my budget was $15K and that I would not go higher. The previous salesman said the Vehicle Maintenance Plan was part of advertised price, but his boss said no and tried to get me to find another $1K to purchase the car. We "negotiated" for another 1/2 hour or so with no effort on their part to meet my needs, and threatened to leave after several attempts to come down in my original price since I was not going to finance car and pay in full the $15K. We left and realized their game from beginning was to bait us in and charge us more than advertised with no negotiation. BTW, i was able to find another Toyota Corolla for less miles and under $15K in Santa Clarita. read more

Great customer service from the whole team! Especially from Christian and Lon! Quick and easy service!

Javier Araujo and Eli , were really fast and easy to work with. Great place to finance or buy something cheap and quick. Thanks

Eli, thank you for your amazing customer service! We are very happy with our new vehicle. I highly recommend working with him when purchasing your car. Lon, the finance manager, was also very helpful and courteous. The entire process was very smooth! read more

They took us for a ride. Insisted on "accessories" that were either already a part of the stock car or didn't need to be there. This ballooned the cost. We kept telling them we did not want accessories. They kept telling us it couldn't be changed until it was. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do it. Usually that's the easiest thing to get rid of with most dealerships. On the finance side, they tried to switch the number to the price on "the website" despite us pulling up the KBB listing. That was the last straw. Don't believe a word they say until it's in the final contract. We walked away. Read and reread everything. read more

I was helped by Tony and Lon. I needed a cargo van quickly as a backup because my transmission went out and I didn't want to have to pay for a rental for several months. It was a clean deal. I got a used Ram Promaster 3500 at a good price. Positive experience. read more

Inspect vehicles before purchasing! They try to hide all the issues these vehicles have even though in the reviews they say to bring in your own mechanic to check the car out beforehand, they'll try and hide the car and make you run credit before even seeing the car, The add ons they will tell you about when running numbers that have "optional" on the paper are not as they say it's their own policy crazy they have it around $1,200 but if you push it they'll will drop down way more, honestly recommend looking somewhere else and putting your hard work money into a vehicle that won't break down on you after leaving their lot read more

I normally am never the person to go out of my way to write reviews but I recently visited this dealership with the intent of purchasing a vehicle and had already gone through the trouble of obtaining a pre approval check for them. After everything was already in motion, I was informed that there would be an additional $2,000 charge for a security system. From what I understood, the system was already installed in the vehicle, yet no one was willing to clearly explain what I was actually paying for or provide any detailed information about the product or service being added. I asked several questions and never received a straightforward answer. They wanted me to pay about 19k for a 2017 with closer to 100k miles. That's ridiculous. I don't recall the names of the salesman or the sales manager. The manager, a gentleman with a closely shaved head, became somewhat dismissive and rude toward the end of our interaction when I expressed concerns and asked for clarification. Also wanted to mention at the time of posting this review, I've noticed that other customers have raised similar concerns and received responses stating that these charges are disclosed upfront and clearly listed. That was not my experience. At no point before obtaining financing and having a check issued specifically for this purchase was I made aware that there would be an additional $2,000 charge for a security system. When I asked for details regarding what exactly I was paying for, I was unable to get a clear explanation. If this charge was in fact disclosed somewhere beforehand, I would encourage the dealership to point out exactly where and provide customers with a clear breakdown of what they're receiving for that amount. Transparency isn't simply saying a charge exists, it's making sure customers understand what they're paying for before they're already invested in the process. Judging by the number of reviews mentioning the same issue, my experience does not appear to be an isolated one. read more

I was disappointed with my experience at Karplus Warehouse. After reaching an agreement while purchasing a Tesla, I was dissatisfied with the service I received from Richard and felt the process was not handled as professionally as I expected. Waste of time . Read the fine print. The price you see is not the price you will pay . The buyer have to pay extra $2500 for accessories installed by the dealer : the advertised price for any vehicle does not include dealer pre-installed etch theft deterrent $795, personal gps locator device $1495 which are negotiable. also other pre- installed accessories can be purchased for an additional cost such as aftermarket wheels, lift kits, lowering kits, tint, 3m door edge guards. read more

Do not honor their own stated prices, add "dealer add ons" that are "negotiable" but will not negotiate. They have "elizabeth" playing the games but playing dumb like she is clueless whats going on.
